Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park

Tout était super, accueil, chambre, petit déjeuner, facilité et accessibilité, parking et wifi gratuit etc…

RAS

Servicio, atención y amabilidad del personal , limpieza

Cama muy blanda , ropa de cama

Conveniently loccated near my parents place and theme parks

Maybe add air freshner plug-ins, our room had a dog odor.

Great staff. Good pool. Huge bedroom:

Would be better to have some healthier breakfast options - such as more fruit, less sugared yoghurt, and healthier "syrup" for waffles

Breakfast was fresh! Everyone was extremely attentive! Property was clean and room service was great!

Beds are super comfortable and breakfast was good

Très propre

Rien

None.

Receptionist was very rude. Very unprofessional and does not know customer service. Not coming back and very disappointed.

It had good service and it was clean nothing to complain about

Breakfast was good. Clean room.

Pool was not clear and clean.

We love it except they didn’t return my 50$ deposit

Everything but the beds. Staff were very nice and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was amazing

The beds just weren’t comfortable. Everything else was great

Everything. Room was great size/clean and comfortable

The room very spacious, pet friendly and free parking!! Will stay again!

Need a pet area where there is grass. It wasn't clean.

Everyone was attentive and very helpful.

The room when entering for the first time had a stench of dirty water and it wouldn’t go away.

Satisfied

Nothing

It was nice an clean.

Location, clean, affordable I love this and the breakfast was delicious, we will be coming back 😁

I love that they accommodated my request for my mother and step father for being handicap.

It was too short of a trip

Tout est super j’adore cette hôtel. Propre, safe

Breakfast

When the AC was running it would leak into the carpet and soak

The rooms were spacious. I loved the free parking and that breakfast was included. That is hard to find! We will be staying here again in the future. I loved that breakfast was served until 10 am. We didn't have to rush down. Checking out at 11 am is a plus!

There is nothing that we did not like. Everything was great!

The room was very spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night to attend my daughter's pinning ceremony but I will consider staying here again if we ever be in the area.

A bit loud due to the room facing the road.

All stuff were very nice.

We were 3rd floor, so at nights, we could hear people walking around above us. And noise from high way but not too bad.

Location

Front desk didn’t tell us you have to use a card to turn on room electricity. Bed was moderately comfortable, thin comforter. Crowded breakfast area with no staff to greet you.

Le petit déjeuner

Pas de femme de service tous les jours

Quiet

Far away from our destination

The location right off the freeway was perfect. The staff were great, the room was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable. Lastly, the shower had great water pressure and the towels were large and soft. 10 minute drive to Disney (freeway) and Knotts (streets).

It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the people next to us were fairly loud when they came in for the evening, so I was able to hear them for a bit, but then they quieted down.

Easy to get to and looked nice. Plenty of towels.

Carpet in the room felt dirty

Modern hotel, with nice breakfast and amenities, huge free parking and 24h fitness room. Easy access to motorway and a lot of asian restaurants in the area. Pool area and spa looks nice

Soundproof is a week spot, you literally can hear how some one is walking in the next room. After all activities family was tired, so didn't bother as much.

Very close to everything we wanted to do

Nothing

The staff was very nice and accommodating!

The fire alarm went off and there was a lack of communication, some people evacuated while others were told not to so there was alot of confusion.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of variety was very clean and well stocked. Also they had a laundry that was not expensive and worked very well.

Breakfast was good with various options and well stocked. The room was very clean and comfortable.

nothing

breakfast great, lots of options. Great location

Very noisy people rude. Couldn't get sleep.

I recently had surgery and was unfortunately using a Walker. I was given one of the Ada rooms and it was awesome. I was able to get In-N-Out of the shower safely. And felt like my needs were being attended to

Location close to all attractions. Easy access to freeway

Very noisy. No-one cared about being quiet.

It was clean and comfortable. Luggage rack was readily available. Convenient location. Continental breakfast is always a plus, but they took it an extra step with strawberries and chocolate chips for your waffles. Yummy.

Facilities

Nothing everything was perfect except my account was not credited of our rewards after our stay 😂

The room I got was very big , clean. The breakfast was great. All staff very nice

We had traveled from Idaho and they let us check in earlier as soon as they had a room available! Breakfast was super good.

The food was wonderful and the location great. The staff upgraded our room to a junior suite. We had a baby with us, so they brought us a crib.

Nice staff

Room was super cold even with the AC off. Not alot of good options for the free breakfast. House keeping was knocking on my door really early in the morning trying to clean the room when i had not checked out yet. This was at around 9am and checkout is at 11! Woke up to what sounded to be the gardener blowing the leaves or doing his job. Kept hearing conversations from the people next door. Walls are not sound proof. Facility however was nice and clean

To start of this was a family vacation planned 3 month in advanced unfortunately we had made reservations elsewhere down the street in the (ghetto) Extended Stay and Relax Suites. I usually don't make hard comments like this, but would rather be honest make sure others take the time to research and consider thinking about what a great job the Hampton Inn and Suites in 7307 Artesia Buena Park CA. can do for you, like they did for me! At first I thought my vacation was ruined and had to waste another day to making a reservation elsewhere. I quickly got my phone search for near by hotels, check for amenities and the Hampton Inn quickly met my expectations, I was very amazed on how quickly the front desk girl was able to check us all in quickly from 06-28-25 to 07-05-25, I deeply regret not getting your name to thank you and Hampton Inn and Suites at Buena Park, for making my stay one less hassle. You definitely get my high recommendation and standards, I will most definitely be there next year... Thank you! Let not for get the house keeping personal on the 2nd floor how help us out with towel for our needs.. Miguel Reyes El Paso, Texas

In a few words, I cannot comment on this question if everything was SUPER GREAT!

Essy check in NO timewaste, simple 2 words less than a minute

Everything was awesome 😎

Room and breakfast

Nothing

Love that it has rooms that can accommodate a large family. Its always frustrating when you you have to book 2 rooms. But here we were able to book one and first comfortably. Our kids love the pool and breakfast is always good! I love that they have a rice cooker :)

Convenient, clean, hospitable

Great location, free breakfast and parking. Easy check in and check out.

Our room is next to the exit door so we can hear the door closing loudly that wake us up at night.

Clean and comfortable

Es limpio y el staff es muy amable.

Se siente mucho el ruido, literal podia Escuchar que el de al lado estaba en el baño escuchando noticias y el ruido de los carros en la autopista es incomodo. No pude dormir bien en mi estadia.

breakfast was good but with limited options.
