Close proximity to beach and access to town. Very comfortable beds and sea view. Staff serving very helpful. Lovely lounge with access to drinks but quite dark.

Rooms were very well decorated in dark colours. Looks lovely but lighting not so good. Very dark if you intended to read. Larger floor lamps would help. Breakfast should state continental. Expected choice of cooked breakfast unless stated otherwise .

The location was fantastic and the views from the bedroom window were beautiful. Zana was a fantastic host , she was very friendly and always offered advice on locations to visit plus giving helpful tips to make the day run smoothly. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Falmouth and recommend to others.

Tolles, gemütliches B&B in unmittelbarer Nähe der Gylly-Beach. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Das Gylly-Beach Strand Café ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Lage vom Bosanneth Guest House ist traumhaft. In Falmouth oberhalb des Gyllingvase Beach. Zu Fuß in 3 min erreichbar und die Stadt über einen sehr schönen Weg in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichabr. Ein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft ist gratis. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gibt aber keine Wurstprodukte. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir essen vegetarisch. Das Zimmer war ein Deluxe DZ mit Meerblick. Das hatten wir so gebucht. Es war absolut fantastisch. Das Kingsize Bett sehr groß, aber etwas weich für uns. Liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet! Der Erker mit den Stühlen zum Sitzen und dem Meerblick sehr schön. Leider schreien die Möwen in ganz Falmouth laut. Das hört man auch beim Schlafen. Aber dafür kann ja Bosanneth nichts! Die Betreiber sind sehr nett. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Not a B&B but a guest accommodation house, so nobody to check you in, you have to ring and get a locker code for a room key and sort yourself out. Looking at other reviews breakfast has changed in recent months from cooked to continental and it was bare minimum especially if you have dietary needs. What was on offer is what you would just do at home and not something you look forward to day after day. Overall did not feel the value for money was there, especially if in one of the smaller rooms, prices per night are too high for what is on offer.

How clean it was and really good communication with the host and excellent location 👌

Bed was a bit to soft but that just personal preference there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like🙂

Die wunderbare Lage zum Strand in einer ruhigen Lage hat einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Darüberhinaus waren Bett und Zimmer sehr angenehm, auch im Badezimmer war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders Zara war sehr unterstützend und hat uns auch für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, aber auch für unsere Weiterreise gute Ratschläge gegeben. Wir sind ihr auch deshalb sehr dankbar, weil sie uns sehr geholfen hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great location literally steps away from the beach and the bay window framed an amazing sea view from the comfy chairs (or from the bed in the morning)

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Das Frühstück war okay. Lecker Früchte. Vielleicht hätte man es etwas abwechslungsreicher gestalten können. Nicht immer nur einen (den gleichen) Käse bsw.

The room was cosy, well decorated and we were never too hot or too cold. The bathroom was a little snug but plenty of room for normal ablutions. Shower pessure was fantastic! Staff were friendly and check-in & out was seamless. All in all an ideal base for exploring falmouth.

We should have looked into "included breakfast" more closely - no cooked options available only a continental buffet still very nice but perhaps not as substantial as we were hoping.

Location great ,2nd time we have stayed here.Room was lovely, Beth who was doing breakfast was 👌 Friendly,polite and good at her job.

Disappointed no cooked breakfast as last time we stayed we really enjoyed the breakfast,bit misleading in the gallery of photos that still show cooked breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. We stayed in the ‘Garden’ room which had a bay window looking down to the garden with a sea view to the right. Plenty of space with a nice area to sit. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Zania was easy to communicate with and gave us great advice on areas to visit. The area was very quiet day and night despite being so close to the beach which at Easter, was fairly busy.

The room was very lovely with a really wide bed and a lot of store room. There are two armchairs and a little table to sit down. The breakfast was lovely with all you could wish for, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, jam. House has a nice quite location near the beaches, a supermarket is just around the corner. Its about a 15 minutes walk to town center. Very gracious landlord too.

Hotel messaged to say they hadn't been paid by Booking.com so in order to stay I had to resolve this with them. This was nothing to do with me as I had paid Booking.com and it was for the Hotel to respolve, it not me. Customer Service was none existant and I had to sort out alternative acclomdation at short notice after I visited to see if I was staying there; which I wasn't!

Die Lage des Hauses ist genial, man ist sehr schnell am Strand, aber auch sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und mega freundlich. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Comfortable room and a good breakfast (though a bit of a delay through the kitchen getting a bit overwhelmed with everyone wanting breakfast at the same time).

Little bit of noise carried through from the other rooms. Once we were checked in by the staff member, she disappeared, so we were unable to ask about the locality, recommendations etc. It was a Saturday afternoon, so maybe it would have been different during the week, but we did feel a little 'abandoned'.

Friendly and helpful host and staff. Went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get home due to train cancellations. Breakfast was 10/10. Lovely, cosy feel to the house. Decorated beautifully. Amazing location 10/10. Would definitely go back.

Only issue was it was slightly chilly in our room but host sorted straight away and brought us a portable heater but to be fair, I usually have my house heated to quite a high temperature, so was probably more me than the heating anyway.

I think this has been the best b&b we have stayed in. The cleanliness, tidiness, and an air of understated luxury met us when we arrived, as did our calm and friendly host. The room and bathroom were lovely, well appointed and thoughtfully provisioned, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Great location very close to the beach and only 11 minute walk into town. Good parking and able to leave till 3pm after check out.

Room we stayed in manacle was very small, shower room en-suite was a good size though. Cooked breakfast was nice but a very small portion.

Lovely B&B with good views of the ocean from the window seat in our our top floor room. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked to order. Onsite parking was a bonus. Bed was a little tired/soft and not as comfortable as it could have been.

Location for beach was very nice, but if you wanted to walk into Falmouth centre it was more than a 10min walk as stated and the walk back was uphill. If you’re not good at walking I feel this should have been mentioned somewhere.

The location is perfect - walking distance to the beaches and town. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation itself is beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again.
