Grat Location, excellent staff. Loved the rooftop garden.

There wasn’t enough sun lounger around the pool at times to accommodate the guest especially on the weekend. No umbrellas to avoid the sun. Two very nice double sun lounger had a sort of roof but they were taken quickly by other guest. And the music was annoying… sort of free jazz a bit too loud.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Good location for getting about and an excellent launderette available

Given the key to a room already occupied when I arrived moved to another but noisy dehumidifier

The height of the room is good. it is a very quiet hotel suitable for rest. and it is in the center of the city...it is a good one.

maybe no sauna or steam room to relax after a long day work or long walk.

Amazing location

Perfect location, walk to MRT, Chinatown, Merlion, Gardens by the Bay, Lau Pa Sat, surrounded by Starbucks, bakeries, hawkers place, and many choices of restaurants.

One of the best hotels. Delicious breakfast, swimming pool with an amazing view on Petronas Tower. Very nice service. Strongly recommend! Hope to return back.

Great location, near Raffles Place MRT and very central.

Breakfast buffet was lacking in choice and service. Modest selection of food on buffets all around the place, and some in very congested corners. One chef at the omelette station, making them one at a time. Like the place was designed to be a lobby bar, but they've turned it into a breakfast restaurant, and it's just not the right space for that.

Breakfast. There was nowhere to sit. Food displays spread out all over the room. Not particularly nice food. Egg cooked to order was ok. Coffee from machine was poor.

Dover prendere un ascensore fino al piano 9 per accedere alla reception. Colazione buona,ma un po' complicata, distribuita in vari punti della sala ristorante, non troppo comodo.

Love the location, the amenities in general are great

Lack of hotel dining grab and go is great but no one manning it lack of availability for drinks egg only three cokes cold and in fridge lucky we did not want more. In room facilities were great however only two teabags of Ceylon tea and two camomile tea bags. Yes I could have requested more but a little more thought on what should be in each room and more variety. Also on one of the days there was a delivery of some awesome new pool furniture. Maybe it should have been put together in an area and then carried across to the pool, not come middle of day tell everyone to move who were on that side and let the small particles of polystyrene get into the pool. Some forward planning would have been a good thing

Great location! Within walking distance to a lot of the main sights, as well as having stops nearby for the bus and train. The rooms were very clean and the staff lovely.

Nothing to fault it. Everything was as expected and we were very happy with our stay there.

Very small, cumbersome to get into from lobby to the hotel. The hotel is just a portion of the building, other parts are offices. Also, the room was very very small. Overall would not stay again for the high price.

Малое количество посадочных мест на завтраке, приходится подождать, пока освободятся столы, если загрузка отеля большая.

Very comfy bed and nice views

No kettle in the room - just a complicated water machine which was very hard to use. WiFi not working initially- had to return to reception and took them a while to sort it out. No room service available at all. No fresh milk for tea. No information in the room about the hotel - apparently it’s on the tv but I don’t use the tv. No eating places around on Saturdays, even the 7-11 is closed. No food or drinks available at the pool.
