The hotel is practically on the beach, between S’illot and Sa coma town. It’s a great location. 2 min walk to the beach from the pool area. Supermarkets and shops only 5 min walk and plenty of them (and cheap!) Room was large with a good view. Air conditioning worked well, and rooms include ceiling fan, too. Rooms were pretty sound-proof. I’d recommend half-board. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. It does get a little busy, but don’t let that put you off. Quantity and quality of food is excellent. Lots of great vegetarian & vegan options (apart from Saturday / Gala night, for some reason). They do also have a restaurant on site you can eat at instead, twice per stay (for free), if you’d prefer something different. This is outdoors with a sea view. The daily activities (air rifle shooting, archery, darts etc) are well organised and a nice addition. The hotel staff running them were excellent. Pool area is great; large with plenty of sun beds and parasols to go round. Never struggled to get one, and hotel do ban reserving with towels! Bar is reasonably priced. There is evening entertainment daily, which may not be to everyone’s taste.

If you’re not keen on the evening entertainment, there isn’t really anywhere else to sit outside. Air conditioning a little noisy on the highest setting. Not much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom. I’d ask for a room on a lower floor, as lifts are small and take a long time. (We were on the 2nd floor, so didn’t need to rely on the lift.)

The food was amazing, especially the dinner buffer. One of the best buffet we have ever had. Huge seletion of healthy and tasty food. Evening desserts were highlight of my day. Location is very nice, just at the beach, accessible for everyone. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Good aircon.

The room smelled a bit of cigarrettes. No kettle, coffee machine, bathrobes or guest slippers in the room. Massage at Spa and gym were disappointing. Animations a bit oldschool. 'Speciality' dinner at the other restaurant was nothing special (buffet was much better)

Speisen waren sehr gut und riesiges Buffet, aber sehr unruhige Atmosphäre im Speisesaal! Das ist verbesserungswürdig!

Het personeel was enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kamer en uitzicht vanuit de 6e verdieping (upgrade gekregen) waren super en het strand en de zee aan het hotel waren prachtig en heerlijk vertoeven. De housekeeping maakte de kamer dagelijks perfect schoon. Ik heb een parkeerplaats bij het hotel gereserveerd wat in de drukke zomermaanden super fijn was aangezien het om het hotel gauw vol was met parkeren. Hotel diner en ontbijt waren erg goed verzorgd.

Niet al het eten bij het buffet was warm en vers, maar dat lijkt me ook erg lastig. Was nog steeds erg lekker. Ik vond het jammer dat buiten dineren en ontbijten niet mogelijk was. Het eiland is relatief groot, waardoor je voor verschillende toeristische plekken in het westen, zuiden en noorden niet echt op een ideale locatie zit ivm reistijd van 1 tot 1,5 uur. Rondom Sa coma zijn echter ook veel leuke mooie plekken.

Young couple + Elderly parents: Very clean hotel, great variety of food in the morning and evening, great location, beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Everything is nearby, including supermarkets, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, very convenient! Even the tour buses stop there for pickup! Highly recommend if you travel with older people, and you value convenience and quality!

Posizione ottima, cibo molto buono e vario. L'hotel è moderno, curato nell'estetica e con un'ottima pulizia generale. Le camere sono veramente belle, ben attrezzate e con una vista sul mare spettacolare. Un plauso al personale di sala durante i pasti, sempre molto disponibile e professionale.

La spa non è assolutamente all’altezza di una struttura di questo livello: è piccola, dall'aspetto datato e con un design poco curato. La piscina esterna è bella, ma è un peccato che non ci sia una zona con acqua più profonda dove potersi immergere o nuotare, dato che è tutta ad acqua bassa. Se a questo si aggiunge che le bevande ai pasti sono a pagamento, il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta decisamente deludente. L'episodio più grave si è verificato al penultimo giorno: a causa di un forte temporale, ha iniziato a piovere letteralmente all'interno del nostro bagno, allagandolo completamente. Bloccati in camera per via del maltempo, siamo rimasti per ben 3 ore senza poter utilizzare il bagno, con l'acqua che filtrava dal soffitto e dalle fessure del muro — segno evidente di difetti strutturali dell'edificio. Quando le addette alle pulizie sono finalmente intervenute per asciugare, da parte dell'hotel tutto sembrava essere finito lì, senza le scuse della direzione. Siamo stati noi la sera stessa a far presente l'accaduto alla reception con modi garbati; ci è stato risposto che erano al corrente del problema e che avrebbero provveduto a scusarsi (anche se abbiamo avuto la forte sensazione che, se non fossimo andati noi a lamentarci, avrebbero fatto finta di nulla). Il giorno seguente non abbiamo sentito nessuno fino alle 17:00, quando ci sono stati recapitati in camera due dolcetti e una bottiglia di spumante (tra l'altro calda e di scarso valore). Un gesto poco utile e poco attento, considerando che la mattina dopo avevamo il checkout ed era impossibile portarla in aereo, senza contare che il mio compagno non beve alcolici. Un hotel di questo livello avrebbe dovuto e potuto gestire l'inconveniente con ben altra tempestività e con una reale attenzione all'ospite. C'è stata una totale mancanza di empatia e comprensione della gravità dell'accaduto.

La biancheria in bagno era usurata. Nonostante il divieto di occupare i lettini in piscina prima dell'apertura, gli ospiti non si fanno alcun problema e regolarmente all'alba posizionano i loro asciugamani, il personale dovrebbe intervenire e rimuoverli. Il pavimento della piscina viene bagnato abbondantemente di prima mattina senza alcun cartello di pavimento bagnato e questo è molto pericoloso, si scivola parecchio. Si possono cambiare gli asciugamani della piscina dalle ore 10 alle ore 17.30 orario non adeguato dato che la piscina chiude alle 19.30.

The hotel is situated on the east coast in a beach alcove about 40mins drive from the airport. The pool is big, and there is a policy of not reserving pool beds - which is fabulous, as no matter what time of day you can always find a pool lounger to relax. Although the hotel was full, it never felt overcrowded, or that people were getting on top of each other. The hotel is literally on the beach, just a 1 min stroll across the promenade. The promenade is awesome too - lots of bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy within a 2 min walk. The breakfast was superb, everything was fresh, tasty and the dining area is very spacious. For activities, there is a wellness center, spa and sauna. Around the pool there is no music which is lovely, quiet and peaceful. You can always use your own earphones if you want to listen to music. Boat tours are right on the beach and recommended. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Mallorca.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Too crowded. Don’t book it if you’re really not comfortable with hundreds of guests at the hotel — you’ll be in a huge crowd during breakfast and in the pool area. Squeaky bed. In high season there aren’t enough parking spaces around, so you’ll have to park your car far away. The beach is also overcrowded.

Uitgebreidt ontbijt, elke dag het zelfde, maar verstaanbaar. Zeer druk s'morgens. Er kan zeker gewerkt worden met centrale gangen. Nu lopen de mensen constant tussen de tafels, die al dicht op elkaar staan

Op zich een mooi hotel, mooi strand. Maar weinig leven. Er is in Ca coma op zich niets te doen s'avonds. Alles is doods na 23u. Geen bar's of het zijn van die engelse pubs, waar de marginaliteit hoogstaand is. We merkten wel dat de nabij gelegen gebieden iets hogere standaarden heeft. Enorm veel Duitse gasten waardoor het personeel alsmaar denkt dat je ook een Duitser bent. Ook was de gemiddelde leeftijd van de gasten rond de 60 jaar. Deze mensen bleven dan ook de hele dag op het hotel, wat voor ons, verkenners, onbegrijpelijk is.

ontbijten leek wel in een refter, tafels heel dicht tegen mekaar, niks privacy met gesprekken. Adults only is hier wel heel letterlijk: merendeels gepensioneerden, oudere mensen en mindervaliden in en rond het hotel. In de beach bar tussen zwembad en strand was het eten niet te eten, er wordt gebakken in oud frituurvet, vreselijk! Die vieze frituurlucht hangt overal, zelfs tot aan het zembad.Te kort aan ligbedjes op het strand, ook iedereen op elkaar gepakt. We zijn twee dagen vroeger vertrokken, het was zeker niet wat we hadden verwacht van dit hotel en locatie. Heel prijzig voor wat je krijgt.

Położenie obiektu, pyszne śniadania i kolacje. Basen z przyjemną niechlorowaną wodą, czystość, widok z balkonu. Brak all powoduje, że nie ma Januszy i basenowych pijaków. Hotel dla dorosłych. Pełna kultura.

W pokoju skrzypiące sprężyny łóżka (każdy ruch było słychać), szafa ma dziwne uchwyty; szafę otworzysz jednak zamknięcie jest utrudnione bo nie ma za co złapać ;) małe windy i długi czas oczekiwania (chodziliśmy głównie schodami). Hotel głównie dla niepalących! Weźcie to pod uwagę, bo są wyznaczone małe strefy (to niekoniecznie minus, ja palę elektrycznego, ale też zaliczam się do palaczy) furtka metalowa przy wyjściu od plaży jest dość sfatygowana i ludzie walczą żeby ją zamknąć trzaskając niemiłosiernie.

Very clean property, good food, very nice rooms with great views. Rooms were quiet. Very nice beach. It is a large property, but I was always able to find a chair near the pool, which was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety of food. Pool was just a few steps to the white sandy beach. I considered this property to be a great find for the price and would stay here again.

Limited parking spots available so if you plan to rent a car on the island, reserve your parking spot as soon as possible. Otherwise, it is street parking and although there is parking across the street from the hotel, there was not space available when I was there so you might have to search for a spot a few blocks away (still worth having a car though!).

Excelente que el hotel disponga de silla hidráulica para acceder tanto a la piscina exterior como a la interior. La de la piscina exterior tenía algún problema técnico (imaginamos que lo arreglarán pronto) y era necesario avisar al socorrista para que la conectara, Emilio, un chico sevillano siempre muy amable y atento. También nos pareció genial disponer de plaza PMR en el parking. Los desayunos y las cenas fueron, en general, excelentes, a señalar el magnifico trato de la mujer que hacia los riquísimos frapuccinos entre otras cosas. Los espectáculos externos nocturnos fueron una gran sorpresa, los días de piano en el lobby maravillosos(una pena que tengas que decidir entre cenar y escucharlo), Robbix es muy divertido y el spa es muy completo, esta cuidado y es accesible. En conjunto, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y valoramos especialmente el esfuerzo del hotel en materia de accesibilidad.

En el buffet, los carteles con los nombres de los platos estaban orientados demasiado hacia arriba. Por su altura y ángulo, para personas bajas o usuarias de silla de ruedas resultaba imposible leerlos. El propio sistema permitía inclinarlos más hacia abajo; lo propusimos educadamente, pero nos indicaron que preferían no moverlos. Es un detalle muy sencillo de solucionar que mejoraría considerablemente la accesibilidad del buffet. El mini frigorífico de la habitación prácticamente no enfriaba. El servicio en el restaurante/bar de la piscina también dejó algo que desear. Percibimos bastante estrés en algunos momentos, algo comprensible en plena temporada alta, aunque afectó a la experiencia. Como sugerencia, sería estupendo disponer, como ocurre en otros hoteles, de una zona exterior de pool bar donde poder tomar algo o comer sin necesidad de cambiarse después de estar en la piscina. Para personas con movilidad reducida o alguna discapacidad evitaría un gasto de energía y bastantes inconvenientes. Además de mejorar la experiencia y la accesibilidad, creemos que probablemente también favorecería el consumo en el propio bar.

Nice food, nice view, big nice pool, and quite quiet!

There was a small misunderstanding with the room when we first arrived, but everything was fine!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres propres, assez spacieuses et disposent d’un balcon. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le buffet est varié, avec un choix assez large aussi bien au petit-déjeuner qu’au dîner. L’hôtel propose également de belles installations : piscine extérieure, spa avec piscine intérieure et sauna, parfaits pour se détendre. Le gros point fort : l’hôtel est directement au bord de la magnifique plage de Sa Coma, avec un accès immédiat au sable et à la mer. Les restaurants, bars et commerces sont également facilement accessibles à pied. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix et une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Petit point à améliorer : une bouteille d’eau était mise à disposition sur le bureau, ce qui est appréciable. Il serait toutefois très agréable de trouver également une bouilloire avec quelques sachets de café et de thé, afin de pouvoir profiter d’une boisson chaude directement dans la chambre.

Gesamteindruck, Personal, Sauberkeit und Komfort: sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl, die jeden Tag anders war. Alles war sehr gut! Das Personal war freundlich und sehr höflich. Wir möchten uns herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken.

Les repas buffets et thématiques étaient très bien. La plage était à proximité immédiate. La salle de sport est très fonctionnelle. Le Spa est parfait. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel surtout pour la zone d'information qui a réalisé des réservations pour nous.

L’eau de la piscine intérieure est très chlorée et beaucoup trop agressive pour les yeux.

A very pleasant and spacious hotel. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. The outdoor pool is fantastic, and we really enjoyed the aqua aerobics. The hotel also offers evening shows, which I hadn’t noticed when booking, so that was a lovely surprise. The beach and water activities are right nearby.

It would be nice if the elevators were air-conditioned as well. Please keep in mind that there are very few parking spaces available for such a large hotel complex. I definitely recommend reserving a parking space in advance, as we did, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place for your car. It is an additional paid service, but it saves you time and hassle.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfasts and dinners are really good. The variety of food gives you a lot of options. The facilities at your disposal are kept in very good conditions: outside pool, inside pool, sauna, Turkish bath, etc. The hotel is literally located at the beach front, so you just have to step outside. And the staff is helpful and very nice!

Dit hotel is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het personeel, de kamers zijn ruim. Zeezicht is prachtig. Het eten (hp) was elke dag goed, heel veel keus en genoeg variatie.

The staff were amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was fast and efficient, and the hotel was very clean. We also loved the beautiful view from our room. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little attention for our celebration, which made our stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food, including dishes prepared on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day, with fresh towels, a spacious balcony, and a beautiful sea view. A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise! A breakfast table was reserved and beautifully decorated for me, with champagne, coffee, and a small cake. They also gifted me another bottle of champagne in the room. Such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more special! Highly recommended!

Nászúton voltunk, amit jeleztem előre a hotelnek. Nagyon kedvesek voltak, kaptunk bekészített pezsgőt és csokiba mártott epreket, egy kis kedves üzenetet és a szobánk is tengerre nézett. Csodaszép a hotel, nagyon kedves a személyzet, és tiszta volt minden. A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon finom és választékos volt.

Éjszaka fél kettökor érkeztúnk és becsekkolás után végtelen kedvességgel megkérdezték, esetleg nem vagyunk-e éhesek....lekísértek minket az étterembe és svédasztalos hideg vacsorát kaptunk.

It was our second stay this year, we were overall very satisfied with the room, the cleanliness, the food, the pool and the beach. Beautiful sea view and great proximity to the beach.

In the last hour of 18:30 - 21:30 half board dinner slot the staff was visibly less attentive, clearly focused on setting the tables for breakfast for the next day. We would expect exactly the same level of service and attention despite which time we choose to enter the dining room as long as we do not stay beyond 21:30. Vacant "good" tables not re-set for next dinner guests, staff slower to collect dirty dishes and not attentive to come over to open the wine bottle brought during guests visit at the dinner buffet, nervous commotion around with waving breakfast table clothes and shattering breakfast tableware were impacting the dining experience and giving impression of not being welcome. Would be nice to get bottle of water in the room every day not just for welcome & have tea and coffee making possibility in the room (present in most 4 star hotels we visited)

Franchement tout. Le service à chaque repas était top et la nourriture excellente à chaque fois, la propreté de tout l’hôtel jusqu’au moindre détail c’était vraiment appréciable et les infrastructures étaient toutes au top.

Rien, nous avons été déçu de rien et avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue magnifique de notre chambre. Nous sommes sur de revenir !

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We arrived around midnight; check-in was quick, and we were offered a late dinner. The Standard Room was perfectly adequate, spacious, and clean. There was welcome water and a TV. Housekeeping was absolutely fine. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely great. There was a large selection, and most of the food was very tasty—we always found something we liked. Fresh fruit was always available. Despite the large number of guests, there was never a shortage of anything, and we never had to wait in line. There was always an open lounge chair by the pool; everything was clean, and the bar was right next to the pool. The beach was clean, the sea was beautiful, and you could either use the lounge chairs (for a fee) or bring your own blanket. Even though we were there during peak season (August), it didn’t seem overcrowded to me. There’s a public transit stop right in front of the hotel, so you can walk (8 km) or take a trip to Porto Cristo. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a promenade around the hotel. You can also go for a run in the nearby forest—ideal for a 5 km morning run. We were completely satisfied; we have no complaints. The hotel staff were always helpful and ready to handle anything—for example, a jammed safe was fixed within 6 minutes of being reported. Upon checkout, spacious showers were available where you could close the door and change in peace. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Le lobby de l’hôtel est un peu simple et c’est très très grand et donc très peuplé. Mais franchement ça reste un très bon hôtel pour son prix.

Muy buen alojamiento. Justo al lado de la playa, sales del hotel y andando 2Minutos estás en la playa, por cierto con agua cristalina súper bonita. Al lado del hotel hay muchos servicios, farmacia, supermercado, para de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto, restaurantes, etc. El buffet estaba muy bien , tenías de todo para escoger , de calidad. El personal tanto de recepción, como del comedor siempre dispuestos a ayudar, amables . La piscina está muy bien y muy limpia .

Hay detalles que pueden añadir o restar a un servicio. Por ejemplo, no queda profesional que el servicio de limpieza hablen de los clientes en el pasillo de como han encontrado las habitaciones . De la limpieza en general bien pero “detalle” falta de limpieza en los pomos de Las puertas de entrada o la misma puerta,falta “agua con jabón” . En el desagüe de la ducha habría que repasarlo más a menudo y quitar “pelos” que obstruyen que circule el agua . Otra cosita , que no se si es porque cerca del hotel hay un chiringuito , pero estás en la piscina y se huele a comida, fritos, o si es del hotel , pero esos olores a mi no me gusta, quizás mirar una buena extracción de olores para evitarlo. He he a faltar un hervidor en la habitación 😞

The buffet is very delicious and wide choice, everything in the hotel was made with care for guests: from the check in to the check out, after which we even could lay near the pool and have a comfortable shower afterwards

La notion d’accueil est inexistante. Des interdictions partout, avec un personnel terrorisé apparement par ses supérieurs. Un dialogue impossible avec le personnel et la direction. Des règles présentes partout mais appliquées à moitiés laissant une impression caractérisée de discrimination.

beds were shockingly bad. towel rules of changes only between 10 and 6 is ridiculous. People take no notice of the sign requesting not to reserve sunbeds. Saunas are the IR home style, ive had home saunas hotter. Spa opens at 7 but saunas and steam wont be ready until gone 8.30/9. steam rooms stink of mould. flys in the restaurant and i was looked at like i was insane when i put my plate back down that had 3 flies living on it.

Anche se richiamano gli ospiti ….asciugamani appesi ai balconi andrebbero rimossi subito e poi il cancello che da piscina accede alla spiaggia spesso lasciato aperto anche di notte. In sala ristorante per la cena abbigliamento a volte troppo easy…. Ultima cosa: esistono macchine da caffe molto piu performanti. Caffè espresso e Cappuccio molto scarsi

L’hôtel est vraiment au bord de la plage, ce qui est agréable. C’est également très propre. Le spa est bien équipé . Il y a du choix pour le buffet le matin et le soir.

La piscine du spa est un peu sombre. Au prix des chambres d’hôtel, peut-être faudrait-il au moins offrir l’eau pendant les repas.

My wife was pregnant with a big belly and she needed to have a walk during dinner to release bad physical condition. But the staff in Restaurant didn‘t allow us to have a short break. It was unnecassary I believe.

Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool, which was a big plus. And you get fresh new beach towels every morning. The public beach is very close to the hotel. One feature I especially liked was that the hotel’s pool area is separated from the public beach by a high glass fence, and access is only possible for hotel guests using their room card. This made us feel much more secure when leaving our personal belongings by the sun loungers without constantly worrying about them.

The main downside was the parking situation. The hotel does not have enough private parking spaces for its guests, so you are often expected to find parking on the surrounding streets. Since street parking can be very busy, finding a space sometimes took quite a long time. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the area directly in front of the hotel was reserved for buses picking up and dropping off guests. One night, we left our rental car there, and the next morning we found the vehicle covered with several A4-sized “NO PARKING” notices that had been stuck directly onto the car, presumably by hotel staff. We then had to spend time removing the adhesive residue from the vehicle, which was especially frustrating because it was a rental car. As hotel guests, we feel that a simple warning or polite request to move the vehicle would have been much more appropriate than covering the car with multiple pieces of paper. Despite this unpleasant incident, our overall stay was good. The breakfast, pool area, availability of sun loungers, proximity to the beach, and especially the secure access to the hotel’s private pool area were all things we really appreciated.

Returning for the second time after the great stay last year and a fourth stay overall at Hipotels on Mallorca, which stands for exceptional quality of the accommodation and the services. The location is amazing, beachfront to a splendid beach, staff helpful and kind and the variety and quality of food is top notch!

Animation could be improved even with small touches such as chill music by the pool. The silence is rather awkward and there is a bit liveliness only with the Aqua gym

My husband and I have recently returned from a visit to Hipotels Mediterraneo in Sa Coma, Majorca. The resort is lovely little place to visit and it has a beautiful beach and warm clear sea. The hotel has a great location right on the beach and close to shops and a pharmacy. We'd booked a sea view room with half board. The room was nice enough and clean, the view was lovely. The food at breakfast and at dinner was very good with plenty of choice. We visited the snack bar by the pool and the food was also very good there, I'd recommend the spicy prawn salad which was delicious! The hotel bar served exceptionally good quality cocktails, which I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately for me I had an accident in the hotel, I was walking from the spa area towards the stairs and slipped on a big pool of water on the floor. My husband went to tell the reception staff and a maintenance man turned up and explained that the water was dripping from the plants they had watered. The following day I went back to reception to tell them that I was certain that I'd broken my toe, they were very nice and Bettina the PR lady offered me crutches or a wheelchair, or to pay my doctors bill. We were only there for four days and I really didn't want to waste a day dealing with doctors especially when there is very little that can be done for a broken toe! I spent the remainder of my holiday hobbling around the resort which was very frustrating. I must admit that I found it very bizarre that the hotel seemed far more concerned about not admitting any liability unless I could prove that I was injured. Regardless of injury the fact remains that there was a big puddle of water on the floor in a dimly lit area of the hotel, which caused me to have an accident. I returned to reception a second time to query whether there should have been an accident report or something (anything) that should have been done. It just seemed to be brushed off, no fruit plate to apologise, or anything at all. However, despite this very strange and frustrating experience I would still recommend this hotel, it has a fantastic location and the food and drinks and amenities are of a very good standard.

Nos encantó sin duda la variedad del buffet tanto en desayuno como cena.Fue un punto positivo que el agua de la piscina fuera salada y no con cloro.Tambien,comentar que estábamos a un paso de la playa y estaba espectacular!!! El persona super simpático y servicial.Todo super limpio y bien cuidado.

Por poner un pero el colchón es bastante duro y ver al personal en manga larga es algo que podría cambiar!! Pensar un poco más en los trabajadores en ese sentido y el espectáculo que no siempre este vinculado a extranjeros en el sentido del idioma,echamos de menos alguna canción en español

We were very happy with this hotel, its big but you dont feel crowded. Rooms were good size, clean and smelled nice. Pool and beach is beautiful. Food (breakfast and dinner buffet) was amazing, great selection every day. Evening entertainment was fun, high quality entertainers. We had our own car and were able to get gated paid parking for 10€/ day. We would be happy to come back again.

The pool closes at 18:00 - it would be nice to stay open a little longer. The gym didn't provide towels, so I had to bring one from the room. All these are minor and didn't affect the quality of our vacation.

Hotel location, staff, food, room , location and entertainment were all absolutely amazing. A real small hotel feel in a massive facility.

Really loved the location and view from the room. It was amazing.

Bed uncomfortable, the noise of doors slamming, chairs and tables being pulled on balcon while sleeping. Missing room service, toilets weren’t working properly, requested 3 times to répare the telephone in the room.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate, large and fantastic view. A lot of choice in restaurant which was clean, great staff

Nothing not to like

Skvělá lokalita, hned u moře. Doporučuji si ručník nechat na lehátku u bazénu a pak chodit na pláž, která je fakt hned u hotelu. Nemusíte tak platit zbytečně za pronájem lehhátek na pláži. Jídlo výborné Personál super, večer vždy nějaká animace Cítili jsem se tam opravdu dobře

Možná by měl šéfkuchař více ochutnávat jídlo, vzhledově vypadalo úžasně, chuťovně někdy ale už ne.

Absolut perfekte Lage mit einem super Ausblick. Ich konnte vom Bett aus das Meer sehen. Personal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und auch die Reinigungskräfte war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und war echt groß. Man sollte definitiv eine etwas höhere Etage buchen um den Ausblick genießen zu können. An einem Abend gab es Livemusik in der Lobby durch einen Pianisten, was durch die Größe einen wirklichen super Sound hatte. Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Tische und Stühle im Restaurant sind sehr nah beieinander. Dies kann besonders wenn man im Gang sitzt, sehr stören. Barkeeper hat mich leider nicht beachtet und erst auf Nachfrage mir sehr lustlos einen Kaffee zubereitet. Leider wird man als Alleinreisender Gast häufig ignoriert. Habe die Bar daher kein zweites Mal besucht und lieber Auswärts meine Getränke genossen.

This was my second time here. I love the hotel location, just few steps from the beach. Also the pool is big enough and felt good swimming there. The rooms were also very clean. Both breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of options with good quality of food.

The shows in the evenings were mostly boring. Especially the man working as head of the animations. I found him so cringe and annoying. I really believe he should be changed. Also for dinner buffet, the selection and quality of dessert was not good enough. The desserts felt so cheap honestly.
