HeSu DESIGNER Hotel & Suites - Xi'an Drum Tower & YONGNING Gate Branch

The hotel is nicely decorated. However our room at times smells of tobacco smoke which I think is coming from the vents. Has washing facility which was very useful. Staff helpful and accomodating.

Excellent hotel to stay. Front desk is bit slow for the english speaking customers but otherwise it is good place to stay

Very considerable property. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Hôtel in great location, 3 western breakfast options & 2 Asian options provided. Walkable distance to main attractions.

Centrally located, staff was attentive, overall a decent hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here, rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Service was very good and staff helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel interior very modern new and clean

Hotel limpo. Fica bem no centro. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Amazing. Good location, helpful staff and the cats were a big hit!

We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance.

Too away from any train station

Super comfortable and professional hotel. Beds and rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Hotel abbastanza centrale, camere nuove e molto pulite. Personale super efficiente. I ragazzi ti aiutano per qualsiasi problema, sempre molto disponibili.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff is super available and friendly. I loved the fact that they have a card with the address in Chinese and a QR code that gives the exact location of the hotel. It's very useful when we get lost and have to ask for help :-) To finish, they gave me a souvenir. This is delight the customer!

Excelente hoteExcelente hotel!

As the name suggests it is truly a designer hotel and is Instagram worthy. The rooms are nicely decked up and is a great value for money. The staff are young and very friendly and they offer free coffee coupons. The rooms are decently sized and the hotel is new. Location is quite convenient and is 10 min taxi ride to big pagoda, shaanxi museum and south gate of xian wall.

Great location, close to the Xi'an Wall. Great room with comfy beds and a shower with an amazing water pressure 😍. This was by far our best hotel in China so far, would definitely recommend.

We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk teamwho assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location of this hotel is superb. It's extremely close to the subway station, which made it very convenient for me to travel around the city. There are also numerous shopping malls nearby, providing great opportunities for shopping. What's more, it's an ideal place to taste the delicious local cuisine of Xi'an. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and well-appointed. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. Thankful that the other staff membets stepped in after they realised that I spoke their language and help.me out promptly. It was an enjoyable stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept it. Pillows were the best comfort as well. Huge shower too. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly.

Staffs were friendly. It says hotel, but it looks like a hostel though...

Small hotel, silent and good for families

We had great time staying at the property. Stuff was helpful, location is convenient.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and gave us precise directions on which bus to take to our planned destination. We ordered an item online and had it delivered to the hotel and they accepted the parcel for us while we were out on a tour. We are very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and supportive staff! You can get assistance whenever you need.

reception staff very good service, rooms are clean and tidy

Overall very good stay. Only problem; not only for this hotel in China, is the sound proof of rooms as you always hear noises from the alley or next rooms.

Staff seemed more into the Bistro side rather than hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable. Deco slightly drab, black and dark grey also as need to get to 2nd.floor to book in can be difficult

Very kind and helpful staffs, some can speak English. It is around 10 minutes walk from nearest Nanshaomen subway station. We used taxi 2 times and each time their staff helps us wave for a taxi. In front of hotel there is a bus stop which is convenient and cost only CNY1-2. The room is clean and spacious with android tv, wifi and bottled water included. Thanks again for your people hospitality.

Modern small hotel, nice location

The cleaner didn‘t do a good job, the corners of the bathroom were covered with hair, and there was no 4 star hotel standard at all

Everything was perfect with this hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful. They try their best to respond to any question you ask. Free laundry is available. We would definitely stay again here.

Nice place, clean, convenient, helpful staffs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helpful getting settled into the hotel as well as arranging cab to train stations. The food was quite good. Location was great.

decent stuff, good location, clean room, free coffee

The family loves it. They 'll come back.

This Hotel has a very good location and super friendly Staff. I forgot my smartphone in our room after checkout, they immediately contacted me to arrange its return...thanks!

It was an amazing experience! Unlimited mineral water, free afternoon tea, perfect design, high-tech equipment and facilities in the room. I also found a refrigerator that I thought I didn't have before I checked in. My family and I like the new four-star hotel very much. Very good!

Location is great and convenient to many famous places in Xian, staffs are nice and provide many help for my trip.

We bring 3 kids and 3 seniors check in. The elevator at second floor. We need carry luggage use the stairs go there and road narrow. The kid fall down. So bad. First night our room air conditioner not working. In room temperature is 100 F. Call the front desk they send somebody but can’t fix it and no room to change. We need open the door let hall way cold air in. Even I sitting a chair and sleep in the hall way. Feel so bad again. There management bad. Look like no service training. Also breakfast area look bad too. Food come so slow. Everyone waiting for food . Need more people to help. We will not recommend people to go here again.

staff cannot find my booking, back and forth take 30 mins. deposit cannot use VISA card. room is new and clean but don't have refrigerator. smell of the paint is too strong that's why they have an air refresher machine.
