Courtyard Anaheim Buena Park

We booked this location to visit Knott’s, then realized it’s just right across from Medieval Time, Porto’s Bakery, Starbucks and only 3 mins drive away from many plaza. The walk to Knotts was only 15 min, will definitely come back .

I got 5 some sorts of bug bits on one side of my body after waking up the first night. And the bathroom vent was too dusty above the tub, every morning we see clumps of dust on the tub

The property was very clean.

NA

It's all good to stay at this hotel.

None

Location, pool, room.

No hot tub.

I didn't do the breakfast, but the room and the courtyard were very nice. The room size was perfect with King size bed a sofa that was clean, it was a great set up. I also like that it had a balcony facing the courtyard pool, very nice.

There was coffee to brew, but there wasn't a coffee maker.

Está muy cerca a la ubicación del parque temático knoots berry farm as Al que iba yo

Todo bien

Nice and clean

The convenience to knotts berry farm .

The property was not kept up well at all .

Service was excellent

Stomping all through night above my room no kind of respect for us below at all

Spacious and luxurious

I couldn't stay another night due to being fully booked

La situation géographique de l hôtel et son environnement.

La baignoire, je préfère la douche.

The location is great, the facility was clean and comfortable.

When I arrived to check in our rooms where not ready they stated they would call us once rooms where available and they never did. We ended up going back and asking at 1900 and they finally gave us our rooms. Check in is supposed to be any time after 3pm.

Great living area and room.

Shower and bathroom outdated. Free breakfast that was offered when booked was not given. They wanted to charge. Staff was unreliable at times. On their cell phones.

Check in guy very nice and helpful

the location is perfect for visiting the parks, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean, balcony sliding door was secure and the easy access to the pool from the room was great!

i wasnt told the parking would be charged to the card i gave for “damages” The staff member didnt ask how i wanted to pay for the parking permit.

Room was nice and clean. Sraff super friendly.

I had to pay for every day I parked its normally included and they said breakfast included it was not also had to pay

Everything was perfect

Separate bedroom, good fold out couch in living room, plenty of sleeping space for 3 of us. A TV in each area. Nice a/c. Wonderful lobby with TVs.

People were nice. Close to Knotts Berry Farm!

Close to lots of entertainment spots including Knotts berry farm, medieval times, restaurants/bars, etc

Nothing really. We’ve stayed here several times before and always have a good experience

Front desk staff were all very engaging and very helpful. Some were also bilingual in Spanish and English. The little market in the lobby was convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Everything looked updated. 5 min walk to Portos, Medieval Times Dinner and Pirates Dinner. About 15 min walk to Target and Dollar Tree. Great location if visiting Knott's Berry Farm.

Lobby cafe is not always open. No microwave in room, there is a fridge. Microwave is in lobby. Distance from Disney is not ideal and there is no shuttle. Uber is about $20 on average.

We love the pool but in our last stay it was closed and it was very disappointing

Everythything location , how clean it is

Great location for Knotts Berry Walking distance to a couple of good places to eat.

Breakfast was a bit pricey

Close to Knottsberry

No hot tub

It was close to where we were heading

Close proximity to Knotts Berry Farm - 10 minute walk, our stay included breakfast and it was made to order, Porto's Bakery across the street, restaurants walking distance, Starbucks next door. Beds were comfy, small fridge, staff was great.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and my husband said he was itchy from bites. I was on the other bed with my child and we were both fine.

This is our second stay at this location it is the hotel I use when I am in California. Thank you

The telephone in our room did not work

Location was great

My daughter wanted to swim but the pool had ducks swimming in it. Tv control was out of batteries so we couldn’t watch tv.

It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and just the comfort in the rooms on the beds and just how well we were treated by staff.

The pool was out of service for maintenance it was a bummer.

Muy cómoda la cama, agradable la recamara. Salí a mi jardín frente al cuarto a disfrutar la tarde y pase un rato muy muy agradable en la fogata. Muy tranquila estancia

Neat and clean, staff very friendly.

Nothing!

Location to Knotts Berry Farm

Location of ice machines

Location and value were great. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast and the staff were excellent.

We booked a room with 2 adults and 3 children. We booked two doubles and a pullout couch and the room was spaced great! However, there was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch. It’s annoying to arrive late with tired littles and needing to trudge back out to ensure bedding is being delivered.

The location is amazing. Right next door to Knotts Berry Farm, and right across the street from Medieval Times and Porto's.

The kids were so excited to go swimming. We got there and the pool was empty and being renovated. We didn't get any heads up when booking the room or before our arrival that the pool was not available. The rooms smelled bad and the outlets in our room were broken. They also didn't give us enough towels for the number of people on our reservation. I was also in desperate need of advil in the middle of the night and their lobby had all kinds of medicines, except ibuprofen or Tylenol.

Location was perfect. Everything i needed was 5 min away.

Everything was good.

Close to shops and restaurants.

Convenient location for what I needed. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location is great. Room is nice. Used the pool on this trip and that was great!

Room smelled like smoke

Cleaniness and location

Hmm wish breakfast OR parking was included

We did not receive the room we booked with sep beds for the adults and a pull out sofa for the kids/ the desk person charged us 200.00 for the room when we had already paid in full . We have not received the deposit back or the 200 back. We specifically order the room we did and paid more on booking for it because didn’t want the adults to have to share a bed. How do we resolve these issues?

Property was nice, clean and accessible.

Location

Pool is not clean They dont clean the room everyday There was no one helping me to get the luggage into my room The scent of the room was not good Size of beds is not good to accommodate two person

Pool

Pool

The staff was amazing and the property was beautiful

Just wish there was more gym equipment

It was close to Knott’s berry farm and we were able to get to our rooms with ease

The Starbucks staff on premises lacked customer service. We felt like we were bothering her just to order our drinks in the morning

La rápida atención

The location

The door was broken in room 185.

Next to knotts

Request for towels 3x. No clean towels

Everything

Nothing

Location, friendly staffs and cleanliness all

Nothing

The room, the patio, the location

There was a lot of hair on the mattress

Very clean and friendly

Easier check in options should be available

I love the fact that it is super clean , comfortable and the location is so perfect!

Breakfast should be included.

Convenient, economical. Has a basic gym, Pool and starbucks on site.

Fire alarm flashes right over your head in the rooms—definitely need an eye mask to cope with that.

Location

No breakfast

Staff was nice, room was clean and tidy. Def want to come again.

Comfortable rooms and walking distance to knotts berry farm

No complaints

Room was great! Roomy, clean, private.

Expected a free breakfast like other Marriotts, but not only did we have to pay for breakfast, but it was extremely expensive, small and served in a cardboard box. If I had known that, we would have gone across the street to The Broken Yolk.

Wonderful staff, cleanliness, cost, and proximity to Knott’s. Having a combo bar, coffee bar, mini restaurant menu in the lobby was great!

I didn’t find anything with the property I didn’t like.

We had a great, short stay! We were at Knotts Berry Farm all day. We would definitley stay at this property again:)

Nothing was wrong.

Nice hotel for the price

Very nice room big and clean!

Great hotel close to Knott's Berry Farm and a short drive to the beach. Also right across the street from both the Pirate Adventure and Medieval Times dinner shows.

I have stayed at many Marriott hotels. This is the first one that I would say needs a major upgrade. It smelled and looked very dingy and old. The carpets and hallways looked very dark. Things seemed outdated. The location is excellent it just needs more tlc

Great location, near Knotts Berry and Disneyland.

Everything is nearby , food, freeway, knots .

House keeping did not provide service on the second day of our stay. There were bags of trash sitting on the outside of one of the side entrance of the hotel. Other than that, clean room and convenient for nearby entertainment and restaurants.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very paitent and kind. She made sure we were familiar with where to park and it was very convenient to have such short walking distance from the van to our room

Did not inform the cleaning every other daye

Positive was very close to not very far negative was weird smell in hotel room and a little sketchy in the parking lot

The pool was green.

Great location, and the Bistro food, was delicious, friendly, efficient lady staff. Best BLT.

Long walks to front and check out desk.
