Parking lot needs improvement

Cleanliness: The room, bathroom, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. Location: Slightly outside central London, though still easy enough to get around and manageable for daily sightseeing.

The breakfast selection was limited to a tiny buffet, and restocking was very slow. Key items frequently ran out, leaving guests waiting up to 15 minutes for replenishments.

I liked everything.

Easy check in with wonderful and helpful staff. The beds were super cozy. Pool was small but a nice way to start our morning. The breakfast.. oh my god. Totally top notch. Try the berry waffles and bottomless coffee.

I couldnt watch Amazon prime.

Hotel was really clean

We arrived at 4am. Went around the back of the building to look for parking and noticed 1 while car park alongside the building was broken into with glass shattered. We reported it to the front desk.

Stayed for three nights, first night was quiet, friendly front desk staff. Second and third night many teams were staying and it was very loud. Contacted front desk and they dealt with it promptly, also dealt with too many kids in the pool in a prompt manner. Would stay there again when in the area.

We stay here every time we visit London, Ontario and it we always have a pleasant stay. Diane always makes us feel extra welcome and we've looked forward to seeing her each time over the years! The rooms are always clean and we enjoy the corner rooms which offer a little extra space. If you need to do laundry, you need Canadian cash, something we didn't have on hand. They exchanged our US cash for CA cash at a 1:1 ratio which was nice of them to even offer that option, given that it was a holiday so the businesses were closed, and we were leaving early the next morning and had some clothes to clean. The breakfasts always offer many options, and I like that each morning they offer a different protein, switching between bacon, pork sausage, and turkey sausage during our stay. We also appreciate the fresh fruit and yogurt options! Eggs and potatoes are also offered daily, as well as a variety of carbohydrates. We will continue to stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton for our future travels to London!

Breakfast ends too early.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked into the room late and after we unpacked we saw a CONDOM WRAPPER and a random sock left on the floor next to one of the beds. This shows the room has not been cleaned or vacuumed in the slightest. It was close to midnight and our family was exhausted from the drive so we decided to reluctantly go to sleep and bring up our concerns to the manager in the morning. In the morning, the general manager wasn’t there so we spoke to the housekeeping manager who was extremely rude and started blaming my mother and telling her it’s on her that she should have called in the moment and wouldn’t hear her out when she was explaining that we were exhausted from our drive. She was extremely condescending and rude and offered us $50 off of our stay for this which is honestly unreasonable considering this shows the room hasn’t been cleaned. We will be calling the general manager because this is unacceptable and the housekeeping manager was extremely rude and should not be in the hotel industry if that’s how you treat guests.

Someone hit my friends car while we were out and they failed to tell us until 3 am. And offered us a tiny goodie bag in the morning to try and make up for it. Need better security.

Our Accessible room was perfect for our needs---large, clean & comfortable. The included breakfast had many tasty items & there was a pleasant area to eat. Coffee and tea available 24/7. We had a car accident in the hotel parking lot with damage to our and other vehicles. The hotel staff were kind, supportive and offered practical help such as helping me retrieve all the many items out of our car--in the dark--before it was towed away, and took them up to our room. They stayed with us until we left to go to our room. The next morning they called to ask us how we were doing, and brought us two bags of drinks and snacks. We felt that they really cared about us, far beyond what one would ever expect. I will always remember the Hilton in London as a hotel that offered not only excellent accomodations but superb care of two very shaken-up guests. Hopefully no future guests will need to discover that for themselves. But the Hilton company certainly picked outstanding staff for this hotel.

Nice. I invited my granddaughter for breakfast. I mentioned to receptionist while checking in was told be paying off $15. Today when I asked she mentioned her manager asked not to charge. Great

good variety for breakfast, spacious area to eat. Location is great. there are many stores around the hotel and the mall is very close. Not to mention right by the highway.

We stay at numerous Hilton properties for business and this is one of our favourites! Great staff at all positions from front desk to housekeeping. Rooms are incredible. Clean and spacious. Enjoyed this stay as those before and would definitely stay again.

I thought the public areas were clean and felt safe. The room was clean and had all the necessary items. The people that worked here were friendly and helpful.

No complaints!! The fridge wasn’t as cold as we would like it to be, but we were ok with our cooler!

Quick and easy check-in with the most friendliest, kind, and upbeat, front desk gentlemen. Our family used the pool facilities and it was clean with lots of towels on hand, which was a bonus. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. So far it’s been a fantastic stay.

The suite was spacious and super clean. We also (as usual at Hampton Inn) enjoyed the included breakfast very much.

As usual, cost is always a factor. The deal on Booking made it more appealing. Hotels continue to compete for our vacation dollars with Airbnb. Why pay $300 a night with a loud group right next to your room when you can have a home/apartment to yourself for the same price?

Clean room, friendly staff, lots of dining options in the area and close to the highway, but quiet for sleeping.

I think that the following two points:- 1. Only a wall-mounted shower should be provided, no hand shower. 2. The lighting is insufficient. The fixtures between the two bedside tables need to be improved.

Our car was broken into in the parking lot. There were no signs in the lobby of the hotel to indicate that cars are unsafe, even though the staff informed us (after belongings were stolen) that it's a regular occurrence at their hotel.

Breakfast has two waffle makers with a great selection of whipped cream, chocolate chips, syrups etc. Other options that day were: Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, batch made omelets, breads and muffins. I like that the water infused mango was part of the juice selection. Pool was heated and plenty of clean towels. Room was clean and towels aplenty. Beds do creak when first getting on and when turning. Free parking and there are other hotels surrounding so it felt safe. Overall a nice stay very close to gas stations, highway 401 exits restaurants and White Oaks mall.

The service was excellent. Friendly staff and I like the welcome on the tv when I walked in.

Very welcoming staff. Recognized my membership. We stayed there on points. Picked a King bed with mini fridge (I find most hotels have a fridge). The room was large with a good view out the front of other hotels. My photo cuts off a bit of the room. Bathroom was large and clean. Entire place was clean. Parking was easy and the area seems quite safe as it's away from foot traffic. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, and a large area (see photo)., and the coffee station is available 24 hours.

The beds are comfortable but the hotel needs a lot of work. The elevator speaker was broken and buzzing loudly all 3 days with a peeling roof. The bathroom fans do not turn off and are incredibly loud even with a closed door. You can hear hear traffic on the street through the closed windows. The breakfast buffet is poor-quality processed food apart from the bananas and apples and there is incredible waste with only disposable paper plates and cups and cutlery. The single restaurant worker was very efficient and hard-working.

Had a short 2 night stay while on the road for business. Easy to get to - just off the 401, and close to many shops, places to eat, etc. Friendly staff at the front desk, made check in and check out super easy. This hotel features a small free breakfast, and also has a small pool and fitness area.

Stopped here on our trip west for the night. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and it was very good. We will stay here again in the future.
