Good location. While the surrounding area felt less safe, the immediate vicinity of the hotel was fine. It is directly connected to the mall, providing also easy metro access to Universal Studios. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and we greatly appreciated being allowed an early check-in

The hotel and rooms feel outdated. The bed was uncomfortable with a mattress that was way too soft, and the fitted sheets kept popping off as soon as I got in, leaving the bed a mess by the middle of the night morning. Unfortunately, there was also a lot of outside noise, even up on the 17th floor.

The hotel was ideally located for venturing out to a multitude of locations. The rooms and facilities were well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to use this hotel to explore this beautiful city

Posizione ottima, praticamente sulla Walk of fame, con accesso diretto ad un bellissimo Centro commerciale e ad un parcheggio, vista dalla camera bellissima.

מלון ברמה בינונית ומטה, חדרים ישנים, במקלחת יש וילון בחדר רחצה, היה לנו חדק עם 2 מיטות זוגיות ולא הייתה שידה ליד המיטה גם כשביקשנו, האוכל למטה בלובי מאוד לא טעים, לא ממליצה בכלל. הצוות לא היה נחמד והמיקום לא להיט.

The location is great and accessible, walking distance to the metro station. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom is very dark, needs new lighting remodel to make it brighter and modern.

Very friendly staff, eager to help. As we were about to enter our room, the cleaning lady greeted us with, " Please let this feel like your home." Ian, the waiter at H2, was also welcoming and presented great service. Great location for access to the shuttle for the Hollywood Bowl.

The bar in the lobby didn't open until 4. Evidently, there was a bar on the pool deck, but it was closed for a private party.

This is my favourite hotel to stay at when I'm in Hollywood. The location is perfect, staff are super friendly, parking is convenient.

L' hotel è davvero completo: stanze spaziose e perfette, veduta panoramica su tutta la città, palestra, piscina. Fa corpo con zona commerciale moderna, attrezzata di tutti i servizi e con vista sulla collina con l'insegna "Hollywood". È a 100mt dalla walk of fames e dal Dolby Theater. Come struttura è perfetta.

Location. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. It was quiet with a good view of the city. Close to attractions and venues like the Hollywood Bowl (walking distance). The pool area was nice with proper seating and available drinks. Close access to shopping.

The room had a stranger oder, like it was a previous smoking room or just old. There is one restaurant in the hotel but was closed after their brunch. Bar didn’t open until after 4:00

Nothing we disliked, I think the parking should be explained better as that you park in a parking garage instead of the hotels own parking.

Molt bona situació, davant mateix del Walk os Fame. Amb molt bones opcions per menjar als voltants, ja que està dins un gran centre comercial ple de botigues i restaurants.

Per dir alguna cosa, l'aigua de la piscina estava hipercalenta, com si es tractés d'un spa. I quan anfora estas a 40°, el que busques es refrescar-te i no ficar-te dins aigua bullint...

La piscina, non al livello di un albergo di questo tipo. Il fatto che eravamo in 3 , abbiamo prenotato in una suite e mio figlio ha dormito in un divano letto che ha dovuto anche aprire e lo abbiamo avuto in mezzo tutto il soggiorno. Il vetro della doccia era vecchio con le guarnizioni ammuffite

The Loew’s is right in the heart of Hollywood and adjacent to Ovation with all its great shops, and of course, next to the Dolby where the Oscars take place. Super sleek and contemporary. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is steps away.

Only a minor detail, but would of been nice to have a shower mat as the tub was very slippery. And cause I love coffee, maybe a table in lobby for coffee and water.

$100,- extra für eine Nacht für den Hund! Zusätzlich Parkgebühr Internet hätte auch noch extra gekostet, da ich über booking gebucht habe.

Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Hollywood i wyjazd do Universal Studios. Pokój w zupełności wystarczający dla rodziny z dwójką nastolatków. Podgrzewany basen z widokiem na znak Hollywood jest dostępny bardzo długo (6:00–23:00). Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa, która bez problemu poszła nam na rękę w kwestii prośb niezawartych w rezerwacji. Obiekt połączony jest z centrum handlowym Dolby Theatre z gastronomią i parkingiem dla gości hotelu (25$ za wjazd), a naprzeciwko znajduje się 7-Eleven.

Hotel was lovely. Pool was like a big bath which was very welcome after a long day. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. Great beds and pillows so a great sleep. We had a room that looked over the Hollywood sign which was cool. Staff we very good and accommodating.

Although its a beautiful hotel and and right on Hollywood boulevard, Hollywood is not a good location to stay. The hotel is right on the Hollywood walk of fame which is filthy! There are addicts everywhere. Sleeping on the streets or wandering about. We did not feel safe. Nothing happened to us and no one approached us, but it's not what you expect to see on a vacation. It's not the hotel's fault. It's really a lovely hotel, but just not in the best area.

De locatie was top! Personeel super lief en behulpzaam. Prima kamer met uitzicht op Hollywood sign, ook vanuit het zwembad.

Zwembadwater was te warm, heerlijk in de avond maar niet verkoelend overdag.

Booked a room “city view”, it was a wall view instead, floor six is not enough to a “city view”, but room was clean and every day tidied.

Super Lage, Super Personal, sehr sauber! Aber Personal ist hervorzugehen! Immer wieder gerne!

Die Ausstattung ist bisschen veraltet, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht so optimal. Man parkt im Parkhaus und muss dann erstmal vom Parkhaus in die obere Etage gelangen, um dann in das Hotel zu gelangen. Natürlich kann man auch den Valet nutzen, was etwas teurer ist.

The heated pool was great. Breakfast was delicious. We also got a free room upgrade to much bigger room.

Very near a metro station, just a minute walk away from Hollywood Boulevard and also connected to the shopping centre Ovation.

Considering the price, not impressed: the shower gel toiletry dispenser was completely empty, the magnifying mirror's backlight didn't work, there were no cups or glasses for the coffee machine. Beware, the Fiji water bottles aren't complimentary - each costs $11. Also, most of Hollywood Boulevard is extremely dirty and is the home to many unhoused people.

I stayed here in August and was charged an unexpected $45 on my card after checkout. I already paid for all my incidentals in cash and have the receipt. The hotel completely ignores my emails and refuses to clarify or refund the money. Unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.

Me gustó que estaba muy cerca del centro de Hollywood con una parada de metro a ls vuelta de la esquina. Me gustó el personal que tienen en el restaurante que es muy amable y un camarero joven en el bar del lobby que era muy servicial. El hotel es tranquilo y las habitaciones son amplias.

No me gustó que me cobraran más de 30$ porque mi hijo encendió la TV una hora como mucho. Me pareció muy caro el servicio del Buffet libre con pésima calidad ya que los panes estaban duros y el embutido no era muy bueno. Lo que no me gustó nada es que la piscina esté extremadamente caliente en verano con el calor que hace, necesitaba algo refrescante y resultaba molesto, es una lástima porque la piscina era muy tranquila.

Das Parken ist etwas aufwendig (im öffentlichen Parkhaus) und damit etwas teurer. Aber damit muss man rechnen, wenn man dort ein Hotel nimmt.

Zimmer sehr laut. Kamen spät an und bekamen nur das Zimmer neben den Serviceaufzügen. Ein sogenanntes "upgrade" war ohne Blick auf das Hollywood-Zeichen. Würden beim nächsten max. 2 Tage dort verbringen. Topp Lage, aber leider nicht überall sauber die Gegend ... lieber Auto nehmen und gutes zentrales Hotel Nähe Beverly Hills nehmen.

Hotel was a bit dated and lacked ammenities. The ducted room air conditioning system was old and very noisey and could not be switched off.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and came on and off all the time.

It's a good hotel with heated pool, very good fitness center and close to the Ovation Hollywood shopping center with restaurants, shops, and attractions. You can park directly in Ovation and take the elevator steps to the street connecting to the hotel.

They charged me for water in the room, my expectation was that this is complementary and won't be paid by me.

ハリウッドの中心でメトロ駅もすぐ近く.観光や買い物に便利、ハリウッドサインが見える部屋で快適でした。メトロBラインでダウンタウンやドジャーススタジアムへのバスに乗れるユニオンステーションへ1本で行ける。

ティッシュボックスがバスルームしか無かったのでベッドルームにもあると良いです。欧米共通仕様なのでしょうが、日本人にはもう少しバスタブが深いとありがたいです。

Amazing location in the heart of Hollywood‘s attractions and walkable to the Hollywood Bowl (0.6 miles). The direct access to Ovation Hollywood made it easy to access a variety of foods as well as the Bowl Shuttle.

I was surprised to find no microwave in the room, but they can be rented or you can use 1 of 2 publicly available microwaves.

Great Location, spacious rooms with beautiful views; Has everything a big hotel has to offer. Good breakfast with delicious made to order omelets. Great sound insulation. My booking came with complimentary bowling game, bus tour and other perks; Also, if you find valer parking too pricy there are some easy alternatives around; Much appreciated !

You have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned, if not your bed will not be made daily. No big deal, just something to know !

Reservei um quarto paguei mais caro para ter uma vista da placa de Hollywood e estou esperando vê-la até agora! Ninguém avisou que deveríamos fazer uma caução na chegada que não seria estornado no check-out. Iso nos causou um enorme constrangimento e até joje não estornaram nenhum valor. Quem é o responsável porbesta soma? A Booking.com?
