I loved the decor, air conditioning, nice blankets, and clean place.
The shower head felt like I was standing under a hosepipe. Perhaps a bigger one would be nice. The bathroom is lovely, spacious and clean. But the shower head sprays in strange directions. The basin tap is really really strong and sprays wildly. No offence. Everything else— top notch.
The breakfast was great 😃

Was happy with what I got
Breakfast was really good. The rooms were comfortable, warm and very clean. I liked the garden and security.
Blocked bathroom sink experience and although we were moved to another unit we experienced that the hot water was not
The staff was very friendly
The property is in need of updating.
Nothing I can't fault the guesthouse for.

Loved how quiet the location was, as a light sleeper this BnB really delivered on the tranquility! We enjoyed our breakfast too!
There’s nothing I didn’t like but I’d like to add that having a hairdryer to the room would really make a huge difference as the room already has the basic facilities
Safe parking Friendly staff.Quiet location. Allowed pets. Decent shower.
Bathroom a bit cramped. No coffee machine as advertised.
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Easy to access. Full English breakfast It was a good value for money
The mattress in my room was totally finished, not comfortable at all. You could hear the squeaky sounds whenever you turn. Gives a little to no support on the other side. They should consider buying a new one
The room was fine
Tha fact that it has no swimming pool. Showers are hard to use
The hospitality, you always feel like home when you're welcomed like you've been away from home for a very long time. We travelled throughout the night and arrived earlier than the check-in time but they allowed us to freshen up before providing us with the room which were allocated to us. The breakfast was delicious, indeed it felt like home away from home. The place and it's surrounding is very clean. If you need peaceb of mine, this is your place.
Nothing!
Close to shops and schools. Beautiful gardens with pool. Clean and neat.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy
The TV was not good quality for modern standards and given the price
The bed sounds very tired
Excellent as always. Home away from home
The service was immaculate the staff was welcoming, we came for a funeral and they were made our stay so much easier on us.
Great service and good staff as well
Nothing noted
Very nice breakfast room and breakfast; lovely grounds
The nostalgia of the house, especially the reception door lock.

Very quiet and demure 🦦everything is neat and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
As we were a very large group, came for a wedding, we moved/swopped to the other establishment, 119 Berry Street. The young lady at the reception was very kind and went an extra mile for such a large group. We needed extra rooms at short notice, and she got them for us. The place is beautiful, and room 10 setup allowed my daughter to do and complete her assignment comfortably. The bed sheets are crisp and white. The bath towels, however, need replacing. The downside was the water. It takes a long time to get hot water in the shower, wasting a lot of the precious resource in the process. The toilet, however, does not give enough water to flush properly. The bedside tables light bulbs are too bright, more brilliant white than preferred warm white.
Neat
During the booking process mention should have been made of the ongoing electricity problems of Queenstown. We would not have booked this venue. We were there for a wedding at 4pm and needed power to prepare for wedding. The receptionist told us that generator only runs from 7pm to 10pm and 6am to 10am. Generator started only at 6.30am as we were leaving thus no morning coffee. A rather poor effort.
Wi-Fi could have been better
The perfect place for a layover. Close to shops petrol stations and routes in and out. We only stayed one night but will definitely book again. The shower is worth every dime, may sound odd but a great way to de-stress after a very long drive.
We did not have breakfast, however the bnb is in an excellent location.
Nothing, everything was just perfect
The location was good. The Wifi worked well. The host was very friendly and accommodated our requests for early breakfast and late arrival. She ensured the generator was on until we settled after our late arrival, since they had a power outage in the area. Place is neat and clean. Room sizes are moderately okay. The place is reasonably priced. Shower worked well and the water was pleasantly warm in room 3.
The double bed was not comfortable in room 3, it was saggy/soft. The plugs in the room were not working fully. Plugs in room 1 were not working entirely and shower water was inconsistently changing temperature. The breakfast price on the website and booking.com was R110 pp, but we were made to pay R120 pp. The breakfast portions were tiny, with no fruit available, no alternative milk options, no decaffeinated coffee. The walls are very thin, we were woken up by our neighbours coming in from a late night at 03:30am and could hear them having sex. The air-conditioning in room 3 was not working, unsure if it was because of the power outage. Bathroom only has bath towels, floor towel and no lotion.
Healthy environment and friendly staff
Hot water going on and off in the shower
