Reviewed Sep 18, 2026I got a newly built unit and it was beautiful but it wasn’t all the way ready yet, for example it didn’t have an electric blanket but the workers made a plan after I insisted that I needed it due to the cold. But overall my stay was good.
It had a fresh paint smell so I had to keep the windows open throughout the night. There were construction workers working on the next door units so it was quite noisy.

I had booked a 3 bedroom apartment instead I got a 2 bedroom apartment, my son had to sleep on a mattress in the floor. There were no towels in the bathroom. There weren't any cleaning materials to was the dishes in the kitchen.

Please supply per person. Towels bathroom soaps and shampoo also a freshener in the bathroom will make difference.

The property is extremely cold, the heaters are not working, we asked for extra blankets, and they were not able to provide that for us. There was a funny smell which I think is caused by the mat/rug, it's not very clean. The toilet had a plumbing issue. We booked for5 adults but were only provided crockery and cutlery for 2 people.

Queenstown is infamous for its extremely cold weather bcoz of the mountains, any and every guesthouse there should prioritise having electric blankets or heaters and extra blankets to mitigate! Our night stay was terrible and cold with not even a blanket to put over the light duvets in those beds! Then, the was no towels in the bathroom and no bathroom mats! No hangers in the wardrobe! The electric plugs some not working!

This has officially been my 20th stay here, and every single visit has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff are truly remarkable especially the lady at reception and the gentleman working the night shift.Their welcoming attitude, professionalism, kindness, and understanding nature always make me feel comfortable and valued. The hygiene standards are absolutely excellent and maintained at the highest level. The rooms and facilities are always spotless, fresh, and well taken care of, which speaks volumes about the management and staff dedication. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Queenstown. For me, it has become my first and only choice whenever I am in town. Thank you once again for your continued excellent service and warm hospitality. Keep up the amazing work.
