Au 3eme étage dans les chambres où nous étions, il y avait une odeur de marijuana on dirait dans le couloir ce qui est étonnant car pour fumer, il y a des zones bien indiquées et assez loin de l’hôtel 🤷‍♂️… mais l’hôtel reste bien pour un sejour de 2 nuits

It was conveniently located near other food establishments. Great value! Better place than the Buena Park hotel!

It would be nice if you could provide extra blankets. As soon as you walked into the room it felt stuffy. Didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ja, klein sind sie, aber wir wollten da ja auch nur drin schlafen. Betten waren straffer gefedert, aber für uns eigentlich ideal. Der Pool war super schön. Sehr sauber!! Glasklares Wasser. Den haben wir dann auch gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Extra Poolhandtücher bekommt man an der Rezeption. Ein kleiner Tip: Bucht euch ein Zimmer auf der obersten Etage! Die ersten zwei Etagen haben die Zimmertüren nach außen, wie in einem klassischen Motel. Die Oberste Etage hat die Zimmertüren nach innen. Man geht also von innen in sein Zimmer. Das hat den Vorteil, dass dort keiner im Flur rum rennt, der da nichts zu suchen hat, denn man kommt nur mit seiner Zimmerkarten oben rein. Und es ist vor allen wesentlich ruhiger. Wir waren dort für 7 Nächte. Die Lage ist gut, um z.B. nach Knott´s Berry Farm zu kommen. Haben uns einen Uber für 8,50 Dollar genommen um dorthin zu kommen.

No frills but very comfortable and well located. Black Bear restaurant right across the street.

Only one set of towels provided even though it was two queen beds. My husband went to the front desk and they gave him four. Oh and fridge but no microwave.

A circa 15 minuti di auto da Disneyland, struttura di qualità con ottimo prezzo. Camera pulita e abbastanza ampia, parcheggio gratuito con possibilità di ristornati per colazione a pochi passi (es. mecdonald nel complesso del parcheggio). Possibilità di the e caffè gratuiti al mattino. Piccola piscina. Cambio salviette e cestini spazzatura giornaliero. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene spendendo poco.

La pésima actitud del recepcionista no solo conmigo si con las personas que estaban haciendo check in adelante de mi. Nos levanto la voz múltiples veces, nos aventó una pluma, y según el no entendía cuando le estábamos deletreando el email aun cuando usamos el alfabeto phonetic. Importante aclarar que hablamos inglés.

The property is in great location close to restaurants and theme parks. The rooms are small but decent the bed was not comfortable it was okay. The manager there was rude and loud. As soon as I got there to check in, she was screaming to one of the staff members with people waiting in the lobby ( I thought that was not professional). So, I proceeded with my check in and I asked the lady who was checking me in if I can request for late check out, she said yes! She could give me until 12 pm and she’ll put it in the notes. So, the next morning the manager was bagging on the door for check out, she was like the check out is at 11 and my husband opened the door and said we asked for late check out- she was like well the check out is at 11 and it looks like you’re still sleeping so you can an gotta out here at 11:30. So we were like Okkayyy… That was so rude. I would not come back nor recommend this place. Very Rude Manager and mind you I paid $150/ night for it. To be treated like that.

Beds were not very comfortable, cleaniness was it up to par unfortunately. Killed a few bugs here and there during my stay inside the room.

Le bruit aussi bien des voisins dans l'hôtel que les bruits du parking. La propreté très superficielle à notre arrivée. Aucun ménage n'a été fait durant nos 5 jours dans l'hôtel. La literie très moyenne.

Não tem microondas no quarto para esquentar qq coisa tem que ir na recepção. Tem frigobar porém sentimos falta de algumas coisas, temos certeza que alguém mexeu.

Tenía animalitos por la alfombra y mucha telaraña y algo que parecía huevecillos abajo del aire acondicionado lo pude ver por qué me agaché por algo , deberían revisar eso , puede ser peligroso alguna picadura de insectos como arañas etc etc

The lobby should be open til 10 pm so that one may get hot water, coffee, or ice. Also, this property should provide mini muffins or yogurt in the morning to accompany one’s coffee.

Easy quick check-in. Rooms decent size. No bed bugs which was a plus. Room service, especially Claudia was soo sweet. It's a basic good hotel if your on a budget and want to be close to Knott's Berry farm.

The establishment was very clean for being an older building. Its located in an ideal location if your visiting Knotts Farm.

I had my do not disturb sign on my door an someone entered my room, I spilled baby powder on the tile and noticed numerous foot prints that didn't match my shoes. The explanation given was they may of entered to change towels & empty trash. But my trashcan was still full and no new towels. I felt very uncomfortable the rest of my stay.

It was in the sweet spot of the area, really close to places we wanted to visit. Surprisingly quiet in a good way and had accessible parking.

It was a bit small but enough for 2 people, I did notice some stuff was a bit dirty as we walked in but we brushed it off. We weren't able to spot the complimentary coffee which was a bummer.

Location—-very convenient to Knott’s Berry Farm, about 5 minutes. Also convenient for gas, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

Cleaning service is only available if you make a request for it, otherwise only trash is emptied and dirty towels are removed and replaced. Only one luggage cart available for entire hotel.

The girl that helped us at night. Was above and beyond helpful. Very sweet

Room had a funny moldy smell. I assume because there was no fan in the restroom

Great proximity to Knott’s Berry Farms. Everything about the room was very clean. We especially liked that there were dispensers for both shampoo and body soap in the shower.

The shower drain was VERY slow. The bath towels were super tiny. And the bed was not very comfortable.

Absolute Nightmare - Health Hazards, Zero Service, and Disrespectful Management Rating: 0/5 (0 Star) I had a horrific experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise families—especially Muslim travelers—to avoid it at all costs. We had to check out early after only one night due to severe safety hazards and appalling treatment. 1. Severe Health & Safety Hazards (Bathroom Flooding & Suffocation) * Dangerous Water Leak: When my son took a shower, the bathtub leaked excessively, completely flooding the bathroom floor. It became an extreme slipping hazard where I almost fell. * No Ventilation / Suffocation Risk: The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. The steam trapped inside created a suffocating environment, making it incredibly hard to breathe and creating a trapped, humid cage. * Unclean & Smelly Rooms: Both the room and the bathroom were dirty upon arrival, emitting a terrible, foul odor. Because the room was boiling hot and the windows were locked tight, my children struggled to breathe comfortably inside. 2. Disrespectful Management & Apparent Discrimination (Racism) * Hostile Check-in: From the very first moment, the manager’s attitude was inexplicably rude, cold, and deeply disrespectful. * Discriminatory Shift in Behavior: When I later called to request basic amenities (towels, soap, toothpaste) for my room and my sister's adjacent room, his demeanor instantly turned aggressive. Once he realized who I was, he abruptly snapped, "Oh, are you the one who just checked in? Come down and get them yourself." He started making convoluted excuses about "policies" and "constraints." His completely unprofessional, disrespectful attitude made it glaringly obvious that his hostility was a deliberate, targeted act of discrimination/racism against me as a Muslim woman. 3.

Felt very clean and spacious. Pool was nice as well.

I couldn't see where the stairs were so I had to wait for the elevator which took a while. The map was difficult to read.

Carpet throughout was very dirty. The room was much smaller than depicted in the pictures.

Second time at the property, so here to say I really like the location. Close to attractions and friendly personnel. I was able to get in/out no issues. Really like that the entire property is smoke-free and vape-free, the rooms are not stuffy like other places. Would recommend for family travelers, singles, and all. They also have a pool.

Due to being a smoke-free property they made a smoking section, but people STILL litter their butts around the green spaces on the property. Total bummer, perhaps they can install a receptacle to prevent those types of toxic waste. Otherwise no issues notes during stay.

Instead of two queen bed which did not leave much room to move about in the room I should have been given a king size which provides room to exercise and move about. Breakfast is only tea or coffee. Providing breakfast would help the guests tremendously.
