Room was spacious for Singapore and very comfortable. Everything worked well and was easy.

Everything was amazing from the location in Chinatown and proximity to many MRT stations, the lovely staff, the spacious room and equipped kitchenette, amazing views... this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

Good location, close to many bars and eateries, fabulous cafe outside hotel called “Group Therapy”. Grateful to have self service laundry on level 15, as I had been travelling before arriving into SG. Easy walk to Lau Pa Sat for food and between two MRT stations which serviced different lines (Maxwell & Telok Ayer).

Was not an issue for me but note the bathroom is open plan design, so be aware when travelling with friends or needing more privacy.

I stayed in the upgraded room, which was worth it. The room was big unlike a lot of the hotels in Singapore. It’s located in Chinatown. It’s very quiet. It’s very up-to-date very clean and very safe.

Nice and warm personnel ready to help the customers 24/7. The breakfast had too many options and the employees were always smiling and kind to us. The breakfast was served in a cool and relaxing spot. The location of the hotel was ideal, near to the city center.

Gutes Stadthotel, nicht zu hoch und nicht zu groß. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr gute Auswahl. Lage sehr gut - in 5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es ein kleines Vergnügungsviertel mit Biergarten und Restaurants, U-Bahn ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family and found the hotel very well located for exploring Singapore. It was easy to get to Chinatown, Arab Street, Sultan Mosque, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa and VivoCity. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and the rooms were a decent size for Singapore. The location was definitely the strongest point and made it a very convenient base for a short city stay.

The breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. We had paid extra for breakfast and it was honestly very poor for the price and standard of the hotel. The choice and quality were disappointing, and I have had much better breakfasts at a Premier Inn in the UK. I would definitely recommend booking room only and eating breakfast elsewhere, as there are plenty of better options nearby.

Deposit was only offered on card used for payment. This meant it had to be debited from account and then refunded. I would have preferred a ‘holding deposit’ placed on credit card or similar.

Wij hebben één nacht in het hotel geslapen, tijdens een (heel) lange overstap op Changi. Een rit van zo'n 25 minuten met de taxi. Vergeleken met andere 4/5-sterren hotels in Singapore biedt Frasier echt superruime kamers met heerlijke bedden, voor een prima prijs. De locatie is uitstekend ten opzicht van Chinatown en de Gardens by the Bay (op zich te lopen, maar in de warmte en regen is een taxi fijner). Het ontbijt was bij ons inbegrepen, erg uitgebreid en van prima kwaliteit. Het zwembad boven ziet er mooi uit, maar daar hadden we helaas geen tijd meer voor.

De ingang van het hotel ligt een beetje verborgen als je te voet bent. Verder niets op aan te merken, jammer dat we maar één nacht konden blijven.

I was really pleased of my staying last year and the year before, so I have booked again for my upcoming recent trip. During this time, I’m in contact with hotel staff due to change of room. Très bel établissement, idéalement situé en plein centre, avec Chinatown à proximité. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied. Le personnel est attentionné, serviable et toujours disponible. Une mention spéciale à Christina pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

First time stay at Hotel Capri, China Square. The room is quite spacious and friendly staff. Easy for check in also check out. My mom use wheel chair and the staff were very helpful every time we got in or out of the car. Especially the staff named Subra/ Sara. Next time we will stay again in Hotel Capri. It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. It was definitely a hotel that made me wish I could stay longer. I especially want to thank Roy. I had to leave my luggage with the hotel several times during my stay, and he was always very kind and helpful. I really appreciated his warm hospitality and support. Great hotel in a fantastic location.

Staying 2night. The Capri hotel is Fancy and having good facilities. One of the best things is kindness of the reception. The receptionist, Kasui, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel made our honeymoon in Singapore happy. Thank you the Capri by Fraiser Hotel. ^^

clean, efficient, good position for all. We had a early check in, very useful and late check out. the area around of hotel is very interesting with many restaurant and bar. you can arrive in all main spot point by foot.

Posizione meravigliosa vicina a tutto. La struttura offre numerosi servizi tra cui palestra e lavatrici/asciugatrici h. 24. La piscina è molto carina ma forse un po piccola per l’affluenza che c’è. Camera molto funzionale seppur non grandissima.

Probabilmente manca quel tocco da cinque stelle (es. se devi prenotare un taxi devi farlo con il concierge e non con la reception). Comunque nulla di così importante. Consiglierei assolutamente la struttura.

I've been staying at the Capri regularly for a couple of months now. The overall stay from a business perspective has been really seamless. Rooms are always clean and well presented and the location is great. The concierge staff on floor 1 is very amazing, especially Roy. Always greeting you with a smile, going out of his way to help me and others around. In a way that familiarity with Roy and the floor 1 team is what makes this place feel a bit like home away from home. Thanks Roy.

The hotel's location is fantastic and the facilities are superb, but what I want to thank most is the hotel's service. I left my belongings at the hotel because I was rushing to the airport. Before I even realized it, the hotel's lost and found department had already sent me an email and immediately confirmed the item details with me — extremely efficient. The subsequent process of arranging a courier to pick up the items was also handled very professionally. I would especially like to thank Subra from Concierge and Manager AFOM Ms Frieda. Subra demonstrated a tremendous sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process, which made me deeply feel the genuine care the hotel has for its guests. Ms Frieda's professional coordination and efficient handling also moved me greatly. It is precisely because of such an outstanding team that this stay has become so memorable.
