Elegante hotel, in posizione strategica nel quartiere di Minato. Ginza a 5 minuti a piedi, collegato a due stazioni mediante un percorso pedonale sotterraneo, che in caso di pioggia è estremamente comodo. Noi abbiamo pernottato solo l ultima notte del nostro viaggio in Giappone per la sua vicinanza alla stazione Hamamatsuchō da dove parte la monorail per l aeroporto, ma ad averlo scoperto prima era un ottima scelta anche per la visita della città.Dalla nostra stanza al decimo piano con affaccio sulla città’ e sulla ferrovia si sentivano leggermente il passaggio dei treni che però di notte non transitano.Buona e varia colazione. Staff molto professionale e disponibile.

It was confusing to find the hotel becuase it was not obvious from the navigation app how to use the walking bridges from the Shimbashi station.

La metro raggiungibile direttamente dalla struttura è qualcosa di impagabile. Staff cordiale nell'aiutarci a spedire i bagagli direttamente in aeroporto e a tenerceli al sicuro per 7 giorni prima che tornassimo a Tokyo.

Peccato per l'assenza di un onsen, avrebbe reso questo hotel semplicemente perfetto.

L’extérieur de l’hôtel est très beau, surtout le lobby. Le service est très bon. Ils offrent des petites échantillons de soins de visage gratuits ce qui nous facilite beaucoup. Ils offrent le pyjama, les pantoufles et les brosses à dent (pour ceux qui veulent poser cette question).

Il y a beaucoup de sorties différentes pour les stations de métro proche de l’hôtel et un million d’escaliers différents pour se diriger vers des directions très divergentes, il faut monter un peu d’escaliers et poser des questions aux autres pour trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel. Mais bon…ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais à considérer si vous avez beaucoup de valises.

The room is really small. The bathroom is tiny and it could use better materials. The breakfast could use more variety of spreads for the croissants and bread.

One of my favorite hotels, the hotel is located exactly in the station. Close to literally everything. Their buffet is limited but tasty. The hotel room is small and smells a bit due to the carpet I guess. There is a convenience store, drugstore and Starbucks. Everything was actually amazing.

Positive: Modern hotel, near station Shiodome, decent size.

Negative: Not enough hooks on blank walls. Be useful to put up a few hooks for the empty halls for our clothes to hang. My room unit is facing the train track and the passing train sound at every short interval would be a big issue for light sleepers. For me I could handle it as I am not a light sleeper.

Location super good, with several connections to main metro lines. Breaskfast and facilities superb!!

清掃員は外国人方でしたが、とても丁寧な挨拶をしていただいて朝から気持ちの良い始まりを迎える事が出来ました。今回の散策エリア的にとても良い立地にあるので またの機会も利用したいと思います。

客に直接接するスタッフ(フロントスタッフなど)はフレンドリーだったが、掃除やレストランのスタッフがほとんど無言だった。

Hotel tres bruyant a cause de train qui passe juste a cote. On etait au 8 etage, donc assez haut, et on pensait qu'il y avait des travaux avec un marteau piqueur - on nous a dit que c'etait le train, mais sans nous proposer une solution de changement. La vue sur l'immeuble en face et les rails. Le petit dejeuner cher pour la qualite. Le staff non souriant, professionel, mais c'est tout. La salle de gym miniscule. Bref, nous etions mieux au Blossom par la suite.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero perfectamente conectada con el resto de la ciudad, que tenga una parada de metro en el propio hotel es una maravilla. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y tienen más productos de cortesía que la media.

El baño de la habitación está un poco anticuado, no es que te sucio ni roto, pero sí contrasta con el resto de instalaciones del hotel. Aunque es común en Japón, el tamaño de la habitación no es grande.

Location and cost

The location was right next to the underground transport and this is the reason we chose it. So easy to jump on the underground to any part of the city. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful.

Not many places to choose to eat near by the hotel but the restaurant where they serve breakfast (which was very good) did evening meals too.

The hotel was good overall. Staff was excellent. The hotel has potential to offer more for guests, especially in the lobby.

Room was really small for the price. Lack of space was frustrating. Needed to call multiple times for towels. Towels and cleaning service could have been more frequent. Toiletries are downstairs instead of being stocked in the room. No real pool or similar amenities. Hard to find coffee before 7 a.m. outside of the room. Breakfast was just “meh.” Lobby could offer more for guests. AC was a pain to use. The fridge was extremely tiny and didn’t close properly, causing almost $100 worth of DoorDash sushi to go to waste.

Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome has been my favorite stay in Tokyo yet! It’s in a quiet area but close to places we wanted to visit. The rooms are bigger than most Tokyo hotels; there were three of us and we fit comfortably, with our 5 luggage’s. A train station is connected to the lobby! It’s very nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Honestly, nothing. Hoping to stay here the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Über das Frühstück kann ich nicht sagen, hatten wir nicht dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sowohl von NRT als auch von HND gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, wenn auch winzig. Für 3 Personen sind 24m2 recht wenig. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprachlich trotz APP aber dieses Mal eine kleine Herausforderung.

Ich finde die early check-in policy sollte überdacht werden. Es ist nachvollziehbar, dass man nicht erwarten kann, dass um 10:00 das Zimmer verfügbar ist, aber der Preis pro Stunde early check-in ist zu viel. Für 3h hätten wir fast das gleiche bezahlt wie für eine Nacht!!! Ich habe wiederholt versucht eine 2. Decke zu bekommen, bei der Temperatur wäre auch ein Deckenüberzug in Ordnung gewesen. Beim 1. Mal habe ich eine Wolldecke bekommen und dann eine Babydecke. Beim 3. Versuch habe ich es dann gelassen und mit der Babydecke geschlafen.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schön angelegtes Hotel in einem größeren Gebäude. Direkt vom Hotel kommt man zur Haltestelle der U-Bahn.

The laundry facilities are clearly insufficient, with only two washing machines per floor.

成田空港着、東京での滞在に利用したが選んで正解だった　他の東京のホテルと比べてもコスパが良かったと思う。駅からも雨に濡れることなく移動もできるし、築地場外まで歩いて行くこともできた。部屋は立地、値段を考えたら充分かなと。

バス・トイレが別なら最高だったかもしれないが、そこは望みすぎかも。

広くて清潔でした。アメニティも揃っていました。場所も駅に近く、周囲にはコンビニエンスストアもあり便利でした。

レストランはもう少し多彩にあるとよいです。

Perfectly located, central yet away from the hustle and bustle. Public transportation walking distance and enough (convenient) stores in the area. The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Breakfast and the amenities are also a plus.

Hôtel très bien situé avec beaucoup de lignes de métro à proximité, parfait pour visiter tout Tokyo. Le quartier est très calme et à 10min à pied de Ginza et des commerces. La chambre était petite mais bien agencée, et bien équipée. Le pyjama fourni est très confortable ! Les volets de la chambre permette d’être complètement dans le noir ce qui est rare et très appréciable ! Les distributeurs étaient aussi appréciables.

Trop peu de machine à laver par rapport au nombre de chambre dans l’hôtel, il y avait plus de 2h d’attente tous les soirs avant de trouver une machine de libre …

Hôtel très cher pour la qualité des prestations et la taille des chambres. Notre chambre et sa salle de bain étaient trop petites pour 3 et limites pour 2 ce qui a impacté la qualité du séjour. La salle de sport est minuscule ( 1 seul tapis de course pour un hôtel de 500 chambres !). Le lobby donne une impression de grandeur mais est lui aussi petit au vu du nombre de chambres... Nous avons demandé d'autres prestations comprises dans le prix mais elles n'ont pas été prises en compte...

Excellent accueil. Personnel agréable et répondant volontiers aux requêtes. Bon emplacement proche des transports en commun. Bon petit déjeuner. Merci a toute l'équipe : l)
