We watched the jays play twice and watched some players warm up while we had a late breakfast. Location was perfect to the sights we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and accommodating definitely come back again

A little dated , we had stadium view on 3rd floor, but with a concert playing curtains were closed so room then becomes dark and drab with no other windows, should have open until concerts begin, was not offered another room,

Wir haben gegen Aufpreis eine sehr schöne und große Suit bekommen.

Die Suite mit Blick zum CN Tower lag im 2. Stock und hatte somit keine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut.

Receprion Staff very cold and unfriendly-no hello no thank you! On the day i was checking out,4 times people knocked from housekeeping within one hour in the morning ….one man even knocked ONCE and just entered my room!!! This is very very unprofessional and I wanted to complain about this! This is not acceptable!

It’s clean

The breakfast food has limited choices, not value for money considering the payment made for breakfast. Request for Omelette to add to your meal are being given extra charges and some other little things which are usually given as part of the breakfast buffet in most 4 star hotels. The only choice you have in this hotel breakfast buffet is the already prepared fried scrambled egg which has been fried for sometime and when you get to the breakfast restaurant, it shows the signs of no more freshness

The hotel location was perfect. A short walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious, modern and well-appointed. We enjoyed the powerful shower and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Due to the lift being out of service, it was a bit of a journey to the indoor pool and spa, so we didn't use them. The staff were, without exception, fantastic! This level of friendliness, willingness to help and just general poisitivity is not something we encounter often on our travels! We dined regularly in the Sports bar and watched a couple of the World Cup games too. The service was excellent, the food was good too, and the view of the baseball stadium amazing!

The concierge level food offerings were very limited and the cooked items were very poor. We did not enjoy any of them, they seemed overcooked, or reheated. There were limited low sugar/diet drink options too. Can't fault the service though!

Hôtel parfaitement bien placé, directement à côté de la CN tower, du stade de baseball. La chambre quadruple est confortable avec une belle salle de bain. Service de voiturier et de parking à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Très bien placé pour entrer et sortir rapidement de Toronto. Le petit déjeuner est bon, même si choix plus limité, avec vue sur le stade de baseball, pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants, et des parents ! Accès direct depuis l’hôtel au centre ville, à harbourfront et sa superbe ambiance le soir !

Lounge was nice and quiet, breakfast was good. The views of the stadium were great. Location was perfect for my 70 year old mother - easy walking distance to the main attractions. CN Tower is just right outside and a short walk to the port at Ontario Lake. We were upgraded to a larger room for my mother's 70th birthday, and they left a lovely little cake and birthday card for her - she was very pleased.

Lounge access was great, with pasta, salads and snacks. Soft drinks were complimentary, but the alcoholic drinks were not included. Would have been nice for some house wines to have been included. Breakfast was good, but we were given the wrong timings by one of the staff, so missed out on a relaxing breakfast in the lounge. This was corrected with a breakfast voucher for breakfast in the main restaurant. We were upgraded to a larger room, however this was a very long walk from the lobby. A closer room would have been nice - again, more for my mother.

Location to all amenities about a 30 minute walk to the falls, 10 minute to Clifton hill.

Great location. Book the ballpark room you won’t regret it. The restaurant is average and full of tourists. The gym has some wasted space. Can’t beat the location though!

When the game was going on the people at the door checked our luggage which was weird.

I was upgraded to a room overlooking the stadium...the coolest hotel room I've ever been in! Staff were friendly, it was close to where I was working, and central to many restaurants. The room itself was nice, had 95% of the amenities I was looking for, and housekeeping did a good job. It felt very secure.

Sink stopper was broken and rusted, shower was a little dated, there was no full length mirror anywhere..

The hotel is perfectly located in the Rogers Center next to the CN Tower. Thus you will find the way to the hotel easily where ever you are in Toronto. The room to the baseball field is very big and nice. The funiture is a little bit old, but ok. The restaurant inside is very good. Only housekeeping was not perfect this time. Therefore I got a little discount at the check out. If you will stay directly in the middle of the city this hotel is perfect.

Location was excellent.

Staff was wonderful Thursday and Friday. We stayed in room 785. There was a weird vibration noise so it made sleeping very difficult.

We had the best stay at this hotel. Megan at the registration desk is the best: friendly, helpful, and overall just welcoming. Thanks, Megan! We got a room with the view of centre field. Although not a game day, our son was still very amazed by the experience. There was some behind the scenes activity on what prep is required for a mlb game. Also saw some players practicing. This experience was the highlight of our Toronto trip this year! Room was very clean and had good amenities. We always try to book this hotel when visiting Toronto.

We had a small problem with the breakfast buffet. Almost all bread, pastries, potatoes were not replenished - just rye bread and two squished Danish. I mentioned this to a server and then it was replenished but we had to go.

It is expensive, but convenient fir the MLB game.

It was really neat that the hotel was right in the baseball stadium.

The drive up parking area was really small. When you drive up, a valet member meets you, takes your name and room number and parks your car. You’re not told until check out that there is a valet charge per day. When we checked in we were told we were on the 6th floor and had access to snacks and drinks. Went up to the 6th floor and found out we are actually on the 4th floor and don’t have access to those amenities.

Accommodations was great. Large bed, comfortable. And spotless. Air conditioner was refreshing, steady, reliable and worked keeping room consistently cool bathroom was spacious and renovated. Modern, everything functioned as expected.

We liked the convenience of the location. Just walk out the door and you are in the ballpark. Everyone employed by Marriott were friendly and courteous. They didn't just say hello or good morning but took time to talk to you. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable and that you could ask them anything.

Just two comments regarding Room 275. 1- The coffee maker did work. 2 - It took 2 minutes to walk from the elevator to the room. I actually shot a video that recorded " The Long Walk". Unfortunately, I couldn't attach the video. At least we got some steps in.

Clean modern hotel, great location to visit Jays game, CN Tower, Scotia Bank arena and aquarium …. Quiet area and easy walk to waterfront, hockey hall of fame and Eaton center. We enjoyed dinner one night at the hotel restaurant SportsNet and the food was great and while we weren’t there during a Jays game we enjoyed the view of the field and hockey playsoffs game on rhe TVs.

This review started out as 3 stars but as the night continued it got worse. This review is based off the room we selected if you are traveling with little ones: We were traveling from the US and booked a one night stay at the room with the stadium view ($$$$) which was great for our 2 toddlers energy. The hotel itself has Amazing customer service, great amenities, and an Amazing soft bed which I was looking forward too. the issue: The baseball game was at 3pm. The stadium lights stayed on the entire night and were shinning brightly through. Before booking, I looked up reddits and different posts that said 11pm is when the lights normally turn off. But at 11pm the stadium turned on either a loud vacuum or fan of some sort (and it has been on for the past hour).(( UPDATE: turns out it's Leaf blowers. TONs of employees using leaf blowers throughout the stadium to remove trash.)) (((2nd noise update: 330am-7am more loud machines, they are now power washing the seats/floors throughout the stadium, plus noise from employees chatting while working)). The hotel should at least provide some transpency and warn guests about the field doing maintenance because I would have rather saved a thousand+ dollars by just going to the game itself and picking a different room knowing we'd be getting a get a good night's rest. Maybe the hotel could provide sleeping masks since they cannot install decent floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Or how about providing earplugs? Either way... started off at 3 stars. now at 1 star experience. So if you or your toddlers are light sleepers this room is not for you. Also this room includes 2 high stools which i used to prop up against the bed for my wiggling sleeping toddler to not fall off as neither beds are near a wall.

Although the room was clean, housekeeping wasn’t as good as it could have been. Had to call for towels, as they were not replaced from the previous guest. On a 2 night stay, dishes from the 1st night were still in the room when checking out on the last day. Ate in the restaurant at the hotel and food was good. However a long hair was in my son’s drink and one of the plates brought to the table was dirty with a large chunk of dried, caked-on food. Waitress was great and compted our meal, which was a very nice gesture. All of the above can happen and individually are not a big deal but all together, it’s too much. Unfortunately that’s what is memorable instead of the great hotel stay that could have been.

Great location. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room was clean. The bedroom was spacious.

The room was right beside the lifts, so there is a constant noise throughout a day and night (we did not asked to be moved). The sitting area was much smaller that what we expected.

If you're not a baseball fan, that's not the best value for money in town: Room : extremely loud AC, barn door to the toilet with a 2-inch gap to avoid any privacy. Facilities : swimming pool is in the basement and had only cold water. Services: expensive and subpar room service, lobby bar is a sports bar, also expensive and mediocre.

Nothing serious but the new toilet makes and behaves like noisy airplane toilets. Probably to save on water, so for the sake of the planet, I will swallow my annoyance.

There was no consideration or accommodation made for my friends and I when we stayed. The hotel might be good for convenience and basics were met but the service was minimal and the staff rude. The breakfast buffet was terrible for the price.

At a higher price point then some hotels, I had higher expectations for this one. This hotel did not dissappoint!. Trevor at the front desk was amazing upon check in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Tons of room for the two of us to spread out. We dined twice at the restaurant on site, once for dinner and once for the breakfast buffet. Food was amazing both times, as was the service. Valet parking was super easy and convenient. The location of the hotel was within a quick walk to Scotiabank arena which was why we were there. I look forward to staying here again!!

Great location, great staff and the sportsnet lounge was a great place to end the evenings.

The carpet design on level 2 looks like someone scrubbed it with lye. The room was average, expectations were a little higher for the location and price point.
