Вид из окна потрясающий! Есть постирочная, это важно для отдыха с детьми, есть лаундж на 19 этаже. Более менее не плохой завтрак для Японии. Если бы было можно прикрепила бы видео. Завтра все 8 дней был один и тот же. Прекрасное расположение к гинзе! Очень близко рыбный рынок, наземное метро, донкихот. Рядом парк, есть китайская кухня для тех кто не может есть один рамен и суши.

Однообразный завтрак, было ощущение то все сублимированное. Мы брали большой номер где указано две двухспальные Кровати, но они были максимум 1,3м. Что крайне мало. Я спала в яме весь отдых, потому что нам чтобы разместится втроем необходимо было сдвинуть кровати. На просьбу предоставить дополнительную кровать нам в номер принесли прикроватную кроватку для грудных детей. На завтраке одна из девушек обслуживающих гостей, была на столько навязчивая, что к концу отдыха испытывали облегчение когда пропустили завтрак. Излишняя услужливость, и навязчивость жутко раздражали. Когда еще не доел у тебя буквально выхватывают тарелку из под носа. Считаю что в отеле за такую стоимость персонал должен быть невидимками. У нас был ранний выезд, и му не успевали на завтрак, выезд был в 6 утра, на кухне уже готовили завтрак, так как начинается он в 6:30, никто не предложил нам взять завтрак с собой, или хотя бы кофе, может какие то снеки для ребенка. И деньги оплаченные за а завтрак они тоже не вернули. Еще ужасно мягкие кровати. Бля тех кому важно спать на более твердим тоже важно это учитывать, и ужасные подушки с какой-то крупой((

Breakfast menu was stellar, the hallways to the rooms smelling like flowers was such an amazing touch, overall extremely friendly staff that which all understood english. The hotel offers coin operated laundry machines and has a free cozy lounge.

Our room was a tiny bit smaller than I expected so fitting my luggage was a bit of a challenge

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options, with something to suit everyone. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people with large luggage. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the great service.

Spacious room with tremendous views of Tokyo. Situated in a perfect spot near the Ginza and metro. Wonderfully safe and walkable. Excellent breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

El hotel es excepcional: ubicación, vistas, servicios, personal, desayuno, todo. Detalles que tienen contigo. Espectacular para tu escapada a Tokyo.

No es tanto no gustar, sino estar alerta de ello. En Japón todas las habitaciones son pequeñisimas, complicado guardar la maleta, etc. Pero vamos que como en todos los demás hoteles.

-Purtroppo il servizio lavatrice lascia veramente a desiderare, l'asciugatura dei panni lavati non arriva a compimento, riapri il cestello e continuano ad essere bagnati. In camera non c'è modo di stendere se non con un po' di fantasia quindi è molto problematico. -La colazione è di alto livello ma poco internazionale, si concentra al 95% sul menù asiatico. -Se avete capelli mossi/ricci, non hanno il diffusore, personalmente grande mancanza, ho dovuto ricorrere all'uso della loro piastra ma con l'umidità di Tokyo fa poco.

the hotel is modern, clean. The common area lobby has a great view and very open space. our 2 full size bed room was little cramped because of 2 bed setup, but the place is clean and well lit, they provide free water and there is a snack area where you can get free tea, soda and snacks. Location is more on the quiet side, easy walk to subway and restaurant. Shopping is close by just depends what store. but all walkable within 10-15min.

The only thing I wish they had a larger breakfast area, it just seems little cramped and especially during 8-9am. Food selection is decent.

The property is very close to the subway stations. Convenient store inside the building but many of them are close by.

Washing machine didn't actually dry the clothes. They were still quite damp. No way to properly dry clothes.

The hotel is very good in general. The location is perfect near the Shinkansen station. Very good breakfast and in general all worked very well. Frontdesk staff were very friendly and efficient.

The size of the room was relatively small for the price and quality of the hotel.

Good location on a quiet part of town. But about 5 minutes walk away are loads of good restaurants and bars. Plus great for 2 metro stations. Very clean, great view from reception and (when people are in it) a nice bar.

There is a strange room which is for guests to have free coffee I’d do away with it or spend a bit of cash so that it did not look and feel like a pretty poor school staff room.

Very clean and fitness center was well equipped. Free lounge was also a plus

Jedyną zaletą hotelu była lokalizacja i widok z okna

Hotel jest stary, unosi się zapach odświeżacza do powietrza- używany w nadmiarze w celu zamaskowania zapachu starości, brudnych wykladzin i zapachów które unoszą się w powietrzu. W pokoju mnóstwo kurzu wszędzie, okruchow, zacieków, cale ściany obdrapane i zachlapane. Sprzątanie pokoju codziennie ograniczalo sie do wymiany ręczników oraz pościelenia lozka. Hotel wymaga gruntownego czyszczenia, ze zwroceniem uwagi na szczegóły…albo po prostu remontu. Powierzchownie wydaje sie czysto, ale po chwili mozna się zorientować że wszedzie jest po prostu staro brudno i śmierdząco Nie zatrzymalabym sie tu nigdy wiecej. Niestety musialam zostac cale szesc nocy - stad tez moja dokladna opinia, w ciagu tych szesciu dni obsluga sprzatajaca wykonywala swoja prace bardzo pobieżnie Ostatniego dnia na korytarzu unosil sie zapach z kanalizacji- postawiono elektryczny wentylator…….

Super Lage ganz in der nahe einer Metro Station und dem Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer war im 27ten Stock mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Stadt.

On the cleaning day for 12 fays the floor was not vacuumed even once! On the 19 floor the coffee machine was better before. Before 2 years they have Nespresso with real espresso and different capsules to choose from! Now it is just black bitter coffee.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very quiet with good sound insulation. The lounge for guests was good for late check in because it had pizzas available.

Tesisin öncelikle konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Zaten odalar üst katlardan başlıyor. 19. Katta misafirler için genel bir alan oluşturulması çok iyi olmuştu. Oda temizliği iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve kibardı.

Odada camlar açılmadığı için klima yetersizliğinden bir koku vardı. Banyo havalandırması iyi olmadığı için nem odaya dağılıyordu ve koku oluşumuna neden oluyordu birkaç kere odanın kapısını mı açsak diye düşünmedik değil. Ekstra odada bir de yanık plastik kokuyordu. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. En azından diğer misafirleri de düşünerek birkaç peynir alternatifi konulabilirdi. Oda metrekaresi yazıldığı gibi 25 metrekare değildi. Max 19 metrekareydi. Odalar daha ufaktı ama tokyo standartlarını düşündüğünüzde tabii ki daha iyiydi.

The service and attention at the hotel were exceptional. I was very pleased. It's a hotel I would definitely stay at again when I go to Tokyo.

The convenience store inside the hotel was closed every time I went; I guess I just never happened to be there during its opening hours.

Terrible smell in every room I was shown. The staff were nice, but this is clearly a hotel-wide problem and everyone seems to know about it. After one night, the odor felt even worse. Until the hotel properly fixes the underlying issue, I would recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Hotel in great location, nice rooms , with very professional staff, amazing view from room. Good breakfast.

The location was great. Quiet, but a few minutes' walk from Ginza and Shimbashi station. The view as the elevators open to the lobby is spectacular, as is the view from the room. The breakfast buffet had great western & Japanese options and well stocked even towards the end. The staff were all helpful.

The smells! We had 2 rooms and the smell from both was very unpleasant, even with the a/c on. We asked the hotel to deodorise the room after checking-in which they assured us would happen, but on returning did not smell different. The bathrooms and toilets were also unclean, with unsightly stains on the walls (not just usual wear & tear). The laundry room was also not the nicest.

На завтрак предлагается выбор из азиатских и европейских блюд, все очень вкусно. В отеле также в свободном доступе стиральные машинки, что очень удобно, если путешествуете налегке. Персонал очень приятный и вежливый

La posizione era perfetta a solo una fermata di treno da Tokyo Station o 1 km a piedi. La zona dove si trova la struttura è veramente silenziosa ma appena ti sposti di 200 m c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta in quanto scelta di ristoranti e negozi. La colazione era ottima con prodotti di qualità. L’unica nota negativa il caffè non si ha una scelta al altezza della struttura. Consiglio almeno 2 machine per caffè in 2 posti diversi.

In bagno aggiungere qualche gancio per appoggiare le cose.

The location was excellent. Shinbashi Station was an excellent hub for getting around Tokyo. 5mins walk away. The hotel facilities were also very good. Clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war top, aber zu 95 % japanisch!!! Ganz wenig an internationalen Speisen !

Das Zimmer hat nicht gut gerochen, trotz reklamieren wurde der Geruch nicht entfernt, ein Zimmerwechsel wurde angeboten , hatten wir aber keine Lust zu.Frühstück hätte mal ein bisschen variiert werden können.

Trotz der Größe des Hotels ist das Frühstrück gut organisiert (Platzzuweisung). Das Frühstück ist international, die Bowls mit frischen Zutaten, die mal selber zusammenstellen kann, sind klasse. Das Personal im Hotel ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, zum Teil mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Gute Lage.

Wir waren eine Woche dort, die Zimmer haben wenig Möglichkeit mal ein T-Shirt zum Lüften aufzuhängen. Die Zimmer könnten für längere Aufenthalte größer sein.

La couette de lit est assez petite et couvre à peine jusqu’aux épaules. Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables.

Wonderful views! The hotel reception is located on the 18th floor, with guest rooms on the higher floors offering beautiful panoramic views of Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and we especially enjoyed the dinner options in the hotel restaurant, which were excellent. Breakfast was also good, with the added bonus of having a choice of different types of coffee. The location is excellent - just one stop from Tokyo Station, a few minutes’ walk from the metro, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Another big advantage is the possibility to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, as well as to have luggage sent to the hotel in advance from another hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

Excellent location, building, staff, reception, view, breakfast, room, facilities, amenities, bathroom, etc. There is a convenience store right in the hotel and one working nonstop right outside hotel. Close to subway. One night there was a classical music concert in the lobby, which I really liked.

The odor in the room lingers, right from check in. The staff change my room to a less odor one but I had to buy air Freshner from the shops as the one they have is more like water.

Todo! La recepción es fantástica, con unas vistas increíbles. Ubicación inmejorable, al lado de la estación de trenes y metro, y de la zona de restauración y bares. Un hotel prácticamente nuevo, con inmejorables servicios.

Únicamente, el tamaño de la habitación. Nos hubiera gustado que hubiera sido un poquito más amplia por tema de maletas.

Todo, especialmente las vistas cada vez que llegaba al lobby (el hotel está en una torre y hay que subir en ascensor a la planta de recepción). Con este hotel tienes una visión espectacular de Tokyo “gratis”. Gran desayuno y ubicación con tren y metro a 5 minutos. Ginza a pie.
