The corridor is very narrow. No safe exit sign.

It was clean. Staff did allow me to put my food in the “employee” refrigerator and they did give me plastic utensils to eat my food.

No bathtub, no microwave and fridge in the room, no chair or table in the room to store, heat & eat your food.

We were on 7th floor last toom on the left. The room smelled musty and like smoke every time the a/c kicked on. Woke up choking and smelling smoke. The closer i got to the door the stronger it smelled. I opened the door and the smoke was stronger/ I yelled for the housekeeper down the hall. She acknowledged the smoke/fire smell and said they were burning trash. She casually opened the emergency door to show me that's were it was coming from. Our room was over that area.

The location is definitely convenient, and that is probably the only real positive thing I can say about this hotel.

THE ROOM IS NOT CLEANED DURING YOUR STAY. THIS SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN CAPITAL LETTERS AND MADE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR BEFORE YOU BOOK. During our stay, we specifically requested that our room be cleaned, and it was never done. We also requested at least clean towels, and those were never brought to us either. The bathroom is extremely small, and without any cleaning during the stay, it quickly becomes unbearable. For the price of this hotel, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Another major issue is the noise. The windows are clearly not soundproof, and since the hotel is right in downtown Chicago, you hear sirens constantly — literally every few minutes. We understand that staying downtown comes with some city noise, but the lack of sound insulation makes it extremely difficult to sleep. For what this hotel charges, the room, the service, and especially the management were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The staff also came across as uninterested and unhelpful.

it was small and cramped; vastly over priced and a very frustrating experience. the street corner was a miserable spot and i did not get messaged back about the valet service until after my was stay was already over

Valet parking was smooth, and the workers had good manners.

Room walls and floors were nasty. There was a hair in the shower. You can hear outside noise pretty loudly.

clean lobby.. a lovely male receptionist.. on Monday 17th August morning at 6am sorted my room out ... food , drinks and service very good in the bar.

La ubicación es excelente y básicamente ese fue el motivo de la elección, y su costo diario. A una cuadra de Av. Michigan y a 4 del río donde están las mayores atracciones. La zona es muy segura.

El baño: definitivamente el lavatorio es muy pequeño. El platito con el jabón se caía se lo pequeño que era el lugar para ponerlo. Al check in nos preguntaron si queríamos la limpieza todos los días, preguntamos si tenía costo, no lo tenía, entonces dijimos si obviamente, al quinto día volvimos y no se había hecho la limpieza.

The postion was very strategic and close to Michigan Ave. Positive for me no Carpet in the rooms.

1 At the arrival Friday night they didn't inform us that the housekeeping was only on request. When we discover the day after (Saturday), it was impossible to have but at the front desk they take the commitment to send someone at least to change the towels and refresh the room. When we arrive Saturday afternoon, after our excursions (around 4.30 PM) the room was untouched. So after my several complains they gave us fresh towels. 2 Rooms very small and noisy. 3 No complementary water. The vendor machine was sold out with water Saturday night, we asked if they had complementary water and they declined (After we noticed 2 boxes full of water at the back of the operator). 4 Staff not Kindly.

The location is perfect for anyone looking to be part of the downtown scene, while also being walking distance to many attractions.

The area seems a bit crammed, but that is to be expected in the downtown location. Small lobby.

very good location, you're right off magnificent mile and there are so many restaurants and stores you can visit/hit up. convenience stores too that are late at night. there are many bus stops and access to the CTA easily as well. i stayed in the superior king room and it was spacious. the hotel provided toiletries and the AC was strong. good lighting in room and mirrors around. if you need an iron, request for one and they happily send it up to you. no complimentary water bottles, but there is a water station on the 2nd floor (at the gym) that you can visit with your key card. wifi is fast!

bed bugs? i got like 15 bites on my last night at the hotel, which was the only nite i was not wearing long pjs to sleep. got rashes. cause n effect i guess. and narrow hallways.

Was clean and comfortable as well though room is small. Restaurant located on bottom floor as well saved us from having to go out during really bad air quality

Excelente ubicación caminamos prácticamente todo el tiempo y las paradas del bus en la esquina super 👍. Nos pidieron especificar si necesitas la limpieza de la habitacion diariamente y así lo hicieron. El hotel cuenta con restaurante italiano las pizzas son una delicia. Super atentos todos los empelados, amables y siempre con excelente calidad de servicio.

Las almohadas muy incómodas, la puerta del baño tipo granero era muy incomodo no cerraba bien y al abrir la puerta de entrada a la habitacion podías ver hacía adentro del baño, el ruido insoportable escuchas absolutamente todo lo que pasa en los pasillos y las habitaciones contiguas así como del exterior no tiene inosonorizacion, la habitacion es muy pequeña como familia de 4 si tuvimos que hacer tetris con las maletas en el area de closet

I spent one night while visiting a patient at Northwestern Hospital. The hotel is only one block from the hospital’s Galter/Feinberg complex, and as a single woman it felt very safe walking the area (of course the long summer daylight hours helped). The hotel staff were super nice, stored my bag all day. Check in was friendly, easy and quick, elevators worked well (and safe — you need a room key to go up). My room was well appointed, very clean, big enough for what I needed (vintage building, remember), a comfortable king bed, quiet (I was not street-side). The a/c worked well. The best part — a FANTASTIC walk-in shower!! Great shower head, and although I was on the 8th floor, there was plenty of water pressure and hot water! The rest of the bathroom was small but adequate, and seemed newly renovated. The highly-rated Nora restaurant is conveniently accessible via the lobby. Although I wasn’t here for shopping this time, Michigan Ave really is just down the block but seemed a world away. I would definitely book here again!

A room was very small, and a door to a bathroom doesn't close. It slides from side to side and leaves wide space between door and wall. A fridge wasn't working, and a staff member came to fix it, but it still didn't run. We switched wall outlets, a switch on a fridge, etc. and it started cooling. Since it hasn't worked a while, food that we put inside to eat in the morning wasn't cool, and we just threw away. And there is no small freezer inside. It was very disappointing. I paid an extra $150 to book a room with a fridge that had not worked. There is just one nightstand, no iron. The hotel was overpriced for the value it offered.

Approach to other attractions were awesome.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location, within easy walking distance to Navy Pier, close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The people next to us were very loud and up very late. The shower needs some work. The shower head didn’t work properly.

Our room could have been cleaner. The night staff was not as friendly as the morning staff. I called about a late check-in and they told me to call back again as to when I thought I would be closer and I said that’s why I’m calling now to let you know that I will be there later than what your general check-in time would be. However, in the morning the appointment that I had to attend ran later so I did call the Hotel and ask for a later check out so I did not have to carry my luggage all around to my appointment the morning staff was very accommodating..

The location was great, very close to the magnificent mile and steps away from Garretts popcorn.

The water pressure was not great. I was told because I was on the 15th floor and the location of the boilers made for not so good water pressure. The mattress was not comfortable either.

The location was great! Within a short walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The staff was also very friendly throughout. I don’t want my review to be a negative review at all, it was great!! It just wasn’t the best for my family.

I did not like the size of the rooms. With 3 kids, two of them being 1, it was not possible to use the pack and play in a standard double room. It was also very hard to get an elevator that fit us, as there were typically people already on them. We would wait long enough for an elevator that we ended up using the stairs and carrying the stroller. Lastly, many of our outlets would not work.
