Air con wasn’t the best in our room and we were above the garage and bins got emptied early hours every morning which was extremely noisy

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and amenities. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful—they really go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everyone was so friendly, and the hotel was very well run.

We were not keen on the open bathroom concept but regardless of this the rooms were tastefully decorated and well maintained.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, location was excellent, the spa facilities and the roof top pool provided the opportunity to relax that I had wanted. I will certainly be returning to the hotel.

Although breakfast was excellent and the seperate Michelin star restaurant Zaranda was exceptional the roof top food was only average.....however this was compensated for by the stunning views and friendly service.

Great location, loved the rooftop bar and pool. Staff were lovely. Rooms very comfortable although not the biggest fan of open style bathroom.

I would have preferred Gluten free bread and rolls to be available at breakfast rather than having to ask for these options. Otherwise breakfast was exceptional

Very attentive to clients needs. Absolutely top class restaurants. Amazing spa and rooftop pool area. I would definitely say it’s the staff that make the property stand out.

Unfortunately our room, 204, had a shoddy repair to the wardrobe. Also I think bathroom privacy could be better. I was sharing on a twin room basis with my daughter and didn’t have much, if any, opportunity for privacy. We rotated going out into the balcony to allow each other to change.

Staff were great, super friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean.

The price was crazy compared to others in the area, we stayed at another one beforehand which was half the price and better. The food round the pool wasnt great, the breakfast was nice but nothing special for the price. The room felt very small for what we paid.

What an absolutely magical evening! ✨🌙 We visited the rooftop tonight to experience the solar eclipse, and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was so beautifully organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with a special welcome drink for the eclipse and making us feel so looked after throughout the evening. The meal was absolutely amazing, and sharing such a special moment — watching the eclipse together with everyone on the rooftop — made the whole experience even more memorable. There was such a wonderful atmosphere, and you could really feel how much thought and care had gone into making the evening special. A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, hospitality, and for creating such a beautiful experience for everyone. We will definitely be back! If you’re visiting Palma, I highly recommend coming here. Beautiful setting, fantastic food, genuinely lovely people, and an experience we will remember for a very long time. ❤️

Es Princep felt like our home away from home. All the staff knew our names, were so proficient at their jobs and that level of personal service differentiated this hotel from so many other luxury hotels. The beds were soo comfy and breakfasts fabulous!

Excellent hotel with a fabulous rooftop bar / restaurant / pool area. The hotel is well located approx. 10 minute walk from the centre of Palma. Staff were extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We recently stayed 3 nights at Es Princep and enjoyed our stay .. the room was a good size and a comfy bed. The staff were extremely helpful whether on the reception desk or serving drinks at the rooftop bar . Breakfast was excellent with a good array of foods on offer. The rooftop area offers great views over the coastline of palma majorca and well worth a visit . We did find the pool to be very small ( probably 1metre wide by 4 metres perhaps so not a lot of room for everyone to enjoy plus it was extremely warm almost like a bath which was a little disappointing especially since we were staying in the midst of a heat wave and i also did choose this hotel as it offered a pool but thats how it is ) It is a little walk, about 10-15 minutes to the main street of palma, but lots of gorgeous little streets to explore on the way or you can take a taxi which we did a few times due to the heat. Great hotel thou and well worth a stay

Lite ojämn service. Personalen i reception var fantastiska, likaså chefen för restaurangen på taket. Dock var servicen bitvis lite långsam, för få personal för mängden gäster på eftermiddagen vid poolen. Det enda andra förbättringsområdet gäller poolen, som ör mer äv en plunge pool, på eftermiddagen var den mjölkig förmodligen av för mycket badande i kombination med mycket solkräm, men ett hotell av den här kalibern borde ha ett reningsverk som håller poolen fräsch även i de situationerna.

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff are very friendly, genuinely so and can’t do enough to help. Rooms very comfortable, air conditioning is the perfect temperature and quiet. No need to mess with it in the middle of the night, which is often my experience. Lovely choice at breakfast with some local produce. Location is excellent, in the old town, a few minutes walk from the cathedral but also over the road from the beach. Loved the roof top bar too. Great view over the town. Would love come back!

Es Princep is a gem in the heart of Palma. The staff and service is first class. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Really good value for the money. It was a bit of a walk to the center of Palma but other then that we had a great stay!!!

5/5 Es Princep is one of those hotels that you think about long after you’ve returned home. We stayed for 4nights while we attended our friends wedding and it’s remained on our mind ever since! The standout feature for us was the rooftop. Rather than feeling like a typical hotel pool, it has a much more relaxed, boutique atmosphere. We found ourselves spending hours there, enjoying some of the best cocktails we’d had in Mallorca while taking in the incredible views over Palma and the sea. It became our favourite place to unwind after a day exploring Palma. We also made good use of the spa, which was excellent. It was peaceful, beautifully designed and the perfect place to relax. Throughout the hotel everything was immaculately clean and exceptionally well maintained, adding to the overall feeling of quality. We ate in the hotel twice during our stay, and both meals were outstanding. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and among the best we had in Palma. Even with so many fantastic restaurants nearby, we were more than happy to return for a second meal. The location couldn’t have suited us better. You can step straight into Palma’s beautiful old town and spend hours wandering its charming streets, discovering independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. We loved that almost everything was within walking distance, including the cathedral, the marina and a lovely beach just a few minutes away. Es Princep strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. With its incredible rooftop, exceptional food, fantastic spa, spotless surroundings and unbeatable location, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be back.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at! We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and the staff made it so special. Every member of staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. The food was absolutely incredible, much better than dinner we had at the Belmont one night. The room was perfect and was kept immaculate, even going in twice to set up for day and night! The location is great and only a short walk into the centre. The rooftop pool / bar / restaurant is stunning - Hugo and all the staff were amazing! didn’t want to leave and we cannot wait to come back! Their sincere and thoughtful response turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful start to our stay. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. We always felt genuinely cared for, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that view each morning made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is excellent, allowing easy access to Palma’s historic center while providing a peaceful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the spa. Location ✔️, beautiful room with great bed and shower ✔️, wonderful food and drink✔️. But let’s face it, it’s the details that are important on a perfect stay. We were right on the water a nice stroll from Palma’s city center but far enough to feel totally removed. There are several beach clubs right across the street and the water is truly clear blue. But my favorite part of the stay was the roof top pool for guests only. The food and drink was amazing and always chairs and couches available plus a nice dipping pool. Loved it!

Amazing hotel! Well situated, 5 minutes walk from the beach but also 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the city centre. The boutique hotel is gorgeous, has all of the facilities you need with the rooftop bar/pool being the main selling point. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Stepping out of the taxi, we were greeted by name, offered a welcome drink and invited to relax while check-in was seamlessly taken care of. To top it off, we were kindly upgraded on arrival, which was a wonderful surprise and the perfect start to our stay. Our room was stunning, and the thoughtful touches throughout reflected the high standards of the hotel. From the Le Labo amenities to the impeccable attention to detail, every aspect of the experience felt luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. However, the real magic of Es Princep is its team. Every single person we encountered was exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm created an experience unlike any other. They remembered our names, our coffee order at breakfast and always took the time to share recommendations or simply chat with us. The staff are exceptional. Some of the best people on the island. The rooms, particularly upgraded ones, are nice clean and spacious.

It’s a little small maybe compared to other five stars across the island. More of a boutique feel.

I have stayed in many top rated hotels but this has to be one of my favourites! It was luxurious without being pretentious. The staff were amazingly attentive, nothing was too much trouble and they always greeted with a smile. The service of the rooms was impeccable with a lot of attention to detail. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday with my girlfriends.

What a beautiful gem of a hotel. Quiet and boutique style with excellent attention to detail. The hotel room was luxurious, rooms were a perfect temperature with all amenities on hand. The roof top bar/restaurant was perfect to sit and watch the sunset with a cocktail - the best view in Palma! The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and helped us book taxis and made recommendations for excursions. We are already planning our next stay!

The staff were super, so friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and our room, 401, was so quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and it was always beautifully displayed. The location of the hotel was great too. Fabulous views over the sea, on the edge of the old town. Really easy to walk everywhere. The pool terrace was chilled and again, you were well looked after. Plenty of towels, great ambiance. The terrace restaurant is stunning as the sun goes down and the food was very nice. The hotel provides straw hats, a basket, towels for beach use. Plenty of toiletries too. You have everything you need. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

A plinth around the base of the shower would be helpful to avoid shower spray over the floor. That said, Housekeeping were amazing and kept everything clean and tidy.

Great hotel with a perfect location. First class service and the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the roof deck but also the lower level pool, spa, and saunas which were quite unique and fun to try out. Everyone was super helpful and attentive but we would like to particularly call out Ines who gave us superb and detailed recommendations for beaches to visit, and Sergio who went out of his way to get us last minute dinner reservations on a Sunday night. We will definitely return to this property!

Me and my girlfriend went to Mallorca for a wedding. We chose Es Princep off a list of recommended hotels and it was the best decision we ever made! From the food to the service to the room and amenities everything was perfect. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also Mallorca is an amazing island with so much to offer I will definitely be back again and when I do come back there is no other place I would rather stay than Es Princep hotel.

It’s a great location in old town with a beautiful rooftop bar! But the best experience for me was the interaction with the people working at Es Princep. Excellent hotel in a quiet location 5 minute walk along the city walls to the Cathedral. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well equipped. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with sundbeds for during the day and there is also a restaurant with views overlooking Palma old town. There is a small well equipped gym and indoor pool We had breakfast which had a large buffet selection as well as an a la carte choice. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are staying in Palma. We will be back.

We had a 4 day family trip to Palma and felt truly spoiled in Es Princep. The reception desk being so close to the front door was a clever touch and we always felt welcome. The rooftop bar/ terrace /restaurant had amazing food, drink and views. There was also morning yoga which I enjoyed twice. The spa, and our room were also very clean and luxurious. Will hopefully be back.

Lovely location just on the edge of the old town. Pleasant 15 mins walk into shops and restaurants. Excellent service; Professional, friendly, and personal. Room clean and turn down service always well timed and discreet - a rarity these days. I left my scarf in reception after checkout, and the front desk managed to locate and call the taxi driver to turn around so we could collect - such a well-experienced front-of-house team. A bit more expensive than some neighbouring hotels, and I haven’t stayed at those for comparison. But I felt very satisfied and not disappointed at the end of our stay.

We had a really exceptional stay here. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel very special. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming always greeting us when we returned to the hotel or arrived at breakfast. A special thank you to the concierge who arranged our train tickets to Soller and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations. And to the chamber maids who cleaned our rooms so beautifully and were always on hand to provide fresh towels and a lovely turn down service.

Everything was amazing from service to location

I just want to have a drink on the terrace of this lovely hotel. It's very friendly and has a good customer experience. The terrace has an amazing view and to me it's very close to the old town and that's a bit of a secluded part of Palma. If you want a good overview of the Palma Bay, Hotel El Príncipe is a good place

Quiet location and well appointed room.

Expensive breakfast. There are lovely cafes with great breakfast choices in town, that are better value for money. The glass toilet and shower doors offer little privacy.
