Excellent hotel - super friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Central location - only a short walk to Shinbashi station. Lots of nearby restaurants.

The hotel was in a good location but getting in and out was a little like a maze as it's in a confusing intersection / area with a lot of streets / buildings / trains that block your route. There were convenient places to get coffee and meals right next to the hotel though, plus the Ghibli clock! Wow, what an unexpected treasure to find!

Beware, there are MANY Royal Park hotels. We mistakenly were routed to two different ones on two different days.

部屋の匂いが湿気もあり非常に臭いです。

室内が綺麗だった。洗面所のアメニティも充実していた。ベッドも広く寝やすかった。タオル類も2枚置いてくれていた（1枚しかつかなわなかったが）。部屋着も上下セパレートタイプで安心できた。

風呂トイレが一緒（ただし、距離が遠かったので問題ない） 少し調光が暗かった。 パークホテルと間違ってしまった。新橋駅から歩いて訪問したが、サインが発見できなかった。

Die Aussicht von der 37. Etage

Das Zimmer ist wesentlich mehr in die Jahre gekommen als auf den Bildern und sehr klein. Ein Bad mit Duschvorhang ist bei 300€ die Nacht für mich ein No-Go! In der Lounge war das Essen meist schon weg und das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Wir hatten 5 Nächste gebucht, aber sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgechecked. Preis-Leistung passte für uns gar nicht.

Room was great and we especially enjoyed a nice evening in the executive lounge.

I would have loved to have an opportunity to experience the Tokyo Tower view from the hotel.

Pulitissima, accogliente e molto ben collegata con la stazione vicino. Colazione perfetta in un ambiente molto tranquillo. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavanderia: super efficiente. La vista è incredibile!

L'hotel è in posizione eccezionale, ottimamente servito dalla metro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona di Ginza e dalla stazione di Shinbashi. La camera (25mq) è confortevole e lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

We had a room for 4 people which was really appreciable as a family, it was located on a high floor like we wanted and it was a corner room with stunning views from 3 different floor to ceiling windows. Couldn’t have been any better!

Bar rather expensive. For guests it would be nicer to offer half price drinks to come a relax. More soft sofa's to relax than tables would make the atmosphere of the view nicer at night.

新橋本身就是一個交通很理想的地方，幾乎前往兩大機場的交通跟重要地鐵JR都有，而且前往銀座走路十分鐘，日本電視台這邊屬於安靜的辦公室區，所以飯店本身很高級，幾乎達到五星水準

El servicio del personal fue bueno ya que nos cambiaron la habitación sin problema y fueron muy amables.

La ubicación no era la mejor ya que no habían demasiados servicios o atracciones turísticas cerca.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral. Das Hotel war sauber und Personal äusserst freundlich. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht.

Great staff - people very nice, helpful and friendly, taking their job very seriously. Rooms quite small, but certainly clean and cosy. Very nice window view and also great connection to the public transport. Overall very high level of service, I would definitely recommend to the others.

I'm not a big fan of bathtubs in Tokyo as they are quite small, but still acceptable. Not too much place to put the clothes either, but for a short stay you can manage. Breakfast quite simple and modest, but nice and fresh. I was missing some decent bread options. Quite strange connection between the elevators, but that's something that you just have to get used to. Initially not very obvious how to get into the reception.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Tokyo. Le personnel est tres serviable et respectueux.

La chambre est un peu petite quand on a des valises mais on est au Japon.

The breakfast starts at 7am. So if you have to checkout before, they have absolutely nothing for you to take away. In all hotels that I have stayed, they always have some pastries and juice/water for take away.

Staff were very hard to understand and when ask a question they found it hard to answer Lack of understanding what your asking for. Like what time will my car arrive. I had a letter left at the front desk and when I ask for it no one knew anything. Only I persisted to tell them there is and just took them at there word I would not of gotten it. Room are very small. I stayed in the Premier Room and it was tiny. Definitely not worth the money. Not even a wardrobe to hang my cl9thes, just a rail in the hallway that you squeezed by when you walked into the room.

The location was very convientant and the staff was very welcoming and always helpful when we had questions! Our room was already ready when we arrived, which was pleasant after a long 15h journey! The room was spacious and very clean! We got new towels and amenities every day and the room had nice temperature.

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel so we knew exactly what to expect. It's not too bad a walk to Shimbashi Station, even in the Summer heat. The hotel is really close to Shiodome Station but I tend to prefer to use Shimbashi, especially since we were arriving from Kyoto and leaving the next day for Tohoku. The bed is comfy and the laundry room wasn't as busy as the last time I stayed here, so I was able to get a load of laundry done. The room is not huge by any means, but it is well designed and the beds are decently comfortable.

I didn't get the breakfast this trip, because I didn't like the breakfast last time we stayed here. I am not sure if this counts since there is always a chance they changed it. I'm quite picky though, so other people might be less fussed with the breakfast.

Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Japon. Personnel attentif et prêt à répondre à vos besoins. Une chambre spacieuse, silencieuse et bien équipée et surtout une vue TOP sur la ville depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner varié, emplacement très proche du métro et de la gare. Si nous retournons un jour à Tokyo, ce sera probablement dans cet hôtel !

The room was small en didn’t look like the pictures online. The beds were small and the room smelled of smoking.

Tolle Aussicht vom Eckzimmer auf die Stadt und Tokyo Skytree. Zimmer sehr grosszügig und schön ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück (auch interkontinentales). Gute Lage (Einkauf, Restaurants, U-Bahn). Schöne Bar mit Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Das Zimmer wurde offenbar seit geraumer Zeit nicht ordentlich gereinigt.

Friendly staff, room was good, central walking to train. Staff on the front desk were amazing with any request. Umbrellas were great on a rainy day. Organised late checkout. Nothing a problem.

Der Ausblick beim Frühstück ist toll, die Lage ist perfekt, U-Bahn Station in direkter Nähe.

Die Zimmer waren veraltet und nicht so wie auf den Fotos in booking dargestellt, dies war enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und ausschließlich Japanisch.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Wünsche des Gastes standen stets im Mittelpunkt. Tolle Aussichten vom Hotel aus.

My husband bought the trousers for me, and I wore them only on my birthday. Given that the trousers were not found at the hotel or the laundry service, I am absolutely certain that they were stolen. I am frustrated by your attitude, as you are calling my word into question; this implies that your premises are not secure. Since you refuse to accept responsibility, I will report this matter to Booking and recommend that this hotel be removed from their booking platform, as it fails to provide the necessary security for guests and their belongings.

The location is ideal, next to the Shimbashi and Shiodome stations that lead to everywhere in Tokyo. The view was fantastic. But I'm afraid the on going construction works will somewhat alter it. The rooms met all our expectations. We would have prefered to have the 2 rooms on the same floor, especially since the room card only give access to the corresponding floor. Staff was helpful in reconfiguring the cards so we could access both rooms. Staff secured reservations to delicious (though expensive) yakiniku and teriyaki restaurants. Ginza is 10 minutes away for a selection of upscale restaurants and Shinbashi is around the corner for typical yet very good cheap restaurants

We got lost trying to find to hotel from Shimbashi Station. Even though the hotel is indicated in every sign in the station, we took a wrong turn and found ourselves a floor above the entrance. Google Maps was no help because it struggles with all the different floors in Tokyo.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Shiodome and Shimbashi stations. It is also very close to Ginza, one of Tokyo's best districts for shopping, dining, and cafés. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, very comfortable, and offered spectacular views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. However, the hotel itself feels dated and is not as luxurious as it appears in the photos. The wallpaper, carpets, and furniture in the room showed their age and would definitely benefit from renovation.

Paid for a view of the Shiodome but the bed faces away from it? So you only see it physically standing at the window which was a bit silly.

The hotel is very well located in a relatively quiet area, but within easy walking distance of Shimbashi station (many lines) and Ginza. There are a couple of convenience stores close by. The staff are very warm and eager to help. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped, and the WiFi was very good. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute.

The hotel starts on the 24th floor. It was disconcerting to arrive after a long flight with family to find no help with luggage. It's a small issue which didn't affect our stay after that, and we did have a porter to take us down on departure.

I can't praise the staff enough. staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a good amount of living space. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, we loved it. Room was super clean and cleaning service was efficient.

We had a upgrade for the room what was very nice. The apéro time was very nice also. The metro is just downstairs.

Las vistas son increíbles, cogimos la habitación con vistas a la Tokio tower y fue un acierto. La ubicación es genial para conectar con muchas líneas en la estación de Simbashi y tb en Shiodome. El desayuno está muy bien, hay distintos desayunos solo probamos el más occidental. Se agradece que haya leche de soja. La cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Las facilidades de la habitación eran muy completas.

Como en todos los hoteles de Tokio la habitación demasiado pequeña para poner las maletas. El ruido de los trenes no deja descansar bien.
