The breakfast was delicious and very well served. Very fresh seasonal fruits and the omelette yummy.

Supertrevlig personal! Och ärlig, jag hade glömt att jag betalat boendet på kvällen när vi kom. Betalade på morgonen till dottern, mamman visade mej sen att jag redan hade betalat, och gav mej pengarna tillbaks! Här ska jag bo igen!

Trist med rum mot baksidan! Nästa gång får jag vara lite mer aktiv och be att få se andra rum, om möjlighet finns. Det är ju lite lågsäsong nu, så jag får skylla mej själv att jag inte frågade!

Ottima struttura in famiglia. A colazione non troppa scelta ma ci sta essendo a conduzione familiare, ogni volta che rientravamo dai giri ci veniva fornita sempre una bottiglia d’acqua. Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia e ci hanno noleggiato anche le bici.

A la sortie de la salle d'eau, le tapis pour essuyer les pieds était sale, nous avons demandé un propre mais nous avons eu un 2ème aussi sale. Les tongues mises à disposition pour l'intérieur étaient également sales.

La limpieza. Em el baño no estaba separada la ducha del resto del baño y se inunda cada vez que te duchas, además de que escurre. Las sábanas estaban sucias y las toallas también. Las fotos no corresponden tanto con la realidad.

Un Hotel simple très en déco mais le personnel est agréable, bienveillant et des services proposés à la clientèle. Rapport/Qualité sont Top 👍 (La nuit avec petit déjeuner proposée)

La habitación muy bien, las camas comodas y todo muy correcto. Tiene la piscina en la azotea, no es muy grande pero para darte un baño esta bien. El personal muy agradable y atento. La ubicación muy bien a 10 minutos del puente donde esta el rio.

El desayuno un poquito justo, tienen un menu cerrado.

Es cómodo, la piscina me gustó mucho. Este alojamiento estaba cerca de todo. Muy maja la familia del hotel, nos ayudaron durante la estancia en todo. Buenos desayunos

Punto forte della struttura sicuramente la posizione (a 2 minuti dal centro storico) e il personale, Ruby è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile e cordiale (ci ha anche aiutato a noleggiare le biciclette). Camere un po’ da rivedere (a noi spettava la camera con balcone e alla fine siamo finiti in una senza finestra), pulizia ok se non si hanno troppe pretese.

Swimming pool, no maintenance, threw in some chlorine, filter not running, cover over setting area removed, too hot, never cleaned area around the pool, same empty can on ground for 7 days with other rubbish, no bin provided.

Attention, l’hôtel se situe sans la zone à circulation restreinte donc les taxi ou les motos ne peuvent pas y venir le soir.

Personnel adorable et dévoué. Piscine sur le Rooftop avec une vue incroyable. Chambre confortable Emplacement Idéal : très proche à pied de la vieille ville, tout près de l’agitation du marché nocturne, pour autant, l’hôtel est très calme.

Une des deux chambres que nous avions réservé était sans fenêtre. Dommage, car la chambre avec fenêtre/ balcon est vraiment sympa

Toute l’équipe était au top surtout la gérante et son mari.je conseille sans hésiter.c’est une ambiance familiale et tout le monde travaille.

Le Petit déjeuner à la carte est compris dans la location et le plateau de fruits que nous recevons tous les matins et les bouteilles d’eau à volonté.

Super gute Lage in der Nähe des Flusses auf dem die Boote gefahren sind. Auch der Nachtmarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar Sauber, super freundliches Personal, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Frühstück landestypisch Aufzug vorhanden Es wurden für uns Roller organisiert.

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat nicht zum Baden eingeladen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'hôtel. Il est très bien placé. Tout se fait à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un balcon qui donne la ville très sympathique. Les hôtes sont adorables. La piscine commence à se dégrader mais elle reste très appréciable.

It has Elevator. Also it has descent Breakfast that will just serve to you, not buffet style. They gave out paper with map and can use to direct and give you ideas which places to visit.

We appreciate for a Water Dispenser for free water if its only possible, otherwise its not an issue.

La amabilidad del personal, nos hicieron dos mañanas una sopa vegana de propio para desayunar. Nos dejaron usar baño y piscina después del check out en una tarde muy calurosa. Está a cinco minutos andando del puente/centro, y por no estar en el centro-centro si no en isla, se está más tranquilo...

Fantastic location. Comfortable, stylish room. Beautiful balcony and view from top floor roof. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were so grateful for all the recommendations we received and the host even booked and arranged tours and taxis for us for no additional charge. Really delicious breakfast. Great value for money. We had a terrific stay and a wonderful time in Hoi An!

Rockmouse Centre River Villa (15 Ngô Quyền) was exactly what I was looking for and it earned my very first booking review. It's not a luxury 5-star hotel, and it doesn't try to be. It's a cozy homestay that has everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Hội An. I booked a river-view room, and it was absolutely worth it. Watching the lantern boats drift by each evening from my room was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The picture I shared in this review was taken by me from the swimming pool on the 4th floor. The location is also excellent—close enough to walk everywhere in the Old Town, but just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owners. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel like I was staying with family rather than at a hotel. They were always thoughtful, welcoming, and happy to help, and they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend staying here. It's the kind of place you'll remember because of the people, not just the room. Thank you for your incredible hospitality and for making our time in Hội An so special. We can't wait to come back!

Ms Lien was an absolutely amazing host! She was so helpful in letting us know things to do, booking activities for us, and providing breakfast each morning! The location was amazing, right in the middle of old town. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run homestay. It's small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the Old Town and the Night Market. The room was simple, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Petit hôtel familial extrêmement bien situé.... à quelques minutes à pieds du magnifique centre, à deux pas du marché également. Quartier vivant tout en étant très calme. Tout est à proximité ! Un accueil incroyable de cette si gentille famille, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement bon et à la carte. Si je devais revenir à Hoi an je n hesiterais pas une seconde et reviendrais à cet hôtel.

I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet but still within walking distance of the old town and many great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with transportation, local recommendations, and any questions we had. They made me feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The 1 king & 1 queen bedroom that i got has a nice sea view from the balcony. We bought some local delicacies from the night market & enjoyed them at the balcony while enjoying the quiet night view lit up with many lantern boats on the water. The beds were just nice for all of us. Very good night sleep

The room space was abit smaĺl as our bodies would bump into each other. Couldnt put all 4 medium luggages on the floor cuz there wouldnt be space to walk freely around anymore by then

The hotel is nowhere near as shiny and tidy as it looks online. Be aware that the "deluxe rooms" are either tiny with a back window and a toilet that almost overflows after flushing, or large but completely windowless. I honestly don't understand how they could justify the original, prediscount price. I ended up leaving because it didn't meet my expectations, though the host was kind enough to give me a refund

Owners are lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are super quiet (we were on the 4th floor) with just the putt putt of the boats returning home at night. Very close to the night market and a quick walk to old town. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

Not the property’s fault, but the stairs going up are very echo-y, and some people just can’t talk at a reasonable volume and have to shout at each other constantly. The pool was green the first day we arrived but was rectified and was clear for a swim before we left.

Location was great. The front staff’s recommendations for restaurants and spa were quite good.

The smiles. Made most welcome. By a family. The Cao Lao. The Pho Bo. The fruit. By which I mean, breakfast. Rooftop view of approaching storms. Location. Close to Night Market, Night life. It does not look like the centre of everywhere you want to be, but it is. Did I mention there is a lift.

Struggling here. Let us just say I was travelling alone, love my own company, have simple needs, all met.
