The breakfast was adequate, but we ended up bringing our own yoghurt, muesli and bread (to toast) a few times. Good selection of fresh fruit and cooked egg options.

Everything was really good - just the AC in my room was too cold and difficult to adjust the temperature. .

La cosa che maggiormente colpisce è la disponibilità e la gentilezza della Famiglia. Appena arrivati, ci hanno mostrato tutti i punti di interesse di Hoi An e le escursioni da fare vicine alla città. L'ultimo giorno avendo il volo la sera tardi, ci hanno permesso di rimanere anche dopo il check-out, fornendoci anche un servizio bagno/doccia. Le stanze abbastanza pulite, con una vista sul fiume affascinante. Colazione nella norma.

All'arrivo le camere che dovevano essere comunicanti, non lo erano. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno successivo perché ci aprissero la porta che connetteva le 2 stanze. Il bagno di una delle 2 camere aveva solo una tenda che divideva la zona notte dal wc e vasca da bagno. Appena fuori dalle camere e in tutti gli spazi comuni, non c'è un impianto di rinfrescamento, in estate è davvero asfissiante.

había una dama religiosa sin cabello y mayor de edad (que no era huésped) que luego de estar utilizando sus palitos (cubiertos) tomaba alimentos con estos, no utilizaba los utensilios puestos sobre los alimentos para tomar los mismos. Fue desagradable e antihigiénico. Se lo informe a la empleada y no hizo nada. La dama continuó con su conducta inapropiada

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and a great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect location for walking into the Old Town. Would definitely stay here again

Etablissement très mignon, avec une piscine très agréable ! Les hôtes étaient hyper agréables et disponibles. De très bons restaurants à proximité, et le coin est très cool. Possibilité de réserver des vélos et de faire des machines en supplément. Je recommande!

La ubicación y la cama, que era comodisima.

Que intentaron engañarnos. Nos dieron una habitación inferior a la habíamos reservado y cuando se lo dijimos se hicieron los locos. Al final aceptaron que teníamos razón pero no nos compensaron de ningún modo. 3 euros de rebaja creo que nos han hecho.

Muy céntrico, en la entrada de la Old Town la habitación era muy espaciosa. El personal muy agradable, nos gestionaron todas las excursiones y el traslado a Da Nang. Nos dejaron toallas para ir a la playa de An Bang.

They need a handy man to go through and touch up paint work and fix doors etc, which very commonly require attention in this climate one thing you are not told, there is a fee on any card you may use to pay 4% here, 4.5% at the atm. Be prepared exchange your money prior to.

Small pool with unclean water. Mosquitoes in dirty room with gaps in balcony door allowing bugs inside. Bed was small and hard. Linen , bedding substandard. A filthy place.

ホテルから歩いて3分ほどのところにナイトマーケットもあり、立地は最高！ チェックアウト後もプールやシャワーを使わせて貰えたので良かった。

Situación inmejorable en hoi an, en una segunda calle que te quita de todos los ruidos de esa turística ciudad, a 200 m del casco histórico y del mercadillo. La piscina es un plus porque en una ciudad tan calurosa viene bien en las horas de más calor.

Lo staff è fantastico, ci hanno aiutato moltissimo nella programmazione dei nostri giorni a Hoi An e negli spostamenti. La piscina carina e davvero rilassante!

Ottima la posizione, struttura carina e bella la.piscina anche se piccola. Staff molto gentile e propositivo, colazione eccezionale. La camera molto ampia con un bel soffitto, TV funzionante e materasso comodo.

Il wc era separato dalla camera solo da una tenda, che se tirata copriva la.vista principale della camera. Gli asciugamani avevano un odore di chiuso, come quando si dimentica la roba in lavatrice. Non sono mai riuscita a fare la doccia con l'acqua calda, probabilmente non funzionante. Il climatizzatore da direttamente sul letto e quindi è molto difficile da regolare e non si riesce a tenere spento perché la camera era un sottotetto, quindi abbastanza calda.

La situation géographique

Everything was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were perfectly clean and cool. It was by far the best place we have stayed in Vietnam!

Location and service from staffs.Queyn at reception speaks good English, and very helpful. We stayed two nights from 3rd July to 5th July, the other girl at reception was very friendly and helpful also

One of the two rooms we stayed was small and the bacolny was not clean due to some birds nest under the roof. But it was the only room available to us when we changed travel date, so we understate it is not one of the best options in the hotel, still believe it was good value

Le personnel adorable et plein de bons conseils, nous avons adoré ! La piscine était super jolie mais nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de nous y baigner. Nous avions la chambre au 4eme étage vu sur la vieille ville et la piscine, vraiment magnifique.

Seul petit hic, nous avions des amis (des pigeons) sur notre balcon donc il était impossible de s’y asseoir, et d’y poser les pieds ! (Mais nous les aimons)

Good quiet location away from the craziness of the ancient town but only a 5 minute walk away. Pool was fantastic to cool down from the heat of Hoi An. Staff were lovely and can book any tours or drivers for you.

Room key needed to keep the air conditioning on and only given one room key so room was very hot each time we came back to it and took a while to cool down. Small breakfast selection but still substantial.

Small Boutique Hotel in the centre of Hoi An on a quiet street. I had a room on the third floor with a bath but no open balcony, a room for lovers with enormous size bed and a half transparent shades between the room itself and a bathroom with a toilet. You can see a river from the bath and have some tranquil dream state watching moonlight on surface of water. They even have Sauna (not working after flooding) on the first floor near the pool. Clean pool by the way.

The mattress was very stiff. There was dust on many surfaces including light bulbs so I cleaned it and got a brighter light. Actually I thought I would get a room on the fourth floor with open balcony, bath and under the roof.

The staff were very friendly and keen to help, the location was great - so handy to the shops and river. Bed was comfy and the pool was lovely on the very hot days we had.

The room layout was unusual with the bath and toilet separated from the room with only a curtain, and the shower / sink didn't even have that!

A perfect location in the heart of the Old City, a varied breakfast, and a staff that goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome — truly a feeling of home.

Good location close to the old town. Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. Exceptional staff who were very attentive. They even organised for the hospital to be waiting for my arrival when I came down with an infection and made sure that my friend was looked after. The ladies looking after the property were beautiful and always greeted us on our way in and out.

Location is good and it’s also quiet at night. Host is very helpful with everything.

So many things but Mae, Elsa and Chee are simply gorgeous. So friendly and welcome throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was really great and set us up for the day and the location is one street back from the river madness which was perfect. You can walk everywhere and there’s a lovely pool waiting for you to have a dip at any time of the day. Another guest had said it was like coming home when you returned after your day activities and I totally know what they mean now. The beds were really comfortable, loads of space in the room, bathrooms totally fine and a really great find especially for the $.

Nothing. This was a great find for the $ and it’s constantly booked out so if you want something a bit more authentic with fabulous staff, book it.

Lovely place. Nice pool and very clean. We had 2 adjoining rooms which worked well. Easy walk to the old quarter and close to the river.

The hotel was great but we were disappointed with the amount of rubbish in and along the riverbanks. Looks better at night with all the lights!
