Jacuzzi didn't work & even tho it didn't affect my stay, but there was alot of trash out by the dumpster bin as if it's never been picked up. It didn't affect my stay, just saying some people would make horrible comments on it.

Location was very good. The room was large and well equiped. Space to work and also sit down.

The hotel is close to the highway and it was very noisy, especially if your room is facing the highway. Also the swimming pool was very noisy with children all the time.

I didn't like anything about that hotel, homeless people came in asking for money, and they came in to eat in the morning. I asked to use the laundry room 2 times and I couldn't because the owner had the key. It was always locked due to homeless sleeping in there.

The only thing that I liked was the property was close to amusement park attractions.

Everything else was poor. The ceiling had visible leaks that showed stains. The vanity in the bathroom area were chipped stained, and the caulking around. It was done in such a bad manner that it was showing signs of where, and even the baseboards in the bathroom were peeling off off the wall. There was rust near the stopper of the tub, and the stopper did not properly work. The shower water adjustment was hard to pull the flooring in the bathroom needed to be replaced. There were ants in the room overall, just a pretty bad experience.

It wasn't the cleanest. The bathtub had little hairs on it when I arrived. Also, the bathtub had been painted but was chipping. I believe the chipping had something to do with why the shower was slow to drain. Also, we had 4 guests total but they refused to give me 4 towels. They gave only 2 and 2 bath mats. Didn't like the fact that we didnt have a microwave. They have a coin laundry for the guests. I messaged about it and they confirmed it. When I tried to use it the next morning it was apparently out of order.

The location was perfect for us to sightsee around the area and very easy to get in and out of no matter which direction we were going or coming. The room and bed were very comfortable and the room was big enough for us to park my wife’s mobility scooter in the room overnight to charge without being in the way.

The only thing that we would have enjoyed and was a negative was the hot tub was not operational. But we knew that prior to arriving and were not disappointed when we arrived.

Easy to book. It was okay.

The perverted wifi code. It was unprofessional and very creepy. The code was Creamer#26. It felt very weird and uncomfortable for a family hotel. This is the reason I rated the staff as I did.

We didn’t have any breakfast. And the location is excellent right off the freeway next to the main street.

Que ya me he quedado 3 veces ahi y nunca sirve el jacuzzi, siempre esta en reparación,. El desayuno, es basico avena, cereal, naranjas, bollitos , cafe, yogurth y jugos,pero esta última vez ya estaba mas limitado y ya no ofrecían jugos

Location and price were the deciding factors in getting rooms here. We had previously stayed here like 3-4 yrs ago but it has downgraded since. Parking is free and a $100 refundable deposit. There is a Denny's in the corner and a Target in the back.

I booked two rooms, 2 queens each room. Completely different. One looked more upgraded with wall art, better lighting, looked a lot cleaner, the other looked more like a motel. The rooms smelled off, like mold. The AC was a portable, rolling AC so you had a huge section of where the AC used to be that was boarded up with a piece of plywood. The power went out in the morning when i was drying my hair. I had to call front desk and they reset the breaker, had it fixed within 15 minutes.

I booked two double queen bed studio suites bought and paid for ahead and when it was time to check in they told me they over booked and I didn’t receive what I paid for instead I got a double queen bed room and a king room I had no other choice but to sleep on a stiff coach bed but the bed didn’t even have a mattress so I ended up just sleeping on the crappy couch

Room accomodations were good.

Breathing air quality is very bad since the hotel backs a major and busy freeway. Also their shrinking breakfast table must provide more variety than just cereal and milk. Don´t cheat the guests. I invite the managers to pay a visit to the breakfast room at the Artesia Days inn on Pioneer Blvd and try to learn from them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND DIRTY!! THERE WAS NOTHING GHAT I LIKED THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE AT CLEANING AND DELIVERING CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED THE MANAGER TOO BRANDON & ZENY SISON blamed my family for blood that was not ours and charged us after we complained about it .

HIV BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS……..DISGUSTING PROPERTY I HAVE PROOF OF PICTURES AND VIDEOS…do not stay here MY KIDS PULLED BACK THE COVERS 20 mins after GETTING IN THE ROOM THERE WAS BLOOD ALL OVER THE SHEETS! My kids didn’t even make it in the bed but the property blamed us for the blood. NONE OF US HAVE SCRATCHES OR OPEN WOUNDS THIS COULD HAVE ESCALATED & my kids could be infected.i left to tell the front desk he stated room service is gone and im completely booked but here is some sheets just change it yourself… NO PROTOCOL DONE…HE DIDNT COME CHECK THE ROOM…NO INCIDENT REPORT!…the next morning we spoke with the mgrs they told us that the blood was FRESH! And it clearly was not fresh the blood had already oxidized by the morning it looked fresh when the kids pointed it out. My kids are traumatized they think there was a crime scene In The room and we drove 5 hrs away arriving late at night. To make matters worse booking.com didn’t try to help us either they asked “why are you calling us” we were told by the police and the bank as well as the health department in California to let the 3rd party booking company know what happen. Every person we spoke to gave us the run around one girl yelled at me and hung up (trinity) I will be contacting corporate of every company involved in this matter DAYS INN,WYNDHAM & BOOKING.com I was charged $110 for damage to sheets that were already damaged I have video proof of everything sand still no one wants to do anything about this matter… Attached pictures are the staff on duty the morning we checked out as well as my children explaining to her what they saw and she proceeded to tell them it was their blood BUT NOONE HAD PROOF OF THE BLOOD AND NOONE WAS BLEEDING EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Not clean, breakfast/serving area was unsanitary, photos of the room online was not what you receive, smallest TV, AC vents inside and out were extremely dirty, rooms are not sealed properly so the freeway and roads close by make sleeping very challenging as it is very loud outside, jacuzzi was broken even after being told it was functional, broken elevators, no microwave, bed frames were broken, popcorn ceilings, TV remote had missing back for the batteries, all the outlets were loose and would not hold chargers.

Check in was super easy. This is our normal place to stay, convenient to stay for our Disneyland trips. Parking was a little hard this time, hotel was sold out and parking spots need to be repainted. Also had the shower handle break at 2 am after returning from the parks. It was resolved the next day. Hair dryer broke while getting ready and was replaced that afternoon.

Got the room for 4 adults 2 children 2 queen beds and a sofa couch when I got there I was told only 2 adults can stay and they had no other rooms available

We generally enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Buena Park, but the experience after checkout was extremely disappointing and shocking. After leaving the room in good condition, we were contacted and told that our deposit would be kept, plus an additional $40 charge, because of alleged stains involving bodily fluids on washcloths, bedsheets, and a bed cover. This description was completely inaccurate based on how we left the room. At most, there may have been a small sink towel that my child used to wipe a mug, and there may have been some minor cake crumbs from cake we had purchased earlier at Knott’s. That is very different from what was reported. As a Wyndham Rewards member who has never had an issue like this at a hotel before, I found the claim very upsetting. I requested that management review the matter, provide documentation or photos supporting the charge, and respond by email. The stay itself was fine overall, but this situation after checkout left a very negative impression and made me question how guest deposits and damage claims are handled.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. Muy cerca hay un Target donde puedes conseguir prácticamente de todo. También hay un Wendy's, y ambos tienen horarios hasta tarde en la noche, lo que resulta muy conveniente. El check-in fue rápido y, además, nos ofrecieron la opción de hacer el check-out de una hora más tarde sin costo adicional, lo cual fue un excelente detalle. La piscina estaba limpia y bien cuidada. También ofrecen desayuno pequeño.

El desayuno me pareció muy básico. Solo ofrecían café, pan y, en algunas ocasiones, yogur. No había jugo ni mayor variedad. Nada de proteína. Nuestra habitación era una suite, pero presentó varios problemas de mantenimiento. La ducha junto a las camas funcionaba de forma intermitente: a veces salía agua y otras veces no. Además, mientras nos bañábamos, el techo goteaba agua y no pudimos identificar de dónde provenía. Solo nos hospedamos dos noches, salíamos muy temprano y regresábamos tarde, por lo que preferimos no reportarlo para no perder tiempo de descanso. Aun así, considero que una habitación de esa categoría debería estar en mejores condiciones. También encontramos una cucaracha pequeña en la habitación. Otro aspecto que nos hizo sentir incómodos fue que el estacionamiento es abierto. Una noche, al regresar al hotel, una mujer pasó gritando palabras ofensivas y se dirigió hacia nosotros. Incluso mencionó algo relacionado con mi hija que no alcancé a entender porque subimos rápidamente a la habitación. Afortunadamente, la situación no pasó a mayores, pero fue un momento desagradable que nos hizo sentir inseguros.

I requested towels and the person at the office said they would send them with the housekeeper, but they never arrived. My $100 deposit hasn't been returned, and we didn't leave any damage or use any extras.

It was very clean and updated. I'm glad we were facing the streets, not the freeway. We can see koreatown.

My first clue this was a dump should have been the Human Trafficking signs in the lobby. Or the working girl standing in the drop-off roundabout. Or the fact that my door wouldn't close all the way. Or the obvious sales of substances. Or the random piles of rubble and trash on the property. Or the tarp covering the empty hot tub (with party lights under it?). NEVER again.

Room was very clean, spacious. Breakfast was great. Loved my stay here, will definitely be back!
