Omni Chicago Hotel

everyone was nice and accommodating. we had a comfortable stay

the lighting in the bathroom is the only thing I can think of

Clean establishment

The 200 dollars hold on my card

The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and convenient to where we were going. The porters downstairs and the waiters were very nice and helpful.

We were on the 24th for and the noise from traffic and sirens was more than expected at night. The bathroom needs a FAN!

I like the location of the property right off of Michigan Avenue. Also, you’re all shopping and food.

The price of parking. It was $89 a night when other locations around was the same price for several nights.

Posizione centrale dell’hotel, palestra e ristorante ottimi, staff cordiale.

Nothing

I would like to provide the following feedback regarding my stay: Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unavailable or not working properly for most of my stay, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast: When I searched for the hotel on Booking.com, I selected the option indicating that breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my package. This was disappointing, as the information shown during the booking process was unclear. Early Check-In: I had requested an early check-in in advance. I arrived at the hotel slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, but I was not allowed to check in. I was told that I would need to wait until a room became available. I decided to leave the hotel and was assured that I would receive a text message as soon as the room was ready. Unfortunately, I never received any notification and had to return to the hotel myself. Overall, I was disappointed with these aspects of my stay and believe there is room for improvement in communication and guest service.

Close to all the shopping and clubs

The sink was backed up, and when I used the bar sink it spat up dirt from the drain in the bathroom. And the bathroom sliding door was broken.

Staff was great

Nothing

Location is perfect! Very accessible to shopping, especially for teens and a great breakfast spot and even dinner options.

Fantastic location

Bathroom door doesn’t work well

The room was nice. The food and staff in the restaurant were good.

The day before we checked in for our wedding we were informed the room we booked and prepaid for was no longer available and we would be moved to a room that was half the size. Also upon check-in I was charged full price for the room i was downgraded too even though I had already prepaid for the Governors Suite. I still have not been refunded the over $600 difference in rooms. I was eventually refunded the $1600 the charged me on checkin but they still owe me money.

Posizione e personale

Vista della stanza

Location is perfect. Staff was wonderful.

Everything... staff, room and location

The toilet was used. Urine with toilet paper when we arrived to room We were on 25th floor and employees were working early morning using a drill. Woke us up The light in bathroom above sink was out

very clean, spacious, and comfortable

Buenas habitaciones muy amplias, personal muy amable y bien ubicado

Todo bien

Great Location and super comfortable rooms

I wish they had a pool

Great stuff, beautiful room and view. Top place to stay in Chicago

Location

The Omni Chicago used to be quite nice, but the facilities have worn tired and it doesn’t feel like a 4 star property anymore. I’d say more 3-3.5 stars.

The location.

The television would not stream to our devices. There were stains on the carpet and the mini fridge was not clean.

Staff and location

Pretty Pricey for mid week

Location and friendly staff

Shower. Water pressure was fire hose style. Water would get everywhere.

We only stayed one night. The location is perfect. The price is ok. The room was comfortable and clean.

The fact that we were charged $15,- more than advertised online for parking… The fact that they don’t offer a breakfast buffet anymore…

Very friendly staff. Very helpful doorman

Our pull out couch was missing the mattress

Staff was great. Suite, very small.

Nothing

Great location. Great and attentive personnel Beautiful room

Great location and staff. Very helpful and kind.

No view from our hotel room.

best location, can be walked to every spot

For this price, the amenities/things offered in the room could have been a bit better

The friendly staff and how clean the property was

There was nothing that I dislike

Excellent staff and hotel. A small upgrade is needed for the rooms but overall an elegant place to stay

Great location & super friendly staff.

N/A

The location is great- so easy to get around. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The room was in need of a refresh. The wallpaper had stains, the doors were banged up and in need of some touch-ups. There was a hole in the blackout shade in the bedroom. The freshness of the room did not match the other areas of the hotel.

Location was great and everyone was friendly

Nothing that I can think of

Desk staff and Valet staff were exceptional!

Nothing

Location and Top notch staff!

Rooms could be a tad updated

Location

Easy check-in and checkout. Staff were very helpful. Valet parking was great to have after spending the day in the city.

No complaints. Only thing missing was a microwave to heat up my leftover Giordano’s pizza.

amazing hotel and staff! love staying here, worth the price! location is great, lots of places nearby to go eat and shop!

you have to call if you need a microwave but that’s not a big deal!

Everything

There was nothing not to like

The hotel was great and was in a really great location for us. The staff was also top tier. I also loved the view from our room.

ubicacion

From the time I entered the hotel I was warmly received, especially by the front desk, staff particularly individual name Naomi. She did a great job at explaining things to me and helping me with whatever I needed, and also set up a complementary tray with some food, which was very, very nice

The pillow was a little too hard for me from what I’m used to, but this happens in a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed at around the world

When I booked the hotel it said it was 350.00 a night when we got there it was over 400 a night

Nice hotel, Staff is all friendly and responsive to requests.

The single pane windows on a cold Chicago night and a heater that didn't quite heat up until the sun rose. brr : (

Tutto
