Perfekte Lage - fußläufig gehts easy nach Chinatown und zur Marina Bay. Sehr modernes cooles Hotel mit schönem Pool am Dach. Wasserfilter im Zimmer damit man seine Flaschen auffüllen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die lange Öffnungszeit des Pools (bis 23:59 Uhr)

Da die Lobby im 6. Stock ist, hat man leider immer das Gefühl man bekommt nichts mit. Zu wenige Liegeflächen beim Pool.

Pool, luggage storage, shower suit were a great help with our trip.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.

Black mold grew along the bottom of the shower, where the glass meets the floor tile. The water fill in the bathroom was entirely loose and unusable.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. It is modern and clean; the room has everything you need, and the location is excellent. You can walk; you can take the MRT, which is right next door. Just perfect. And the view, both from the room and the pool, was my favorite part. Special thanks to Nadia for surprising us with a little treat and the very special note for our honeymoon, which made our day!

Besonders begeistert haben uns die tolle Lage, die Sauberkeit und das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und bieten zudem eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

We loved our stay at The Clan. The hotel has such a great vibe and beautiful, stylish décor, and the rooms were really comfortable. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a lovely place to relax. The location is also excellent - close to Lau Pa Sat for food and very convenient for public transport, making it easy to explore Singapore.

A few small things to consider: there’s no bar on the rooftop pool level, and although there’s a beautiful terrace, drinks aren’t served there, which felt like a missed opportunity. Check-in was also a little chaotic, with a long line to collect room keys, and our room wasn’t available until around 3:20pm. The lifts could also be quite slow, and we often found ourselves waiting a while for one.

EVERYTHING!! This property had it all whilst traveling in Singapore great location, services, bar and the pool was the cherry on top.

Very central, solid choice for business or leisure trip

Check in and check out process was a little long. Opted for breakfast two days but had to go down stairs to pay and come back up to restaurant which took 20mins each day as queue at reception was long. This could be made easier.

Lots to love! The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful. The bed and pillows are so comfy. You cannot hear anyone from any other room. Yes the room is on the small side but was aware before booking.

Location was good.

Mediocre facilities. The drainage in the rooms are poor and when showering or using the sink, it floods as it is too slow to drain. Connectivity was poor. Very poor connection. Staff, with the exception on one personnel, were melancholic and inattentive.

Amazing view from the bedroom, Wilson the employee was amazing and very nice! The sky pool & the gym are top. The location is excellent & a step from the metro away.

It feels that the common area facilities (gym and pool deck) are not large enough to accommodate the number of rooms/hotel guests. Often could not get a seat at the pool, therefore it was swim and leave the area. The bar was also 'closed for a private function' on 2 of the 3 days. If there is no real bar alternative, it seems a bit odd to close it off to paying guests who should be able to access the facilities being advertised.

The pool is beautiful but as others have said there aren’t enough deck chairs and no shade. Sunset is the perfect time for a swim

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt oberhalb einer Metro-Starion. Der Pool mit Blick über die Stadt und die sonstigen Einrichtungen im 30. Stock (Gym, Duschräume) waren sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Unsere Zimmer standen am Anreisetag erst mehr als drei Stunden nach der vom Hotel ursprünglich angegebenen Zeit zur Verfügung. In einem Zimmer fehlte eine TV-Fernbedienung. Das Waschbecken befand sich nicht im Badezimmer, sondern im Wohnbereich des Zimmers. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher.Insgesamt waren die Zimmer sehr klein und recht beengt (Schiebetüren). Generell gibt es leider wohl keine Möglichkeit ein Zimmer mit drei Betten zu buchen.

Struttura eccellente da ogni punto di vista…pulizia, accoglienza, posizione! Ci è stata data la possibilità di fare una doccia appena arrivati, prima che fosse pronta la stanza e dopo aver effettuato il check out, prima di ripartire…ottimi servizi! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui, grazie The Clan.

Die Lage ist wirklich super und direkt bei der Metro.

Der Check-In war leider semi ideal, es hat sehr lange gedauert und es sind immer wieder zwischendrin mehrere Hotelgäste dazwischengekommen die sich beschwert haben da sie Probleme mit dem Gepäck hatten. Wir verstehen, dass es oftmals stressig sein kann aber zu dieser Zeit waren eigentlich nicht viele Gäste in der Hotellobby, es lief dennoch alles sehr wirr ab und hat nicht gut organisiert gewirkt. Uns wurden auch keine Getränke etc. angeboten und keinerlei Infos zum Frühstück, Pool oder Check-Out gegeben. Wir sind am nächsten Tag hin um nachzufragen wegen den Pool Zeiten und Handtüchern, da war das Personal leider etwas unhöflich. Wir sind dann noch zwei mal hin, um nachzufragen wegen dem Check out Ablauf aber mussten jedes Mal so lange warten bzw. wurden offensichtlich ignoriert vom Personal, dass wir dann gegangen sind. Prinzipiell ein schönes Hotel und die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, aber bei dem Preis hätte ich mir ein netteres hilfreicheres Personal erhofft. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht ganz.

ロケーションは便利で、近隣にホーカー含め飲食店があり、また、観光スポットへのアクセスも良かった。 プールは小ぶりだが、眺めが良く、温かいジャグジーも併設されている点は良かった。また、宿泊した部屋は、ベット以外に腰掛けるスペースが多く設けられており、居心地が良かった。

ホテルの設備に関して、エレベータが4台で待ち時間がやや長く感じた。 また、部屋の洗面台がもう少し広いと使い勝手が良くなると思った。

ホテル内にコインランドリーがあったらもっと嬉しいです。

Lo único que me gustó del hotel es su ubicación céntrica y pegado a la boca del metro.

Realmente no me gustó casi nada. El hotel es bonito sin más, nada destacable. La piscina está en el piso 30 pero es pequeñísima para un hotel tan grandes. Las hamacas se cuentan con los dedos de la mano pero es que no hay espacio para más. La habitación es normalisima pero lo peor de todo es el insufrible ruido de la máquina del Aire acondicionado. Con ese ruido es imposible dormir es atronador y lo peor es que tampoco lo puedes apagar porque lo insufrible entonces es el calor en la habitación. El personal es 0 amable, con 0 disponibilidad para ayudar y para responder a las cuestiones que les preguntábamos. Pedimos si nos podían recomendar algún restaurante bonito para una cena chula y gastronómica y nos mandaron al centro comercial 😖 Cuando les expusimos el problema del aire se limitaron a a un sorry about that y se quedaron tan panchos. En definitiva todo muy impropio de los precios que pagamos por la habitación!

extremely kind attentive staff, rooftop pool

I chose the Clan for it's design aesthetic and it did not disappoint. The swimming pool was fabulous with it's beautiful view and fabulous pool tiles that shimmered as you swam. Walking distance to ChinaTown and its restaurants and cafe's was a plus.

The twin bedroom was small so we were clambering over our suitcases. The photos are not a true indication of size. Not a comment on the hotel as such but for such a wonderfully designed calm spac it was annoying to sit in the reception lounge and have a couple of young children jumping on the coffee table and on the sofa I was enjoying with the mother and nanny doing nothing to stop them. Notices about expected behaviour of children respecting others spaces may help alleviate this situation in the future.

La struttura è modernissima, si trova in una posizione ottima e offre un sacco di attività All interno tutto è tenuto nei minimi dettagli a partire dal profumo agli accessori, là camere é spaziosa, i letti comodi e ha tutto il necessario, la chicca e la doccia enorme è pazzesca. All interno c’è il ristorante con colazione ottima, la palestra super attrezzata e la piscina all ultimo piano La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi marina bay e chinatown
