The checking in staff (Max) was most helpful and friendly and I thought this going to be great. Unfortunately…..

We called the staff to let them know that we could not lower the temperature in our room from 74. This was at almost midnight. The fan was blowing so loud and hard but we could not change anything. They said the only thing we could do was to move you. WTH it was midnight. So they came and turned off the ac totally. The room was so warm. You could not open any window. We faced the freeway and the noise was unbelievable. Maybe because we booked via booking.com the hotel gave us the least desirable room? Who knows We realized that due to the proximity to the MODA center they would be busy due to event but it took so long to get the food that we ordered we were late to the concert. In fact the cocktail ordered was vodka not gin as ordered and undrinkable. Food is mediocre at best and expensive. The only redeemable factor was the closeness to the event. We will never stay again or recommend this hotel.

Centrally located. However, we paid $30 for parking we were never able to use as they over booked both the rooms and the event center rooms. Beds were comfy.

The breakfast was terrible! We got Avocado toast, it had no seasoning, the avocado was so ripe there was a huge half of the avocado on the bread unable to smash because it was rock hard. They left the tip of the avocado in it, both my daughter and I bit into one on our own separate plates. Not the seed, but the stem piece, which hurt my tooth. The bread was soggy and not crisp toast. The coffee was good.

I liked the amenities in the bathroom as well as the refrigerator and microwave. I was also very pleased with the room size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was very quick.

I did not like the extra $3 delivery charge for room service. The automatic 20% gratuity was fine.

All your staff were kind and helpful, even when they were very busy. Loved the food in the restaurant - great coffee.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed was so high! Hard for us to get in and out. I know this is a hotel thing, but I don't know why!

The view was terrible. We kept our curtains closed. Felt like it was dark the whole day. The temperature of the room on 3rd floor wouldn't get below 70. It was uncomfortably warm, the breakfast wasn't very good. We had the pancakes, the cheesecake french toast with berries, biscuits and gravey. My wife had the burrito and she said it was okay. extra charges for parking at the hotel 30.00. Personally feel that should be included in the stay. While we were staying here someone parked across the street for a concert down the road unsure if they were guests of the hotel or not but got their whole car stolen. My daughters car was parked just up from the stolen one. Not a safe area at all. The "included" breakfast they tried to short us and only saying they limit it to two people per room. When we had 4 people staying with us. We had to prove that we listed our children on our stay from booking.com in order to get them their free breakfast voucher. The person who checked us in didnt explain anything to us. And forgot to give us our food vouchers. We had to go back to front desk multiple times to ask questions. Which you pay extra for the total cost of your room if you want the breakfast included. If its not going to cover everyone thats in your room stay than it shouldnt say breakfast included. Almost everyone we spoke to was friendly but had attitudes. We are probably going to be a one and done. Was not worth it for us to ever come back here. Would not recommend to anyone.

2 complaints; first is the temperature control was terrible. It is the middle of summer and we turned the thermostat down to 65° and it read mid 70's the entire time. I called the front desk and said it was motion activated, however, if it didn't detect any motion then the thermostat would turn off to conserve power. That was disappointing Second, even though we had reservations to stay at the hotel for 2 nights, parking is t included. It's $30 a night to park in the lot of the hotel you're already paying to stay at. So, that added an extra $60 to the stay.

There was damage to the in bathroom, toilet flooded and it took a while for anyone to respond. Couldn't call front desk for anything. Wasn't offered anything for our bathroom being flooded because room service was in room last at that moment.

That they didn’t have parking for only guest and that they said “we don’t know if any spots are available so you’ll have to see if you can find one” Didn’t like that the person checking us in was super let’s say bland. She asked who I was the name on the reservation when anyone in this world knows it’s short for my real name. She also said that our payment didn’t go through for the security deposit when it was approved and had to get a manager and he said it was approved. She still argued with him till he showed her where it showed approved and he was kind and apologized over and over. Breakfast isn’t included, it’s a high rate we paid but breakfast isn’t included. Most places are now days.

The parking sucked and I had to pay for it. No breakfast provided, not even coffee. For the price of the stay, these amenities should have been provided free. The bathrooms are very small.

the hotel offers many spaces to gather and work or relax and the pool! And the jacuzzi esp. bc I'm an early riser and gratefully started each day there, and helped me with the loss of my father, which is why I came to pdx. I am returning for father's homegoing, and most of my family will be staying there with me, at my recommendation. See you on 7/24/26. Sally and the DeJesus family.

Close to the Portland Airport. A very comfortable and convenient location, it’s do nice to order room service for a nice breakfast. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and willing to help! This is my third stay.

Walking back from The Moda there were some sketchy types. But the property seem to keep cars and guest safe.

Property is in a good location. The lobby and lounge/bar area were nice and looked like they’d been updated. Staff was friendly. Beds are comfortable. The vanity and bathroom counters were nice and seemed updated.

Room by the elevators were loud. You can hear everything happening in the hall, walls were thin. The shower head gasket was detached and rusted which rattled. The bathtub looked like it had seen better days. The hallway smelled like burnt dust with the heaters on. HVAC system most likely needs to be cleaned out.

I did not like having to pay $40/night, extra just to park in the parking lot where I stayed. This to me is ridiculous. Not like it was full either. There were over 50%of the spots still empty. This wasnt mentioned when I booked either. And bottled water was $5/each, I recommend making sure u bring your own! Maybe im just cheap but I already paid $200 for the night..

The bed was comfy, nice room with lots of mirrors. The staff was nice & clean lobby.

The pool and hot tub were not usable—they were dirty, with bugs and brown debris in the water, which was really unappealing and not what I expected from a hotel. The elevators were also frustrating and felt unsafe. The doors close very quickly and don’t seem to have a proper sensor to reopen if someone is still entering, which made it feel like they could shut on you. On top of that, parking costs $30, which feels excessive considering the overall condition and price of the hotel. Overall, the amenities and experience didn’t match what was advertised.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant, and helped provide the best directions regarding my safety to and from the Moda center.

Parts of the flooring were coming up from the bathroom to the closet/vanity area, making it look cheap and worn down. Also, causing a potential safety concern for tripping. The window would not open, I tried, even with the safety latch. No way for fresh air. The bath towels were very hard, almost to the point of being considered a rug I'd put on the bath floor. The staff does wonderful. Yet it seems as if the owner doesn't care about his/her facility upkeep.

I liked the Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave.

The ice machine on my floor was not available so I had to go down 1 floor to get ice. Also, the ice bucket was small and not insulated. I had upgraded to a more expensive room on a higher floor, supposedly on the "executive level", but the room I received did not seem to be on that level.

The hotel/front desk wasn't very accommodating or helpful. The breakfast sucked. It's not a buffet and they should say that! There was hair on the supposedly fresh clean made bed. Says there is satellite tv which there IS NOT. Advertised robes in the room, there WAS NOT. For a supposedly 4 star hotel this place was terrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never stay again.

Bedbugs that bit me on my face. After handing Ziploc bag with bug to front desk, staff on checkout, I was apologetically told that I would be contacted by management. This has not been done.

We had a sofa bed with no sheets or blankets in it. So we had to request that. Also the complimentary coffee pods were decaf and tea no regular coffee.

Check in staff was super rude, caught me off guard. Parking was an extra $27 on top of an already overpriced room. Hotel was dirty and old. Beds squeaked on every movement. Walls were paper thin, we could hear everything from the room next to us.

The location was great, 5 min walk from ModaCenter. The staff was nice and the overall condition of the hotel was good.

We included breakfast but still needed to pay half of the amount. No one told us that. The hotel charge us for staying there,even we booked it for lower price with booking.com. We needed to pay around 60$ more than expected.

"Complementary" airport shuttle advertised by booking.com only will pick up if they happen to be there and is not in fact complementary anyway. Parking was 27 additional dollars per car. I did not see this disclosed on the booking page. That was very disappointing. The "complementary shuttle" also charges you 15 dollars per person , also not disclosed on the booking.com page. They act as that was a free shuttle from the airport... after being on a plane for eight hours this makes things simpler so that's why we booked this particular hotel over others. Turns out they won't go pick you up unless they happen to be there anyway and it's not free regardless.When we found out the cost per person, we decided we would go ahead and rent cars, a day early - only to find out after arrival that parking is also 27 per car per night!

They don’t have enough parking for their customers so they tell them to park on the damn street . Also ! You should probably advertise that if you do park in their parking lot you have to pay !
