Service from some personnel at reception did not understand English very well, while others were very helpful. Also at the restaurant on level 21 staff took a long time to clear plates away. Food choices/ selections also need to be updated as by the 4th day, the selection was the same.

部屋の冷房の温度の調整が自分で出来なかった。夜は少し寒かった。

The hotel is well situated for those who like myeongdong which is not my case. The personal in the check in were not specially nice and I didn’t like the breakfast but the room was spacious and clean. The lobby is beautiful. The view was not that impressive.

The room was available slightly earlier than regular check-in time, but they charged us for the earlier 1.5hours. Wasn’t a lot, but after travelling for 20 hours from the UK, a little disappointing approach!

I have stayed at several hotels around Myeongdong, but Royal Hotel Seoul is definitely my favorite. Everything is excellent — the location is perfect, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. The service is consistently excellent, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. This was my second stay at Royal Hotel, and I would happily choose it again. Highly recommended!

地點非常棒，出門即可逛街，附近有很多好吃的餐廳，對面也有便利商店，可以直接買飲料和忘記帶的生活用品。員工服務非常親切，房間內也很乾淨舒適。

可能因為地理位置關係，房間偏小，行李很難完全打開，浴室也偏小，所以對行李比較多的人來說可能比較困擾

The hotel offers a luxurious and elegant atmosphere, with excellent facilities and attentive service. Its location in the heart of Myeongdong is one of the biggest highlights, making it extremely convenient to explore Seoul, enjoy shopping, try local food, and easily access many popular attractions. After a long day of exploring the city, returning to such a comfortable and relaxing place made my trip even more enjoyable. The combination of a great location, beautiful surroundings, and high-quality service created a truly memorable experience. Thank you for making my first Korea trip even more special. I would definitely love to return again in the future

Konumu çok iyiydi tam myangdong merkez girişinde. odalar büyük ve konforlu. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor. Eşyalarınızı koyabilecek yeterli kadar raf ve askı vardı. çok merkezi olmasına rağmen odalar sessizdi. Lobisi gayet ferah ve büyüktü. personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Fiyat/fayda dengesi açısından oldukça yeterli. Çamaşır ve kurutma makineleri de çok kullanışlıydı.

Oda içindeki masanın aynası yoktu. aynaya bakmak için sürekli dolap önüne gitmek gerekti.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer beliebten und belebten Gegend. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber das Doppelbett war schön groß und total bequem, so dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Im Hotel ist es herrlich ruhig und gut klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, das Personal ist freundlich und zurückhaltend.

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein und man hat kaum Schrankkapazitäten.

We stayed in the quad room as a family and it’s very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and I would say it’s the best bed we’ve been in. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room comes with skylounge access which we find the rules very tight when it comes to age access after 6pm but other than that it was very relaxing to have some refreshments after a day out.
