Impressed with the big room I have got. Best location. In quiet street, but in the heart of old town.

Unfortunately the window rolls had an issue and could not close well. So I had to wake up with the sunrise. Hôtel staff was genuinely trying to help.

Roof top lounge and bar area

Very pleasent service. Marlene was so helpful and her professional and positive presence on the rooftop made our experience so much more pleasant. Champagne that was waiting in our room was a nice touch. Whole staff was trying really hard to be as welcoming as possible.

We had a minor miscommunication about spa. We scheduled it at certain hour. Day after we realised that we wont be able to be on time for our scheduled spa time due to our scheduled tour. So we checked with reception if postponment would be possible, which we received a positive answer on. But once we came for rescheduled time, receptionist that took over from a person that we rescheduled with was unaware of our rescheduled request. Therefore we didnt get to experience the spa.

Perfect! After three weeks traveling through Portugal and Spain, my wife and I found ourselves at the Antigua for our last night and it was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! The staff were so welcoming, we had fizz on arrival and special touches in the room. The decor is stunning and the hotel, spa and pool sparkling clean. The plunge pool and rooftop was the perfect oasis after wandering the streets of Palma. We enjoyed the spa and breakfast and loved both. We had a very special stay and didn’t want to leave!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die liebevoll gestaltete Rooftop-Terrasse – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen.Morgens startete der Tag mit einem tollen Frühstück. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful historic property renovated so as to conserve the period in which it was built. Wonderful small rooftop. Not too large, felt intimate and like you were staying in a fancy club rather than a hotel

Everything was great, I guess I wish the pool were bigger, but they are constrained by space so that’s not really a fair complaint

The location was excellent. The ambience of the hotel was lovely and we were given an upgrade. The service and the staff were extremely attentive, and the roof terrace was amazing

The hotel room was the perfect combination of luxury and culture. The service was great. Most notably Christian who had assisted us the very first night we arrived and stayed in contact with us through out our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

There was nothing we did not like.

Room 31 was very comfortable, hotel Location is great, beautiful interiors in the local style, friendly professional staff, good facilities.

Breakfast was not impressive for a 5 star hotel, the room lacks some usual features for 5 star hotels such as water kettle. For a daily rate above EUR 500 even in Palma the hotel should up its overall level a bit.

A lovely, intimate small hotel with lots of personal touches. The rooms are very comfortable and the common areas very stylish and comfortable. The staff were amazing and genuinely could not do enough to help.

Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage in Palmas Altstadt, in der Nähe zum Rathaus und der Cathedrale. Traumhaftes historisches Stadtpalais mit historischem Innenhof und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder modern elegant und vor allem sehr sauber gehalten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Vi hade inte automatisk mörkläggningsgardiner men många fönster så vi fick lägga ner lite tid och kraft för att dra för allt manuellt inför natten. Vi hade kaffemaskin på rummet, vilket var bra, men endast 1 kaffepuck till två personer. Det fanns också tekokare men inga tepåsar.

Hotel was beautiful, peace and quiet. We also got a free upgrade to the largest suite which was totally unexpected. Staff were around 24/7 and always so friendly. Huge shoutout to Vincent from the reception team; his communication skills were excellent and he was incredibly helpful.

Only complaint was the bathroom is not very large and therefore not much storage space. Otherwise no complaints.

The reception lady’s English level was not great. She over explained the issue and not listening But hopefully everything went well.

The hotel has a lovely design with a stylish and cozy atmosphere, and the location in central Palma is excellent for exploring the city. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable

One thing that really disappointed me, though, was the hair dryer. For a hotel at this price point, the quality felt more like something you’d find in a basic motel… I’d highly recommend invest some good hair dryer for your guests.

L’Hotel présente la parfaite association de l’élégance et de la discrétion. Le personnel est attentionné et bienveillant, le cadre est enchanteur avec ses deux patios et son roof top et ses chambres sont décorées et équipées avec goût et beaucoup de soin.

Breakfast was very slow. Took over 30mins for our omelettes. . Also ran out of bowls for cereal had to wait for some to be dishwashed. Upstairs in the bar ran out of glasses. A bit poor for 5 star hotel. Did not have enough.

Fantastisk sød personale i receptionen. Vores værelse, en suite, var fantastisk. Tagterrassen var så smuk, herlig udsigt, skønt med en lille plunge pool.

Morgenmaden var fin, men ikke noget særligt. Kaffen var ikke så god på hotellet.

The staff are amazing! From the front desk, the cleaning team and the bar staff! The location is perfect...nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and the roof top bar area is brilliant for relaxing with a nice cocktail!

Everything was perfect the only thing I could fault was the lack of pool! There's a small area to plunge but not an actual pool.

Our stay at Hotel Antigua Palma was absolutely wonderful. It’s a truly charming boutique hotel right in the city centre, with an impressive attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even though breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for it — a thoughtful touch that really set the tone for our stay. We also loved the little extras, like the beautiful sun hat and a stylish handbag provided for exploring the city. These details made us feel genuinely cared for and added a unique, personal touch to the experience. The staff deserve special mention — they are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. You can tell they are well-trained and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best possible stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, combining comfort with elegant design. It felt like a relaxing retreat after a day of walking around the city. Thank you for everything , we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Tasteful and great location.

The Hotel is in the middle of the old town which is very convenient if you plan to visit Palma. Close by, there are a lot of good restaurants, shopping options and cafés. The area is very quiet and lovely. Even as a solo traveling woman, I felt very safe. The Hotel is very cosy and the design made me feel very comfortable. Also the rooftop area is very nice. Everyday, the evening service brought some complementary sweets.

The only downside is that the room door is not noise canceling. Hence, everyone can hear what you are saying outside in the hallway and vice versa which is something the hotel could improve. Furthermore, the Spa area is very small so that you need to book your 45 min slot in advance. The days I have been there, the most convenient slots in the evening were already booked. Also, the hotel has no gym nor a real pool. If you like to do some sport, there are yoga classes at least. The breakfast was nice but the dinner could have had more options.

A really super place to stay, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Palma Old Town. Rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely old building.

Could have been a slightly larger selection at breakfast, but this is a very minor issue.

Kleines Boutiquehotel. Alles neu und sehr sauber/gepflegt. Top Lage - alles in Palma schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal.

Die Klimaanlage konnte im Zimmer nicht kalt gestellt werden, da der Wintermodus zentral eingesteuert wurde. Für ein Zimmer mit hoher Sonneneinstrahlung auch im Frühjahr in einem 5 Sternehotel bei rd. 300 Euro pro Nacht ein No Go! Als Alternative wurde das Öffnen der Fenster empfohlen, mit der Folge des Besuchs von Stadttauben. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, allerdings scheiterten alle Gäste an der Selbstbedienung der Kaffeemaschine. Allein das Auftischen von Lachs und Avocado reicht nicht für ein Angebot in 5 Sterne Qualität.
