I liked that our room had a patio.

The price for the room was expensive for what we got and the The breakfast was not good.

Convienient location close to Hwy1 and 17 Good parking and access to rooms. Clean, spacious rooms in good condition. Comforable beds Fair price The Habit burger and grill just down the street was actually pretty good!

Breakfast room too small for number of guests. Serving area cramped and congested, not enough tables. We ended up taking our breakfast back to our room as there was nowhere to sit. They should provide take-out containers for breakfast if they can't provide enough seating.

Its location …. Easy access to highway 1 &17 and Mt. Herman Road!

Very very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - I did not expect hot dishes like the potatoes, sausage, and waffles, and the coffee was really good.

Wi-FI was initially a mystery to figure out, but when I managed to work it out, the password system worked okay. BUT it must be re-opened every time you use it, which was hard for me because I am low vision and had a hard time finding the small blue link for “use password” on my phone.

Breakfast was okay.

Central to all things Santa Cruz. Walking distance to McDonald’s for a crisp Diet Coke and close to the 17 without any of the noise.

Beds weren’t super comfy, walls are very thin, and the breakfast situation could use a little routine change-up. It was really hard to get anything

I had requested a bottom floor room but was given a second floor room which required going up a rather precarious staircase.

The room was very clean. There was ample parking.

It was a little pricey for 1 queen bed, that wasn't even close to the beach.

Close and convenient to the freeway.

Parking stalls are a bit too small for anything bigger than a sedan.

I didn't feel safe. Right outside are a bunch of homeless druggies. They are everywhere.

Location was difficult to find at first.

The room was smaller than other hotels I have been to, but it was clean. The breakfast was nice, Had a warm meal, but not many tables, so it got pretty busy and crowded before we left.

That the room was sorta small, and you can hear the people who were in the pool. Also parking was very limited.

Very clean, felt homie/safe. I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was inedible for someone with diabetes type 2 and sensitive to and avoiding chemicals in processed food. Sausage tasted like ground up cardboard. Yuk. One bite was enough. No eggs even. Everything else was a concoction of chemicals processed to look something like food. The four of us didn’t go back. Even a mother sitting next to us was limiting the intake of her young children. More and more people are aware of the dangers of eating the chemicals in our food supply that are allowed not for health but only for profit. We would not return for that reason. Staff assisting us were great.

We had a suite, which was in the back of the property. I am glad. It was much more spacious and far from the street and noise. The inside was a pleasant surprise, since the outside wasn’t too pretty to look at. I was a little worried when I pulled up, but happy with the upgraded suite I decided to get at the last minute.

The outside was not too good to look at. Very noisy and close to the freeway if you had the front, basic rooms. The suites were a good bargain.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in.

Wish that there had been a couple more breakfast selections; also, feel that bathroom could have been updated.

Floors were filthy , and the beds were hard as a rock.

the location was right off of the freeway as well as a straight shoot down Ocean St. on the way back from the Boardwalk. The breakfast had a few options of hot food. The room and grounds were clean and maintained. There was a pool and spa on site and in working order w/ pool towels available. I enjoyed the shower head pressure and the cute folded towels.

The room was pretty tight for 4 guests. the parking spots are best suited for compact vehicles too. the opaque curtains are just for looks and the shutters look nice but don't block the exterior lights that are on all night. The beds were firm/not plush to sleep on. the TV had issues and even using hotels Wi-Fi we had to exit the room. Our room was directly behind the pool and it was fairly loud.

Hard to find at first

We always get a quadruple room so it’s two rooms. Always clean, comfortable, love the rooms, it’s quiet and everyone is friendly. This has been our go to every month while passing through to pickup our student from college. Love that we can make coffee in our rooms when we’d like morning or night.

No complaints at all. We loved everything.

I think the problem is bookings.com. Every time I went to order the room it my computer just froze and I didn’t look like I had ordered it so I ordered it again. I did this multiple times and ended up booking two rooms. On accident. I canceled one and I thought that had resolved all of them, but it turns out two were booked. I told the staff upon arrival and they said nothing. She just looked down. I thought maybe she didn’t charge me but I do know they sold that room. She should’ve given me my two keys if I had two rooms.

They sold the room that I had purchased, but I must say I didn’t need it. But due to the air from booking.com I could not correct the error.

The breakfast was good and had very flexible hours. My kids loved the heated pool. We definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Los colchones no están para nada cómodos, están o muy viejos o de plano en mal estado, porque eran duros e irregulares, se sentían zonas duras y otras huecas, fui con un grupo de amigos y en total reservamos 4 habitaciones, a todos nos tocó en diferentes edificios, y todos teníamos el mismo tema con las camas, fatal. El estacionamiento, aunque tengas tu ticket de acceso a él, no te garantiza un puesto, eso no está bien

The pool was good. The location was great for the places we were going.

There could have been a comfortable car to sit in the room. The parking was crowded .

It had a fridge and microwave. Although I’m not medically disabled I do have severe back pain. I requested bottom floor and was granted my request. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate me

The fact that my deposits/security deposit. It’s not the fact that I had to pay this fee but that it was going to take a week to return. The employees were not friendly.

Breakfast was helpful and there were several options for food.

Parking was terrible. Spaces were extremely compact and the lot was crowded. I literally got the last parking space and practically had to park on the curb because other people couldn’t fit their cars in their spaces correctly. WiFi also terrible! Directions were unclear and it Kicked us off every 20 minutes or so. Annoying when trying to work from the hotel. Room was musty, AC unit was super noisy and rattled, faucet in the sink would leak unless you twisted the heck out of it, design of sink was terrible and water got everywhere each time you washed your hands. All in all, place was run down and not worth the price I paid.

Unfortunately I didn’t care for this hotel.

Room had a sliding door with no latch you couldn’t lock the door the led to a patio with a fence and a gate. Wasn’t safe, I asked to be moved to another room because it was just my daughter and I. It wasn’t easy to get moved.
