La proximité des lieux de divertissement tout en étant en retrait de la ville car l hôtel bénéficie d une très bonne situation. La famille de l hôtelier est charmante et est très a l'écoute de leur clientèle. Nous avons eu recours aux services de l hôtel pour faire nos excursions et tout s est passé à merveille. Très bonne communication avec l hôtelier par whatsapp pour les commandes de taxi et autres besoins. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue.

호이안 야시장이 바로 골목앞, 올드타운이 가깝고 주변이 온통 마사지샾과 식당이어서 편리합니다. 숙소도 넓고 깨끗하며 주인 아주머니의 밝은 얼굴이 인상적이네요. 바디 마사지 200000동입니다.

향에 민감하였던 나에겐 룸에서 나던 고수향이 부담된것 외엔 별로 없었음.

Petit hotel très agréable dans le centre de Hoi An, a 2 pas du night market et de la vieille ville de l'autre coté du pont. Chambres spacieuses, sanitaires impeccables, espace de rangement correct, bouilloire et frigo dans la chambre Piscine dans le patio bien agréable pour se rafraichir quand il fait chaud et moite comme en aout. Petit déjeuner possible à partir de 7h du matin (1 plat au choix + 1 boisson chaude + 1 boisson froide) Prêt de vélos. Plage à quelques kilomètres. Propositions d'excursions et organisation du transfert vers la gare ou l'aéroport. Proposition de réalisation de vêtements sur mesure chez l'épouse du gérant, à 2 pas de l'hôtel (en moins de 2j, travail et finitions très soignés)

It was cheap and the location was great. Had the night market just next to our street and lots of restaurants close.

Only stayed one night. The drain was clogged in the shower, the bed sheets were worn and pilly so every uncomfortable and didn’t look very clean. Our room was on ground floor so we had ants marching on the floor.

Great location. Comfy beds. Clean. Great to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day.

Everything about Serenity Villa exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and the room was super comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very helpful and never pushy - they offer a number of additional services and tours if you’re interested. Having a pool to cool off on the hot days felt amazing. The location was very convenient too. The room and hotel felt very safe and someone was always watching the entrance and available for questions.

I have no complaints!

The location was amazing maximum 10 min walk from everywhere you would want to be, staff were very lovely and helpful! Rooms were spacious and clean

Short walk to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Room was great, clean and spacious and air con worked really well! One of our favourite stays in South East Asia!

The location is perfect. It is walking distance from old town. The room is very simple but comfortable. The price is definitely a win.

It only accepts cash (no credit card payment). The pool that looks good in the photos is not accurate.

일단 예상외로 엘베가 있습니다. ㅎㅎ 그리고 객실의 크기가 넓어서 좋았어요! 객실도 넓고 욕실도 넓어요 욕실은 리모델링을 하셨는지 깔끔합니다. 그리고 침대도 편하고, 에어컨 잘 나오고, 냉장고가 아주 성능이 좋아서 물이 살짝 얼 정도예요!! 그리고 위치가 깡패예요 야시장 바로 코앞이라서 걸어서 야시장, 소원배 타러 가면돼요. 특히 추천드리는건 호텔에서 불러주시는 택시입니다. 택시가 아주 저렴합니다!! 시간 잘 맞춰서 와주시고 좋아요 👍 저희는 7명이라서 그랩을 이용하면 차를 2대를 불러야하는데 호텔에서 7인승 차량을 불려주셔서 훨씬 저렴하고 편하게 잘 이용했습니다^^ 강추드립니다~!!^^

Very comfortable, good bathroom facilities and friendly staff.The pool was nice,not too warm,not too cold.

Det var fint nok. Der var nogle myrer ude på badeværelset, men ikke noget vi klagede over. Dejlig nemt at booke scooter der. Personalet er meget flinke. Hotellet lå på en rolig vej synes vi og tæt på markedet om aftenen.

Der er noget byggeri på den ene side af bygningen, som starter omkring kl. 7 om morgnen. Det var lidt træls.

The reception was there to receive us, we got a different room cause the first room smelt musty. The second room was better but the musty smell returned once AC was turned off. The staff was very helpful in assisting us to contact our insurance due to ATV accident. He went over and beyond! The location is close to lots of restaurants and sites.

We had a wonderful stay Serenity Villa- lovely family run hotel - lovely big room - EXCELLENT Location they have bicycle you can ride , Walking distance to everything , 50 metres away from the night markets, restaurants, Bars and cafes and old town - and yet nice and quiet once in our room - Thoroughly recommend- Will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is on the lower end of the price range for the area, so the mattresses, linens are what you should expect. Totally functional and ok but it isn’t the Sheraton.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Location was good

Stayed at Serenity Villa in Hoi An and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We checked in around 8:30pm and were only then informed that there would be construction works happening. At that point, moving accommodation wasn’t really an option, so we stayed. However, every morning from 7am the noise was extremely loud — to the point where it was impossible to relax or even remain in the room past 8am. The room itself was also not comfortable — the bed was very hard and the room had a musty smell throughout our stay. We also used their laundry service, which turned into another issue. When our clothes were returned, a pair of Nike shorts and a top (both well-worn and previously washed many times without issue) were stained dark blue and completely ruined. We raised this with staff and were told they would rewash them, but they came back in the exact same condition. We were then told the damage was caused by our sunscreen and sweat — which makes no sense given these clothes were brought from home and have never had issues before. While we did receive a refund for the laundry, when we asked about compensation for the roughly €150 worth of clothing that was destroyed, the staff were dismissive and quite rude. The interaction felt very unprofessional, and the blame was entirely shifted onto us.

Excelent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Elevator is a plus. Kind and helpfull stuff. Pool doesnt looked the same in the photos it needs to be cleaned. Poor breakfast.

This property was in the heart of Old Town just 2 mins from the night market and wonderful places to eat. We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed the easy location. Free bikes to use as well which was a real bonus. Staff were always attentive and very friendly to any requests.

Gave 7 because of the excellent location - short walk to main street which makes it really easy to move around. Mr Thinh the Manager, was also very prompt in all my queries and helpful with organizing local tours for me and my family members - we are very grateful for this. He runs the place as it's his own family business - the Villa, the tours and spa next door. The 4 local tours we signed up were generally enjoyable. Tour guides speak English too.

We had 4 rooms booked and the rooms were generally quite clean but they are basic and quite run down. Some doors were replaced with glass door but had paper covered for privacy. Unfortunately, a few rooms had some ants crawling around. As we were there only for 2N we did not bother to ask for housekeeping. I can also feel the springs on the mattress bed when I slept, the mattress probably need a change soon! Can't take away drinks as they don't have them in disposable cups. Some of the tour guides may be quite inexperienced. We had young children amongst us so they should have highlighted to exclude the young children in some of the places, example Marble Mountain climb. The Spa next to the Villa took a cash deposit when we made massage reservations for a group of 6 persons to return 2hrs later. Unfortunately, I totally forgot about the deposit and we paid the full amount after using their massage services. Maybe they forgot about our deposit too! :(

The water pressure in the shower was the best that we had in vietnam! The location was great too. Mear the night market and the bridge but in an area distant enough from beer street so not really noisy.

Hotel was comfortable and very close to everything on a walking distance I highly recommend this place. This place seems like run by a family on its own and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute booking, but it exceeded all expectations. Very helpful staff, clean room and full of amenities. The owner also helped with activities that can be done while we are in Hoi An.

Can't think of much, maybe don't keep the door open else insects will come in.
