So friendly staff went above and beyond to help. Always smiling. Great room free breakfast and is right in town
That they stopped the fresh pineapple And fruit salad.
The customer service in this hotel is excellent. When challenges arise, the staff is empathic and understanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Waikiki.
Older hotel conveniently located in Waikiki within walking distance of everything. Photos do not match the room. Probably would not stay here again.
Posizione e staff
Location
Very well located. Many things can be done by walk.
The street was loudly. Unfortunately, sometimes it was annoying and by night it waked us up.
We removed out of our reservation into the Pacific monarch when location of the oasis was most important
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Oasis. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor. Jesse at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome instead of greeting me like a valued guest. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little selection, and nothing stood out as fresh or special. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of customer service or the quality of the breakfast. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
Close to beach
Everything perfect
l’accueil
Very nice hotel and stay. Staff very helpful. Mr. Mike made experiencing everything smooth our navigator. Everything went smoothly all shops and dinning walking distance. Family had a blast
This hotel does not look like the pictures. The carpet in the entry is torn, the pool is in bad shape and tiny, the furniture is warped and very worn, and the beds are small, hard, and lumpy. We were very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. The room was not clean. The bathtub looked like it was at least 25 years old, chipped and in worn condition. The kitchen cabinets were warped and in poor condition.
I stayed at Oasis Hotel Honolulu for 4 nights and was very disappointed. While the staff was polite and tried to help, the hotel is in desperate need of renovations and proper maintenance. The room was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets did not appear clean, the curtains were torn, and the sliding door did not work properly. The showerhead barely worked, the tub drain was clogged, and the bathroom exhaust fan never worked, making the room humid. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, they were never fully resolved. Housekeeping was also disappointing. My room was never properly cleaned during my stay, the trash remained in the room, and I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels because they were not replaced automatically. The front desk never answered calls from my room, so I had to go from the 10th floor to the lobby whenever I needed assistance. The hotel also appeared severely understaffed. Despite being on the 10th floor, I could clearly hear noise from the lower floors, people talking in the hallways, and other guests. The lack of soundproofing made the room much noisier than expected. The elevator jerked every time it started moving, which raised safety concerns. I paid a premium price for this hotel but did not receive the level of cleanliness, maintenance, or service I expected. The staff did their best, but the owner needs to invest in renovations and improve housekeeping and maintenance. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
Location. Good value. Clean. Spacious.
Nothing
Rooms are rundown and overall the hotel needs an update. The area where the hotel is located is OK but there is very limited parking at the hotel itself. You would need to find street parking or go to an adjacent hotel to park in their structure.
It's fine, location is a short walking distance to most things in Waikiki.
The noise from crowds outside the Irish bar and nightclub on Lewers street late at night and early hours of the morning screaming and shouting were a bit much when I was recovering from jet lag having travelled from Australia.
I had a great experience they showed Southern hospitality. Everybody was just great. I just wish they had a gift shop or some type of merchandise that you can take with you with your company name on it as a souvenir.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Oasis hotel. Much smaller and more personal than the high-rise hotels nearby. Our room was about twice the size of a previous room at a bigger hotel. Oasis is well-situated -- a few blocks from the beach, good restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. The staff were very helpful and always friendly.
The hotel is well kept. Rooms are clean Walking distance from the beach, and shop ing.
Continental breakfast was sad, there were no protein source like eggs or cream cheese. Also the pastry doughnut was unflavored not even plain sugar, biting into a plain bread of sadness, lack of food options for previously mentioned. Besides that the service was very well, assisted with questions knowledgably.
It comfortably Oasis Hotel Waikīkī the best place
Nice breakfast. Good location.
Room and bathroom could use an update. Long waits at front desk when they are checking someone in
I was pretty disappointed with the continental breakfast and the amount of seats that were available. The room was good and the bed comfortable . If someone can shut up that rooster at 4h15 AM it would be a great help … you shout install a spa instead of a pool.. it’s the perfect size
Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Clean women’s public toilet. Nice views from the outside balcony not from room but just outside the room especially at night. Great service for leaving luggage. Staff were helpful.
Cleanliness of the breakfast area. No room service even though we were there for 3 days so no cLean towels. No jug in the room to make a cup of tea. Had to rely on getting not so very hot water from the coffee machine and it took ages to heat up. No outdoor furniture on the balcony which was a shame as we had to lug the good, heavy, indoor furniture out if we wanted to sit outside.
Great staff
Loved the atmosphere. It was laid back and genuine. A haven in the middle of an over commercialised mecca
La cercanía al centro
La atencion del personal y q el estacionamiento era un problema.
The hotel staff was so friendly and personable. We absolutely loved how helpful and accommodating they were. The hotel needs some upgrading, but our room was lovely. The location is great! Close to the beach, restaurant, and local events.
My overall experience at the Oasis was awesome the staff were amazing very helpful the room was clean and the Japanese tub was a added bonus it walking distance to everything I would definitely stay there again !
This hotel is hidden in the middle of a busy street, but the staff is incredibly kind, it was a good reservation for the price, and we did feel safe. Parking is tricky, and the breakfast is all carbs, but we would definitely stay here again. The rooms were SO spacious!
Nice location in Waikiki, short walking distance to Waikiki beach and Royal Hawaiian Center. The atmosphere was family friendly and clean. Love all the beautiful tropical plants a true oasis in my book! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Love the security gate at night! Koi pond was a nice surprise!
location, staff and room. Everything was great from the moment that we arrived.
everything was great. The only area to improve could be the breakfast, adding a little more of variety.
Todo súper bien
The location is okay. However, the hotel rooms were dingy and old. It seems like they have not been upkept in a long time. Our room AC was not working and our room was very hot. We had a long day of traveling and arriving to a hot room was very disappointing. We were told a tech would come fix it the next day. However, we are on day 2 with no AC and now being told a tech isn't available. They are now saying we can get a new room tomorrow. The breakfast was terrible with minimal options. The room is not comfortable due to the hot rooms and general sense of it feeling dirty.
The hotel is located within walking distance near restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were great and would tend to any concerns right away. It was also nice that beach towels and chairs were offered to guests visiting so they don't need to purchase additional items. Thank you Andrew and staff for making our first time stay memorable.
The staff at Oasis are so helpful and kind and definitely make this a great place to stay.
As others noted the building is a bit tired in some areas, but the staff and location easily made up for this:).
Location was great. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. We felt very safe our whole trip. Rooms were spacious, clean and views were beautiful. The noise level was low, if any. The valets and front desk employees were incredible. Always offering ideas for places to go and see. Always had smiles and were very welcoming. The continental breakfast was very simple. Loved that they always had water and juice or ice tea out all day long.
It’s a nice hotel and in good location. It’s in central of Waikīkī. Very close to the beach and restaurants. But the hotel is not on main streets so very quiet.
Close to town, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff available 24 hours.
Not much not to like.
The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. Great location. The staff was wonderful. Jesse in Guest Services was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After working in marketing and customer service for years, it was refreshing to see such a positive young man providing such outstanding customer service while maintaining an upbeat personality no matter the situation. Every front desk needs a Jesse!
The location is close by the shopping mall and beach
The room is outdated and the carpet has a little smell
The location is great and the hotel staff is fantastic, friendly, and responsive. I had an issue with my room and Eugene fixed faster than I've ever seen. The hotel is lunch to have him working for them. Also the hotel is clean and quiet.
Very disappointed with this hotel. The advertised room rate is misleading because they charge a compulsory “resort fee” that is not clearly disclosed upfront. By the time you add this mandatory surcharge, the actual cost is significantly higher than the price shown when booking. What’s even more frustrating is that there is nothing remotely “resort-like” about this property. It has a tiny swimming pool and that’s about it. Calling it a resort is a stretch. The hotel is not even close to the beach, so the resort fee feels completely unjustified. This practice is misleading and deceptive. Guests should be shown the true total price before booking, not surprised with mandatory fees later. If I had known the real cost upfront, I would have chosen another hotel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
Great place to stay in Waikiki. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is in a good spot.
Ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Küche und gemütlichen Betten und Balkon. Sehr überraschend die Washlet Toilette aus Japan mit beheizter Klobrille und mehr... ;-) Gute zentrale Lage in Waikiki.
The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the atmosphere.
Difficult to sleep when patrons from down the road left the pub.
Front desk people were all very nice.
The speaker system was constantly shorting out. Breakfast was basically all carbs. Pool area was definitely not inviting or somewhere you’d want to hang out and had very limited hours.
Our first experience at Waikiki, and we did not care for it. The streets were so crowded the night we arrived, it took us a little over an hour to traverse the last 8 blocks to the hotel. The noise from the street, including amplified thumping dance music, amplified shouting, motorists, and general mayhem continued until around 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep our first night (Saturday). Also, the air conditioner in our room did not work, so it was about 80 degrees for your entire stay. Even after the Saturday night event was over, the room was noisy and not well insulated from the street below, even on the 8th floor! A mysterious intermittent sound of a jackhammer in an adjacent room turned out to be the sound of the elevator operating...so that turned out to be a constant annoyance all day and night. The front desk staff all did their best to be helpful and friendly, but they could not make up for the noisy, congested location of this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable both in our room and the common areas. The "continental breakfast" was worse than most I've experienced, even at Motel 6 or Super 8 motels in the middle of nowhere. I'm sure the Oasis Hotel folks are doing the best they can in what is, I'm sure, a highly competitive and super crowded part of an already crowded city. Most of the issues (apart from the non-functional AC) were due to the location. Of all the places in Hawaii we visited this year, Waikiki was the least enjoyable. It's crowded, ultra-touristy, gimmicky, and trying way to hard to be LA.
Location was a bid bad one way street surrounded by people driving and hanging outside of the hotel gate, bathroom needs a lot of attention, pool was small, there are much better places to stay at considering the price
The staff are amazing.
Nothing
Clean luxurious environment 5 mins away from the beach perfect location for shopping and doing fun things in Waikiki. This is a must stop location if you are traveling to the area I would highly recommend!
Sauber und zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal.
We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and nice, even gave us a microwave which came in handy with all the extra food we have from dining out. Thanks so much!!!
Everybody was very nice! Mr. Mike, was amazing, professional, he went above and beyond. We had an awesome experience. Thank you, everyone.
Friendly staff.Quiet room.Fast route to get to by car.
Essential kitchen prep food equipment,ie. collander,mixing bowls,deep soup bowls,ladles,etc.
Location is good
My room was facing a wrecked building opposite and too noisy
The whole experience was wonderful, the staff was very kind and helpful and the hotel location near of the beach and the touristic places.
We stayed one night each before and after our cruise. This hotel is right in the heart of shopping, dining and the beach. We were geocaching around the area and felt very safe. Mike, the concierge, was friendly as was Jesse at the front desk. It can be noisy on the weekend nights due to the nearby bars. The hotel is utilitarian but gets the job done.
We could drop off our bags earlier. The hotel is in the centre of the city. We had a big room with kitchen facilities.
The noise outside the windows was terrible, as there are many night clubs close by. It was not possible to sleep at all. The breakfast was very simple, really continental. The receptionist was responding to our questions, but he was not engaged at all. The room was very old furnished and used. The queen beds were more like king single beds.
Great location . All what you need nearby
Upon arrival there was a guy that already assigned what room you will be assigned ( could tell) a/c no work, there was a fun already a/c remote did not work, maintenance guy came over replaced a/c battery and so on you can tell is all arranged. So had to sleep with no a/c . WHY JUST SAID THERE IS NO A/C
The location is nice and very close to the restaurants and just a walking distance from the beach
what we don't like is the parking fee which is overpriced
The hotel has excellent facilities and great value for the price. Mr. ASHIIRA the room and service manager is very nice and helpful. A great place to stay in Honolulu waikiki.
Breakfast was boring. Same small selection every single day. Toast, cereal, plain donut,Fruit (usually grapes) and yogurt. The room was clean but dated and musty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.We were up on the 7&8th floors so it was quiet. The pool was nice but it closes at 7! The Koi fish pond area was beautiful but reserved for the smokers. I spent a lot of time there anyway.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was responsive and helpful. The valet service is worth the cost. The only thing we thought was interesting was that they only clean the room every three days.
I like the continental breakfast and the free cold water and ice tea at the lobby. Also room are very big in space and clean.
Glad for the Continental Breakfast
The room was clean and nice but there was a little bit of a musty smell in it.
Nothing much
One of the guys behind the desk when we first got there his attitude wasn’t much friendly
Location , nice staff, big size room
The kitchenette smells swear, hairs in bathroom
Super amazing hotel big spacious rooms friendly staff great valet unko mike. We will definitely be back again
I would recommend this for young folks who are in the party scene. Not so much for older folks or families. The facility itself is great and staff were all awesome. However, it's located right next to a club. We arrived on Saturday night and were kept up til 5AM with loud drunk people on the street and in the parking lot area. Sunday night was better with no (loud) activity. Would recommend for people who are into the night life, but would definitely avoid, purely based off location if you're older, or traveling with family, or enjoy your sleep and not a partyer. I'm sure if you're traveling during the week it's fine, since I didn't experience the same thing on a Sunday night but Saturday night was crucial. They do have a pool in an outside deck type of space by the dining area. Complimentary breakfast available - Coffee/tea/juice, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries, oatmeal. Fridge and microwave in the room which was nice, as well as A/C. It's valet parking, so you do need to make sure you have cash on you for tips.
I Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, great location and the staff were very friendly.will definitely come back!
Miss it e veryday
Staff was very helpful and took care of all our needs. There was always water and tea to drink all day. Beach towels and chairs was at the front desk.
I booked this reservation on booking.com and canceled within the cancellation window. Yet a mysterious hotel charge has showed up on my credit card. Why and how did this happen? Luckily I have email proof from booking.com that I cancelled in time. I’m sure the staff and facilities are quite nice. The reservation system and inappropriate charges are not. My time is valuable …
The staff were mostly friendly. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
The room appeared clean however there was a very rank smell in the kitchen cupboards and sink that permeated the whole room. The noise at night from the street made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The pool was very small but was closed for the majority of our stay anyway. On our departure day the housekeeper was rude to my daughter. There were mites or fleas in the room that attacked us leaving us covered in bites. Breakfast was not inviting at all. It was crowded and the options were very limited.
This hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. Gives the feel of staying in like Motel 6. Food trucks create noise all day and there are homeless people all over the place. Staff very friendly And they have a park where you can take your dog behind the hotel
I’ve been staying at the Oasis Hotel for as long as I can remember! Aya, Yuta & Josh, an amazing Staff lead by an Incredible supervisor Aaliyah! Nothing is ever a bother or too much for them! This is the kind of Aloha spirit I wish I could take with me everywhere!
Close to shopping 😂
Alt var perfekt
Accessible to everything.
The breakfast menu could have a protein option not all carbs and sugary.
This hotel might seem like a reasonable option for you and family at first. But be aware, please spend that extra couple hundreds and make your stay in hawaii good. We stayed in this hotel in April 2026, the room service socks, behavior of staff is the worst. They dont do house keeping, we have to wait for almost 4 days for them to do house keeping. Else, you need to keep reminding them to do it. Coming to breakfast option, the continental free one included in your package, please dont count on it as they give plain bread in the name of it. There is no parking place, they will ask you to park outside in a public parking spot. So if you take a car you will need to figure that out. The worst part is swimming pool, they have a match box sized water pool calling it a swimming pool. Overall, our experience of stay here was terrible. Except for location everything else is horrible in this place.
Gute Lage
Etwas laut aber ist halt waikiki
Room is nice
I love everything about the place
Decent hotel for the price. Very good location and staff is great. The hotel is a bit older but very clean. Breakfast is very basic.
For the value, it's what can be expected. Also, it was a convenient walk to most areas within Waikiki.
The streets were a bit noisy at night. Elevator delays were frequent.
I recently stayed at the Oasis Hotel Waikiki and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, shopping areas, and many restaurants, which made it easy to get around Waikiki without needing transportation all the time. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and they were helpful whenever I had questions. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially liked that the hotel had a more relaxed and quieter atmosphere compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. Although I did not get a chance to try the pool, the overall hotel felt well-kept and comfortable. While the rooms may not be the most modern or luxurious, they were still very comfortable and a good value for the price. Overall, I would recommend Oasis Hotel Waikiki to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Waikiki.
This quaint hotel is a hidden gem. You can’t tell on the outside but when crossing the trellis into the hotel grounds, the staff was friendly, facilities clean and orderly and the aura glowed with aloha. This stay is just a short walk to the shopping complex and the Monday night open market. I would definitely stay here again!
Great location, just a minute from the shopping street and 5 minutes from the beach. Beach towels and chairs are free to use, which is very nice. Breakfast is included, although it doesn’t include eggs, cheese, or meat, but it was still fine for us and the kids. The kitchen area in the room has pans, plates, forks, knives, and everything needed for cooking. The patio is big. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are fresh and clean. Couch and furniture is clean.
In general the whole facility is kinda old, pool is super small, we didn’t use it at all. Patio furniture is old too. Bath tub is kinda old, but works fine.
