Wir hatten 6 Tage gebucht langfristig vorher, und bekamen nur ein Zimmer im 10.Stock ( bei 32 Stockwerken). Vor dem Hotel befindet Sich eine Großbaustelle die den Blick auf die Sands Bay deutlich verschlechterte. Zusätzlich war der Besuch der Bar im 32 Stock nicht im Preis inbegriffen, der sollte allen Hotelgästen freistehen

All staff from doorman when we arrived at 6:30am, check-in, Club reception and welcome, absolutely everyone we spoke to whop served us at the Club, all staff to help us manage our bags and ultimately leave were just outstanding. A credit to the hotel and truely lovely people. The facilities and particularly the room were absolutely amazing, the pool a really pleasant surprise, so nice to spend the afternoon in. As a one night stopover, where we did not want to go into the city, this hotel was perfect.

When looking for a Club Room experience we had read that the food offered at Ritz was next level, I think one review suggested it was a 'Gourmet Club Experience'. Breakfast was fantastic and was really enjoyable, but the food offered throughout the day didn't meet that standard. The evening food was actually poor and cold, it was well below what we expected, below other hotels and we really felt that it did not meet any standard that could be called Ritz Carlton. A real shame as this was what we had booked into the hotel for in our one night stop over.

Der Service des Ritz-Carlton lässt keine. Wünsche offen, das Frühstück mit 7 Live Küchen ist einzigartig, SPA, Poolarea und Gym lassen einen vergessen, dass man in einem Stadthotel ist.

Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, dann die etwas altmodisch anmutende Einrichtung der Zimmer, die aber technisch dennoch auf gutem Niveau sind.

So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!

Our room was very comfortable, but the Staff were exceptional. We particularly want to mention Brandon who welcomed two weary travellers at Recrption and met us again and farwelldd us when we left. The Conciege Hakim went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the most of our Singapore stopover.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns das sehr komfortable Zimmer, die hervorragende Aussicht, die Sauberkeit, die ruhige Atmosphäre und der ausgesprochen aufmerksame Service. Die Club Lounge war ein echtes Highlight mit sehr guter Auswahl und angenehmem Ambiente

Eigentlich gab es kaum etwas zu beanstanden. Lediglich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aufgrund des insgesamt sehr hohen Preisniveaus nicht ganz so stark wie die übrigen Leistungen

마리나베이센즈에서는 마리나베이센즈가 안보입니다. 싱가폴 최고 뷰는 리츠칼튼이라 생각합니다. 여기 문제는 호텔 뷰가 너무 좋아서 무더운 호텔 밖으로 나가기 싫다는 것입니다. 객실 크기도 크고 화장실도 크고 뷰도 너무 좋습니다. 높은 층 배정해달랬는데 다행이 27층 배정해줘서 3일 잘 묵었습니다.

너무 중국인이 많습니다. 어쩔 수 없죠 뭐.

The breakfast and the dinner buffet are very very good. All foods are fresh and many choice, staffs are very nice, high cost-performance ratio.

Only the shower head is not easy to adjust.

Amazing staff and service! Beautiful common areas and restaurants and views from the marina rooms. Club lounge was nice with food throughout the day - desserts were amazing!!

Room was surprisingly aged, and with an old & small triangular shower instead of a walk in glass shower. Lack of vegetarian food in club lounge although staff tried their best to make a special meal at dinner, during all the other culinary presentations there wasn’t much for us.

I loved everything about the stay. From a warm welcome, upgrade of the room and lovely staff. Fitrah was amazing, oh Denish was a such a sweet helpful soul! Lewis concierge very helpful. Yoyo at the spa was lovely.

Wspaniały hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokój był ogromny, super czysty, ze wspaniałymi widokami. W łazience wielka wanna i prysznic, ogromne okno. Bardzo blisko do Mariny. To bardzo elegancki i luksusowy hotel. Wspaniałe śniadania, ogromny wybór. Bardzo mi się wszystko w nim podobało.

The view was absolutely breathtaking. My son loved it! Every time we looked out the Right side of the window, we were greeted by the Merlion, while the left side overlooked Gardens by the Bay, with Marina Bay beautifully in between. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We waited in line for breakfast every morning (3 mornings) from 15-20 mins, like at the airport que!

Waiting for breakfast. The hotel are aware of this problem, said its happended for 3 years, but they cannot resolve. The hotel meals are nice, but over priced.

I wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately it fell well below the standard I expect from a five-star property. On arrival, the TV system in our room was not working. During our stay, the pool ordering system also failed, making it difficult to order food and drinks. Staff fixed that in the end thankfully. The biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. On both mornings, guests were expected to stand in a queue outside the restaurant for 15–18 minutes before being seated due to the hotel being busy. When I complained, the only advice I was given was to arrive before 7:00 am or for sure no later than 8:00 am. That is not a realistic solution when you are paying premium prices for a luxury hotel. When I complained to the floor manager on the 2 day he was very polite and did offer some meal credit as compensation, which I appreciated, but sadly he had no firm solution for the following morning. After checking online, I found that guests have been complaining about these breakfast queues for in past years, which is when the hotel gets busy. It appears the hotel knows about the problem but has been unable to resolve it. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional and genuinely tried to help. The breakfast food itself was very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was so overcrowded that it felt like you were battling your way through the buffet rather than enjoying a relaxed five-star breakfast. It was too busy, cramped and far from the seamless experience you want or expect from a luxury hotel. We like the top end hotels of the Marriott brand and are happy to pay for excellent service, but this experience simply did not justify the price or the hotel’s five-star reputation. Based on our experience, I would recommend considering another five-star hotel if a relaxed breakfast experience is important to you. Until this long-standing issue is resolved, I would not choose to stay here again and when I return in three weeks we have chosen not to return to this hotel, and have booked the Marina Bay Sands. Sure it’s more expensive, but we pay for the experience and look forward to that special time when away in special places like Singapore.

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Claudia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her attention to detail was truly appreciated. We would also like to sincerely thank Aerial from Guest Relations, who looked after us so wonderfully throughout our stay. The facilities are equally impressive, including the beautiful swimming pool, excellent gym, luxurious spa and outstanding amenities throughout the property. The location is perfect, with Marina Bay and some of Singapore’s best shopping, dining and attractions just a short walk away. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. Quite simply, it is the best buffet breakfast we have ever experienced, not only in Singapore but anywhere in the world. The incredible selection, exceptional quality, freshness and impeccable service are second to none. Every morning was something to look forward to. We travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore truly ranks among the very best. It combines impeccable service, beautiful accommodation, world-class dining and genuine hospitality in a way that is difficult to surpass. Thank you to the entire team, especially Claudia Kim and Aerial, for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return and would recommend this exceptional hotel without hesitation.

I had just landed after SQ 707 circled the stormy skies over Singapore for almost an hour before landing - my only consolation was the fact I had reservations for the penultimate day of Balinese gastronomy at the Colony, presented by the culinary and service teams, the ladies and gentlemen. of the Ritz Carlton Bali at Nusa Dua. Stepping off my Comfort Cab, I was immediately welcomed by a lady of the Guest Relations team who opened the door. I walked straight to the Colony hostess stand where I was welcomed by the affable trio of Windi, Sharmila, and Gopinath. Windy escorted me to my table and I learned that she hails from the amazing Balinese regency of Tabanan and is part of the RC Bali team who came over to assist with the two week long Balinese culinary festival at the Ritz Carlton Millenia's Colony restaurant. Service this evening was phenomenal and I received great assistance from Basil and Cerran who speaks Thai I went straight for the Balinese dishes and was not disappointed - the Baked Red Snapper was perfectly cooked and Chef I Komang Arya Setiawan (Samson) graciously curated a plate for me along with the traditional accompaniments of both Sambal Matah (authentically made with lengis nyuh or coconut oil) and Sambal Mbe, and Side Dishes of Lawar as well as Pleching Kangkung (morning glory greens) with Kechambah Kedelai (soybean sprouts). The chef also served me one of the newly added on dishes - crispy pork stir-fried with the hilariously named sambal setan and it lived up to it's name, as the heat from the chili sneakily crept up one's palate like the proverbial devil - spicy, yet so delicious! Thank you, Chef Komang for piling up my plate with the scrumptious Balinese bites! I also quite enjoyed the other non-Balinese items on the buffet including Singapore Chili Crab Claws (so sweet and succulent, vey fresh crab), Tandoori Salmon, and my favorite Mutton Mysore of which I had to get a second helping! Thank you to all the hardworking ladies and gentlemen of the culinary team, including Chef Jackson and YuLin on duty at the juice and ice tea station I also stopped by the Balinese mocktail stand where mixologist Ricky (I Putu Adie Chrisna) of the RC Bali's Bejana restaurant was in charge of making the yummy Balinese mocktails. Ricky as well as the rest of the Bejana and RC Bali team - including Chef Komang as well as Windi and Gita at the hostess stand - did an amazing job! Brimming with Balinese hospitality, they succeeded in bringing the unique flavors of Bali together with the world class service of the Ritz Carlton Bali to Singapore. Thank you, RC Millenia Singapore for hosting these ladies and gentlemen of RC Bali and here's to more exciting, fun, and delicious collaborations to come!
