I like the design of the hotel and the room. I love the sliding door to the bathroom, especially that you can open it to make it part of the bedroom. The day and night blinds are a brilliant idea—overall, a very high standard and beautifully finished.

The pool was nice, though the water was cold—my kids didn’t mind, though! Apparently, cold pools are common in Singapore, so I can't complain too much, but warmer water would have been a bonus.

Excellent hotel, staff were brilliant, Facilities were top notch.

What a great hotel!

Really great Hotel to stay. Very close for walking to key locations and train connection across the road. Staff wonderful, always address you by your name. Our room was available early which was a plus....having been up since 2am for flight to Singapore. Had some minor issues and promptly fixed. Yes, we would definitely stay again as we pass through Singapore.

USB beside bed wasn't working and either light over makeup mirror wasn't working or there is no light. Bit hard to see.

Ein absolutes Traumhotel mitten im Herzen von Singapur! Die Architektur ist von außen wie von innen absolut außergewöhnlich und ein echter Hingucker. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, und das gesamte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend, professionell und stand uns bei jeder Frage mit hervorragender Unterstützung zur Seite. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und können es nur empfehlen. Ein kleiner Tipp: Man sollte rechtzeitig im Voraus buchen, um von einem günstigeren Preis zu profitieren.

The pool and the ease of everything at your fingertips. Our toddlers loved the pool and the buffet and we loved having room service delivered so fast on those days where you need to feed children quickly! Thanks for the cot too! Very helpful.

Great location, all staff were very hospitable. The hotel was really clean and modern, pool facilities were beautiful. We look forward to returning on our next visit.

The hotel and staff were superb. It was our first time in Singapore, and for my mom's birthday. Uncle Ang attended to our needs and made us feel welcomed. We told him it was my mom's special day and she received a complimentary cake. Which was a very kind gesture. The room was spotless, amenities were great. We enjoyed our early morning swims then the breakfast buffet. It is also walking distance to many attractions.

Très bel hôtel et très bien placé pour découvrir Singapour (y compris le temps d'une escale d'une nuit) avec des restaurants à proximité dans le quartier chinois. Très bon petit déjeuner et piscine agréable. Chambre et lit confortable (petite déception sur la chambre par rapport aux photos mais elle reste correcte).

Top Lage, top Hotel. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war wichtig eine gute Lage mit nicht allzu weiten Wegen zu haben. Mit Grab und diesem Hotel alles top. Auch wenn nicht ganz günstig, war es echt top.

I liked the customer service and how the staff go above and beyond for you the only down side was it’s not Muslim friendly hotel. If the toilet had bedit it would be amazing and make their restaurant halal friendly. Apart from that it was amazing.

room was fantastic, swimming pool was great and not that busy, breakfast buffet was really really good and the location was good with young kids. Staff were all really helpful and easy to deal with.

only one restaurant available in the evening and it had a very very expensive lobster buffet only. This meant that a dinner at the hotel would have cost nearly $500AUD for x2 adults and x2 kids, which is a bit ridiculous.

Sauber und wenn man an den richtigen Mitarbeiter gelangt auch äußerst kompetent und freundlich.

Unser Check In erfolgte 4 Stunden später da die Zimmer nicht fertig waren. Ein Entgegenkommen erfolgte in keiner Weise. Danach haben wir uns bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter beschwert und hier wurde uns entsprechen zufriedenstellend geholfen. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel eher traurig. Im Hotel selber waren wir unten im Restaurant nicht essen. Das ist eine Küchenschlacht und hat nichts mit entspannten Essen zu tun.

Hotel iconico situato a pochi passi da Chinatown. Struttura meravigliosa già dalla hall. Camere comode e spaziose con una vista mozzafiato. Colazione superba. Staff gentile e sempre sorridente.

The hotel itself was very clean, beautiful and well maintained. The rooms and common areas were comfortable, and overall we enjoyed the design and atmosphere of the property.

The pool could definitely be larger, especially considering Singapore’s hot and humid weather. We felt that the pool area was not sufficient for a hotel of this standard. More importantly, we had a very disappointing experience regarding the spa. We were on our honeymoon and received an email saying that the hotel would like to offer us a spa experience as a gesture. We made a reservation for a one-hour couples massage, and at no point were we clearly informed that it would be charged separately or told the price. We only found out during check-out that the massage was not complimentary and had to pay an unexpected amount of approximately TRY 16,000. If something is presented to guests as a honeymoon gesture, the cost should be communicated very clearly in advance. Unfortunately, this situation left us extremely disappointed and negatively affected our overall impression of the stay.

I like the location

Check in was slow. The lights in the room were dim unlike the other hotels I used to book. The reception should give a list of room no. that the guest have paid for the buffet breakfast. My brother and his family had to wait for more than 10 mins to get it verified.

Beautiful and green - lovely pool and incredible breakfast

There were not enough beds for our family of 4 - they expected a family with two children aged 9 and 11 to share the (large) double bed with the parents and one child go on a three-quarter length sofa bed. They said they could then put a filled up bed in the room for $100 per night to start with. They did in the end of this complementary but it did mean that we didn’t have any room to move around the room at all.

It was 5 star! Beautiful hotel..Room was very comfortable and bed was so nice too. Facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

L'emplacement (à 150 m du métro), la vue est dégagée, la piscine au 5ème étage agréable, la décoration (lobby, chambre, ...), le petit déjeuner (choix, saveurs, ...). Il y a un centre commercial juste à côté

La Chambre Familiale Exécutive Signature n'a pas grand chose de familiale, j'ai fait ma réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 ado et sur Booking tout indique que c'est bien une chambre pour 4 personnes. Or sur place, il n'y a qu'un lit (king size) et un canapé lit 1 place. L'hôtel n'a été compréhensif en rien, n'a pas cherché à trouver une meilleure solution que d'ajouter un lit amovible (surclassement, geste commercial, ...). Le personnel n'est pas du tout empathique. Au final, cette chambre ressemble plus à un dortoir qu'à une expérience 5 étoiles.

La comodidad de la cama y la distribución de la habitación nos gusto mucho. Tambien las vistas desde la suite urban son excelentes y el sistema de persianas es fenomenal.

La silla del despacho estaba muy sucia (habitacion 1003). Servicio de habitacion diario no recargaba jabon del baño. Botella de agua de cristal rota con riesgo de corte por debajo (llamamos a servicio de habitaciones y la cambiaron). No teniamos el desayuno incluido, quisimos desayunar un dia pero habia cola de 15 minutos para acceder al restaurante a desayunar y desistimos de desayunar en el hotel. Fuimos a la piscina 2 veces durante nuestra estancia y en la primera ocasion no habia sitio para sentarse o poner la toalla debido a que estaba llena de gente. Por el precio que pagamos por noche para una suite urban, en lo general esperabamos mas.

This is a mixed review as there were some great aspects to this hotel. The greenery concept of the hotel was really cool - such a feature! The pool setting was spectacular, and the garden walk. The staff were wonderful. Location was really great and breakfast was also everything you could possibly ask for (note that you should get there early as we saw the queue when we were finished and it was a long one).

We were so disappointed with our room. It was absolutely NOT '5 stars'. I would say 3 at the max. The room was very tired - the couch was ripped and warn, a draw was broken, and the floor was quite damaged. It was a real surprise to us after arriving into such a grand entrance at the hotel, to then see this was quite a disappointment. We told reception of our disappointment and they gave us a voucher for their business lounge but it shouldn't be up to the staff to deal with this - management should close rooms off if they are not up to standard and fix them up. Our children's room was better. I wouldn't stay again because for the price we paid, you expect much more, and we have stayed in some other very nice hotels in Singapore for the same price or less.

Soggiorno fantastico di tre giorni ad agosto in famiglia. Questo hotel stupisce subito per la sua straordinaria architettura con giardini verticali integrati ed elevati standard di sostenibilità. Posizione eccellente a ridosso di Chinatown e del CBD, comodissima per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici verso le principali attrazioni. Camere ampie, pulitissime, silenziose e dotate di letti comodi con bellissime viste sullo skyline. Meravigliosa la piscina infinity al piano elevato, ottime la palestra e le strutture benessere. Staff eccezionale per cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità. Colazione ricca, varia e di altissima qualità. Scelta perfetta per chi cerca il massimo del comfort e del relax nel centro di Singapore. Altamente consigliato.

L'hôtel est une bulle de fraîcheur en plein cœur de Singapour (= côté Chinatown), les chambres sont vastes, propres, très bien équipées avec une salle de bain double vasques, douche + baignoire et toilette séparées. Nous étions en étage élevé avec une vue d'angle sur la ville et la végétation luxuriante: magnifique !

Seul petit bémol était le monde et le bruit au petit déjeuner... Vraiment très bruyant mais excellent choix et tres variés pour le pdj.
