Went as a Club room member and enjoyed what floor 38 had to offer. The staff were excellent and catered for all our needs. The food was plentiful and tasty as was the champagne and cocktails. The room was very spacious with great views across the bay and surrounding area. There are a number of shopping centres nearby as well as the Promenade train station, which is very easy to use.

Unfortunately our room was a little tired needing some TLC. The room also needed a very good cleaning (it has a cursory tidy daily) however I found nail clippings in the carpet as silverfish under the table.

AT edge resturant the food is amazing however keep in mind they do close at 10pm and stop restocking at 9:30pm.. This I am ok with however I noticed that they are packing up the food also at 9;30pm therefore it should actually state closing at 9:30pm and not 10pm... 140 bucks a head paid for at 9pm thinking we had an hour to eat however they started.removing food at 9:30pm.. Still I highly recommend the resturant.. Just make sure you get.there early by 8pm.

Delayed Check-in (after check-in time) by almost 2 hours. Bathroom door design/usability, dusty headboard, glass desk (not suitable for family with kids). Booking instructions not followed. Limited halal food options in Breakfast and Room Service.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Lounge mit Blick auf Marina Bay. Vor allem die Lounge war einzigartig, einer der besten, welch ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe, ein wirklich hervorragendes Buffet mit einer super Auswahl an Getränken. Freundliches Personal. Marina Bay und der Fluss mit den Lokalen waren einfach zu erreichen

Einfach ein perfektes Hotel - gute Lage, sensationelles Frühstück (mit indischen, japanischen, chinesischen und singapurer Stationen), gut ausgestattete und großzügige Zimmer, ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Großes Plus ist auch, dass man die Umkleiden des Spa-Bereiches (mit Duschen) nach dem Auschecken noch nutzen kann - war für uns sehr hilfreich, weil wir am Abend nach einem heißen Singapur-Tag dann noch nach Darwin weitergeflogen sind.

Rooms are bit old

The check-in process was very accommodating—we arrived a few hours early and were allowed to check in as soon as the rooms were available. The views of the Bay were as stunning as ever, and the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was absolutely killer! You truly wouldn't get any better than this, and there was always something new to look forward to each morning with their daily food varieties. Last but certainly not least, PLUME was an absolute highlight! The bartenders were exceptionally friendly and took the time to patiently explain each cocktail. A massive shoutout to Han (the master), Jess, Aldrin, and Kaylee! I honestly cannot imagine why anyone wouldn't drop by PLUME during their stay.

Traveling with a 1-year-old was challenging in this room layout: the coffee table had sharp glass edges, the mattress was dangerously tall for a toddler, and the marble shower was extremely slippery when wet. Logistics were also off at check-in—we booked two rooms, but the crib was placed in the second room, which wasn't available until standard check-in time. On top of safety concerns, the room itself felt surprisingly dated and dusty upon arrival, which was unexpected given I understood the building was renovated just a few months ago. Housekeeping management was notably lacking. Despite staying for three nights, our room was never serviced. When we called to inquire, the front desk seemed confused and made no effort to coordinate a time. This clearly pointed to an internal oversight: every time we walked down the hallway, we saw several staff members idling and scrolling on their phones next to their carts, while one single housekeeper appeared to be carrying the workload for the entire floor. That said, the gentleman who eventually cleaned our room was exceptional. He was incredibly thorough, meticulous, and stayed remarkably calm and professional, even when a member of our group was admittedly a bit impatient with him. He was working hard under obvious operational strain and truly deserves recognition for his dedication. Unfortunately, our departure ended on a poor note. Checkout felt transactional and rushed. While I was struggling to manage luggage, grandparents, and a toddler, a staff member stood three feet away from the counter and simply asked if we were checking out—hardly a proper goodbye or service standard for a premium stay. In the rush, I realized I may have left a card containing a link to our family zoo photos (which expire in two weeks) inside the key card holder. ask the same staff member about it, she gave a blanket answer that she didn't have it, making no effort to check or actually help us look.

You can't beat the location. The staff are super nice and helpful. The gym and the pool are better than at the sister property across the street. The cafe downstairs is nice.

The hotel is showing its age, and it's not carrying those years well. Especially the air conditioning is not what one expects today in Asia. The room was either hot or damp or both. Breakfast disappointing for the price.

The hotel staff were amazing to us!! Very professional and accommodating to our needs.. the rooms are clean and huge! the view is great and the location is very central to shopping centres... there is a train station just next to the hotel that takes you to the main locations in the city.

Wonderful service, room, cleanliness, water pressure, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, chillaxed pool area, perfect location. It was a fantastic week, connected to Marina Square so there were shops nearby, including a super market. Absolutely recommend, was also easy to get the bus to and from the airport, and around town. The MRT stations were close as well.

Singature cocktails in the bar downstairs were actually awful. Reception upon arrival really should’ve been more professional.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Zahnbürsten, Zahncreme, Body Lotion....Die Betten super bequem. Der Poolbereich ist ok. Die Liegen dort müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß zum Garden by the Bay nur ca. 10-15 Minuten. Zur MRT ca. 3-5 Minuten. Alles zusammen 9,5 von 10

Die Liegen im Poolbeteich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The views from our room were wonderful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The General Manager of the hotel should be extremely proud of all of his wonderful staff.

As expected from a 5 star hotel, it was amazing. Beautiful inside and out, everything you needed was there. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to be able to leave the bags with the concierge and use all the facilities even after checkout. Breakfast was very nice and had everything you can think of.

Feels very large and overwhelming at first, however this may just be because it was my first time in a luxury hotel. Other than that it’s faultless. I think we had a problem with some of the bedside phone chargers not working properly.

Great staff, spacious and nice room, comfortable bed, remote controlled drapes. Access to the lounge was very nice - with it, you can have dinner with free drinks. Location fabulous. I would go there again anytime.

The room was wonderful. Gorgeous comfy bed and amazing outlook across to Marina Bay Sands. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool area is small but adequate with nice lounges and canopies.

Because of the lack of gluten free food I'm not sure if we could stay again. On ordering a room service dinner there were no items whatsoever my husband could eat being celiac and only after ten minutes the kitchen managed to find something. The same occurred at lunch the following day. Also, the drink prices are extortionate. $21 Aus for an orange juice. $18 AUD for a cup of tea. Also there needs to be triple the amount of staff at the front desk. The wait to check in or retrieve luggage can be up to 20 minutes. The staff do their best to smile and be friendly but the wait time is ridiculous.

We usually stay in another hotel in Orchard, Singapore but decided to try a different hotel nearer Marina Bay Sands. From the moment we arrived with our baby, we were really pleased to be able to check in a bit earlier than planned. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and this was such a relief as our baby was tired. Well done Pan Pacific, this was a game changer for us. The hotel is really cool with glass lifts on the exterior and great views. It's also in a great location, next to malls, shops and restaurants. Lovely swimming pool area. The breakfast is absolutely out-of-this world and exceeded my expectations.

Aldrin and Han at the bar were sensational. They made my husband’s birthday a memorable one. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you! We will be back to visit in the future.

Dette var det flotteste hotellet vi bodde på under bryllupsreisen vår. Totalpakken, med Pacific Club-pakke og Executive rom i de øvre etasjene gjorde at vi fikk oppleve luksus og Singapore i skjønn forening .

Jeg kan ikke komme på noe å sette fingeren på. Alt gikk smooth fra innsjekk til utsjekk. Det var for øvrig veldig enkelt å avklare sen utsjekk ved å sende melding når man var innlogget på nettet som gjest.

the proximity to the amenities at Marina Bay Sands is a big plus for my purposes. The room was very nice but the service from the room service staff could improve.

The buffet breakfast and dinner was overwhelming and impersonal while the food was not all that great.
