Kühlschrank hat Sachen auf der geringsten Stufe eingefroren. Wasser im Badezimmer Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, da angeblich persönliche Gegenstände auf dem Bett lagen (Schlaftshirt)

Reception staff during check in, not friendly. Selective who they greet. Night time duty manager and maintenance/security took an hour to turn up, after 2 phone calls to fix faulty alarm. Had to wait until the morning (5 hours later), so no sleep due to beeping and we could'nt move rooms until 8.30am when the hotel manager arrived. Bizarre that the night duty mgr turns up in a tee shirt and tracks & jandles. Not very professional. Issue was resolved moving us to another room, but it took too long and guests shouldn't wait, especially at night for such issues to be fixed. Great we got a new room and extended late checkout but we were very tired and bothered to share 1 x king and couch for the 4 of us, regardless it was our check out day...we still lost 7 hours sleep!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Great location right on the edge of the bustling Waikiki area; a short walk through a beautiful park to a relaxed beach; on a bus line too. Hotel staff were so friendly. We really liked the happy hour, with hula lessons, Mon-Wed-Fri. The pool was a welcome retreat, with plenty of sun lounges available. We had a room with a kitchenette. It was really well-equipped, and was useful to make our own breakfasts and some other meals, as we found eating out in Honolulu to be quite expensive. The room was a bit dated - obviously quite upmarket in its prime - but was clean and comfortable with a beach view and small balcony. Plenty of space to relax for our four days there.
The air conditioner was noisy, but we were grateful to have it. The room was a bit dated and tired, but was clean and comfortable.

Die Klimaanlage und die Geräuschdämmung sind extrem laut und unregelmäßig. Wir waren im 16ten Stock, trotzdem. Buche ich so nicht nochmal. Ausserdem ist 50 Dollar für das parken viel. Aber in Wsikiki verbreitet.

Il fatto che pulissero la camera dopo 5 notti, noi ne abbiamo fatte 4. Essendo un’isola circondata dall’oceano è ovvio che ti porti la sabbia in camera. Inoltre la nostra camera era vista cantiere e non città..

We asked for our bedsheets to be made because the bedsheets were too small so as soon as you sat on the bed it all became unmade. they told us that this was only available for a fee (although it was not our responsibility: the bed was completely unmade on the first night of us sleeping there). they said they would clean our room one day and it never was.

Refil acqua ininterrotto, asciugamani a disposizione per la piscina e la spiaggia. Spiaggia attraversando il parco, bel mare, ho visto le tartarughe tutti i giorni. Locali puliti e personale MOLTO disponibile. Piccola piscina ma piacevole per il relax al rientro serale. Il giorno del rientro hai a disposizione piscina con bagni e doccia fino alla tua partenza.
Non é assolutamente una critica ma giusto per comunicarlo ai futuri clienti: pulizie ogni 2 giorni ma se sei in camera e non esci subito ti lasciano gli asciugamani e salti le pulizie.

良くないとゆうわけではないけど、ちょっとだけ中心街から遠いかなと思いました。15分くらい歩く感じです。ご飯食べて腹ごなしには丁度いいのですが、酔っ払ってトイレ近い時、ヤバい！ってなりました。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Lage top - Die Unterkunft war nah am Strand, einmal 500 m durch den Park schon da, alle wichtigen Bus-Linien vor der Tür, Waikiki-City fußläufig. Mega nettes Personal, toller Pool, Zimmer (hatten eins mit Küche) super. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.
Ich würde überall den Teppich im Hotel entfernen, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Our side of the hotel faced a construction site. The AC was incredibly loud, I recommend bringing ear plugs, otherwise it was a good stay.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026外食が高くつくので、フルキッチン付きの部屋にしました。キッチン・リビングと、ベットルームの2部屋で広く、非常に快適に過ごせました。キッチンの冷蔵庫は大きく、電子レンジ、調理器具やお皿なども十分過ぎるほどです。使いませんでしたが、食洗機とオープンまでありました。体調不良により延泊をしましたが、この部屋のおかげでしっかり療養できました。延泊に際してもスタッフが親切に対応してくれて、不便はありませんでした。カラカウア通りとクヒオ通りが分かれる部分にホテルがあり、バス停・トロリー乗り場・ABCストアがすぐそば。5〜10分も歩けばスーパーやショッピングストアの多いエリア、ビーチへもすぐ行けます。オール日本人スタッフのクリニックも徒歩3分です。周囲が公園なので眺望が良く、ラナイでも長く過ごしました。
隣の敷地が絶賛工事中で、日曜以外朝8時から夕方4時まで工事音が響きます。低層階だと窓を開けておくのがなかなか難しいくらいですが、日中外出しているなら問題ないでしょう。キッチン用品ではお皿を洗うためのスポンジ、洗剤、そして調味料の用意はないので、必要であれば持参しなければなりません。洗剤・スポンジ・油は持って来ておけばよかったと思いました。（塩コショウなどは持っていた）

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026L’hôtel est très bien situé, à l’entrée de la grande avenue de Waikīkī, attenant à un parc et à quelques minutes d’une plage protégée. Il bénéficie d’une petite piscine agréable entre deux excursions. Il est facilement desservi par les transports en commun et les courses en taxi sont peu chères. La suite avait un lave linge individuel ce qui était très agréable.
L’hotel est globalement assez vétuste. Les images fournies sur booking correspondent bien à la chambre, mais le descriptif peut être trompeur si on ne fait pas attention (une seule pièce pour un voyage familial) Les équipements ménagers sont réduits, et il n’est pas possible de réellement faire un repas dans la kitchenette (juste du réchauffage). Le ménage n’est pas fait de manière quotidienne et n’est pas fait si vous laissez un livre sur le lit… c’est effectivement marqué dans les informations générales mais assez interrogeant. Le wifi est de mauvaise qualité, même pour consulter uniquement ses mails.

L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e non era possibile regolare la velocità del fan. La pulizia della camera avviene solo per ospiti che stazionano per 4 notti, ma se lasci anche solo il pigiama sul letto non viene rifatto il letto. La cucina fornita, ma non sono presenti fuochi per cucinare. Solo fornetto.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The location is excellent. It is very convenient to get around, with easy access to buses, and it is also close to shopping areas. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great service.
Cons: 1. The air conditioners in both the bedroom and living room were quite loud, especially at night. 2. The refrigerator also made noticeable noise. Other than these two issues, we were very satisfied with our stay, especially the location and the service.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We stayed in this hotel with our grandson for a 6 night stay in August 2026. While the staff was very friendly, the accommodations were just fair. We booked a suite with a kitchen . The room smelled very musty. The hotel does not tell you ahead of time that they only clean the room once after 3 nights-. You need to pay extra to get daily housekeeping.We had to empty our own garbage and couldn't even find a housekeeper to get towels. The pool is tiny and there isn't enough seating- the staff don't clean up the pool area so most of the chairs look occupied. We needed to reserve an extra night and they charged us a premium amount - $500. Almost no toiletries were provided. Some of the websites advertise this hotel as 4 star- i would say it is more like 3 star or below. The furniture in the rooms is very old and the outlets are placed in conveniently- I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures were ancient. The shower was a hand held one and not a regular shower.Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is a good one. The rooms were mostly clean. So if you need kitchen facilities and don't mind any of these other things, then I would recommend staying here.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026My 6th time to hawaii from Australia and I dont think there is a hotel in waikiki that you could get that was this clean, comfortable, at still a central location. We went on a budget trip so this price was unbeatable especially for such great beds, staff and facilities. Nice to see locals working there too. Travelled with a 1 and 3 year old and they were happy to walk 9 minutes to get to centre of waikiki.
The pool did not have much of a shallow end and dropped off quickly.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2026We really enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable, clean and had great amenities. We were with in walking distance to most things in Waikiki and ten minutes from the beach. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, cleaning staff and valets were friendly and helpful. While we were busy with tours we didn’t have much time to enjoy the pool area it was beautiful and right next to an area with grills and tables for guest to use. There was also a gym with everything you would need to get a workout in if that’s your thing on vacation. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2026The Hotel was in walking distance of restaurants,stores, and the beach.The room was a nice size,the bed was comfy.The bathroom had the essentials and they worked.The room had a refrigerator,a kitchen area and a toaster oven.The hotel had hula shows, wine and cheese tasting and lei making class.The staff was super nice and helpful.Enjoyed my stay!

The furniture is a bit dated, but still in good condition. The air conditioning is very loud and old (there are much more modern and quieter units available).

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The Hawaiian Leis making sessions are truly enjoyable and exceptional. The bed mattress is firm and supportive.
We did find mold in the bathroom. Having an electric water kettle in the room will be a definite plus.

Within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and a food truck lot ( 10 walk to the beach, next door to a gas station and across from an ABC store). You were able to book excursions in the lobby and rent items for the beach. The room included a blow dryer, iron/board and kitchenette items (refrigerator, toaster oven, utensils). Great cable! The hotel also had many cultural activities in the afternoons such as lei making, and hula dancing with wine and cheese. Refillable water station in the lobby. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Walking distance from the Royal Hawaiian Garden (mall and cultural center), the International Market Center, and the Ala Moana Mall.

The poor customer help at the valet a little instruction would help watch us struggle with the bags no customer courtesy just walk over us with the water hose. When the other hostess help he was so kind offer us places to eat in the area. Just peachy

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026the 2bedroom suite with the wrap around balcony was really good. My family enjoyed the large outdoor space and the quick access to the pool and gym. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our weekend stay perfect.
