IN THE TWO SINGLE BEDS ONLY ONE BED HAD AN ELECTRIC BLANKET. THE ONE WITHOUT ELECTRIC BLANKET HAD BLANKETS THAT WERE OKAY BUT MY SON COULDN'T SLEEP WELL BECAUSE IT WAS COLD WITHOUT AN ELECTRIC BLANKET. The one I slept on had an electric blanket but NO ADDTIONAL BLANKET. I SLEPT AROUND 5am both nights because of cold. If this is not rectified I won't go there again.

The shower wasn’t as clean. I was extremely cold. Another blanket and a bedside lamp will make the stay better. I was awakened at 07:30 by cleaning staff shouting and talking loud outside the rooms.

There was a guy l don’t know whether he’s a manager or senior staff member who chased us out of the room when we were still waiting for a cab imagine even this cab contacts number l got from him but at 06 minutes past 10 he forced us to get out of the room. He didn’t even said go and wait for a cab at the reception he forced us to leave the by that time I’m with my 8 months pregnant girlfriend imagine. I felt sorry for those who work under he’s supervision he always want to show that he’s the main guy he is abusing his powers there was a grandma who work there as a cleaner who was running like a headless chicken coz she was scared of this guy l was so heartbroken to see such things

I booked [Booking.com](https://www.booking.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) from 6–8 May for my graduation and specifically chose Conti Inn BnB because it was within walking distance to town, so I wouldn’t need to spend extra money on transport. I made the booking two weeks in advance and received a confirmation email, confirmation number, and PIN, with proof of payment. When I arrived, I was told that my booking was not on their system. I showed all my confirmation details and payment proof, but the staff member assisting me, Johnny, explained that there had apparently been a crash on Booking.com’s side. I have used Booking.com many times before and have never experienced anything like this. The BnB was fully booked, so for the first night I was moved to another BnB in Amberdale, which was far from town. This completely defeated the purpose of why I booked Conti Inn BnB in the first place. I then had to spend extra money on cabs to get around during an already expensive graduation trip. On the second night, I was finally moved back to Conti Inn BnB, but the whole experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during an important occasion. My graduation should have been a happy and memorable experience, but this situation negatively affected it. Very disappointing experience overall.

I booked a budget room because I was stopping over for just the night, but the kind gentleman at reception upgraded me to a luxury room. The room was spacious, clean and tactfully decorated. I loved that the linen and towels are white, it gives extra assurance on the cleanliness.
The sink does not seem to be connected to hot water. I was afraid they'd forgotten to switch on the geyser or something. But to my pleasant surprise, the shower had hot water.
