Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Nice firm mattress and wonderful shower. AC a bit on the loud side, but that's life... better than no AC! Had a fine stay, didn't take advantage of the breakfast but overall had a very good stay.
The WiFi password written by hand on the room key envelope was not legible but luckily, we were not there long enough for that to make a difference. Would stay here again if in town for sure.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We were really impressed with this hotel! The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean and large, and the pool was wonderful! It was a good temperature for my kids and they had a ton of fun splashing around each evening. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice that there are two elevators and they are both pretty quick. On-site, free parking was really good for us, as we were on a family car trip. Also, there are lots of places within walking distance to get food or purchase necessities.
Really, everything was great! If I HAD to change something, I'd add a free breakfast, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us at all.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Good spot in town, friendly staff, nice lobby. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. The room was quite spacious. The free coffee was a nice touch. There were what looked like many sports teams staying but the night was quiet and didn't hear anything.
The bathroom had some obvious signs of mold. The air conditioning had a slight mildew smell amd the beds weren't amazing but also not terrible either.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The staff were fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff (Nicole and Sunny at front desk). We also were greeted by the cleaning staff, who were so pleasant and lovely. Together, they all really made our stay really nice! The main area was nicely decorated and modern, and I appreciated the 24 hour access to coffee! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was lots of parking. We were there for a couple of days to visit the London Children’s Museum, was about 15 min away so nice and close. Overall, happy with our experience!
The pool! Understandably, it’s bug season and hard to control. The pool was full of them, and deterred us from staying in the pool too long. There also were no showers, which was a bit unusual.
