i was upset, the a/c was not cooling, the sink was cracked, and the sliding door was hard to open (very tight) so the purpose i came there for was not fullfiled

Was a little run down compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at in Oregon and other states. Also your maintenance guy was awfully rude to my girlfriend because we had issues with the shower and she couldn’t figure it out turns out it was an easy fix and the guy kept making smart comments towards my gf when she asked to how to operate the shower and he told her “you should practice because you’re the one who needs help with the shower”

I used to stay at embassy suites a lot. But now, they're breakfast has changed.They don't offer as many options as they used to. Also the beds are hard. Not to mention its $70 a night just to freaking park!

Nous avons passés 13 jours en famille dans ce superbe hôtel, le petit déjeuner excellent, la suite premium spacieuse et très confortable! Literie de très bonne qualité. Le métro se trouve à moins de 15 min à pied et le bus à 6 min donc très pratique pour se déplacer!

The location was great as it was not far from the airport. There were not a lot places to eat close to the hotel but one can make do. I did like the breakfast and the way that the breakfast was setup. One can tell that changes and improvements made from experience. Also, the staff was fantastic in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was excellent too as I and my son were able to leave our luggage at the front desk area for storage so we could pick it up after the World Cup soccer game. We were also able to pick up our luggage after the game and we had checked in.

The amount of money we paid was increased due to a special event, the World Cup 2026. I understand that this is a business but if you want repeat business, it would be better to have lower rates and wow hotel guests. Also, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a proper renewal. The bathroom was very dated and could have its wall repaired properly.

Someone in the hotel was rude to me while i was staying. He was a member of the airport shuttle service having a meeting in one of the conference rooms. The Aero bistro did not meet my expectations, the food was not good.

For the amount of money we paid for a room I was quite disappointed in the standard. It was not very clean, the little market was super expensive, it was difficult to get hold of essentials, the staff was very blunt and unhelpful when we asked for help. The pool was pretty average.

The guy who helped wasent very helpful just asked for my name card and just gave me my key and looked like he was upset about something. So I had to pay for parking which I didn’t know that if I stayed there it was for free so got over charged for that . Then I didn’t like that u needed ur key card to use the elevator he also didn’t explain that to me so me and my family were stuck in an elevator for a bit till another customer came in and told us we needed to scan our card to make it move .

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the staff and the overall level of service. At check-in, the receptionist did not explain the breakfast hours to us at all. The following morning, we came down for breakfast at around 9:05 AM, only to find out that breakfast had ended at 9:00 AM that day. When I asked the staff member who was serving breakfast about it, she simply and rather indifferently told me that breakfast is usually served until 10:00 AM, but that on that particular day it was only until 9:00 AM. What disappointed us the most was not even missing breakfast, but the complete lack of interest or hospitality. She did not apologize for the misunderstanding, offer any explanation, or even make an effort to see whether there might still be something available for us to eat. We did not expect or demand anything, but a little kindness and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Overall, the attitude of the staff made us feel quite unwelcome, which was disappointing.

Le personnel n’est pas agréable et pas souriant (une jeune femme m’a reçu et a été très froide). Il faut passer par la réception pour aller à la piscine. Piscine pas très propre. Salon sombre Aucune bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée ni snack. L’eau est quand même le minimum.

Convenience was our main goal. For just a little more money than paying for parking near LAX, we got to avoid having to get up extra early and the traffic to get to the airport and around terminal. We did not leave a car there, son dropped us off and picked us up. The shuttle was timely and the driver was great. Nice having a small balcony but the racing cars on the street below was a nuisance. Ear plugs help. The facility was clean and the suite very spacious. We could watch planes landing from our balcony but that view is probably only available on the W. 98th street side because of other buildings blocking the view. The bed was a little hard for our liking but we still slept ok. Spacious bathroom with handheld showerhead.

The buffet did not impress us. We have stayed at multiple Embassy Suites and yours was not up to expectations. There were no waffles, pancakes or fresh cut fruit offered. They did have made to order omelettes and typical hot dishes. There is barely any room to pull into the hotel entrance leaving us unloading bags on a busy street.

Great airport location.

The airport shuttle is supposed to run every 20 minutes. However. I waited an hour at the airport to be picked up. Worse, is when you call the hotel you get a recording that eventually puts you on hold, and no one ever answers. Very frustrating. The hotel is tired and doesn't live up to the Embassy Suites brand. The restaurant is not the traditional restaurant that you find at any other Embassy Suites hotel. You order from a kiosk and eventually someone brings it to your table. The hotel is dark and dingy looking. It needs an update.

It was well taken care of. Very clean.

Location. Took forever to get to it. Part of that was current construction. Air conditioning in the suite was great in the living room area, horrible in the bedroom area.

I went for the pool and it was horrible!!!!! Not only was it hard to breathe or see from all the bleach but the hot tub was not working and that was not disclosed. I felt ripped off!!!

This had to be one of the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. There was a screw sticking out of our wall where our kids could have been hurt on. The pull out couch was dirty and had food wrappers left inside when we opened it. The water in the tub would not flush and just sat there. The restroom door was broken and was very hard to open from the inside. Our refrigerator was broken and not working properly plus the top of the doors were extremely dirty and dusty. The room was old and had a musty smell to it overall horrible experience.

It was a nice property and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge, but found the menu lacking.

The property is in disrepair. Some of our party got stuck in an elevator. Door locks not working. The pool room was disgusting. The vents looked very gross. In the room there was inadequate lighting in the bathroom.

I want to start by saying I travel a lot and I’m a status member with Hilton Brand hotels. This particular trip I was up early and flying from Florida to California. I was glad when I arrived at LAX that there was shuttle service to the property and I was met by a delightful young lady named Yazmin W. She was able to accommodate my request to get into the room early and rest. Additionally, she was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. That’s important because I was throwing a lot of things at her that I wanted to know annd each question was met with a detailed response. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience with this employee at the property was certainly worthy of the effort to share my experience. She’s the type of person that you want in a customer facing role.

Not much to do in the area, but not bad.For the hotel

The Embassy Suite is nicely located very close to LAX airport. Shuttle to and from LAX is very reliable - at most every 30 minutes. Importantly, every staff makes extra effort to ensure excellent service and make guests comfortable. Notable is the responsiveness of Sarah, Darren, Jazmine among others I cannot recall their names now.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and I can say this Embassy Suites does not deserve to be called an embassy suites. Worst ever. So bad I’m at the great bar and restaurant across the street in the Marriott.

The room was extremely hot and never cooled off in the bedroom. I was hot and sweaty every night and did not sleep well. I was charged $70 night for parking and I could barely find a spot and had to circle around until someone left, because I was driving an SUV.

Having travelled extensively over the past 40 years, I can say this particular Embassy Suites sets the benchmark for the most disappointing Hilton brand experience I have ever had. Embassy Suites has been my brand of choice for longer stays, especially with family. This hotel disappointed on almost every key point. It started with the online check-in that really wasn’t. Once I arrived the app that I checked in with would not give me my key. It said I had to visit the front desk, which resulted in a wait in line and a full blown normal check-in. The room was average, but the metal-wire soap & shampoo holder broken and when asked we were told they did not have replacements. Our vanity light blew while we were there. It was repaired quickly. Embassy Suites has an evening reception from 5-9. While checking in we were given 2 slips for a complimentary drink. Very basic snacks were also available; chips & salsa, crackers, trail mix, and carrots. Wealthy guests could order food through a kiosk at typical room service prices. To me cleanliness is a given expectation, and this hotel met minimum standards. They definitely could have vacuumed the common areas on a routine basis, but we did not see any evidence of this. They also could do a better job of keeping the grounds clean. Debris was evident most days in the employee parking area. This, to me, indicates an attitude of mediocrity among the staff. Lastly, I will address what most embassy suites excel at, the breakfast. Cost cutting and mediocrity permeated the entire breakfast experience. I’ll start with the cooked to order eggs. This Embassy suites only offers omelets- even though they have and use eggs in the shells to make the omelets, they refuse to make sunny side, easy over, or egg whites - and we asked and were tersely denied. The other breakfast offerings were equally poorly represented. Fruit, for example was limited to Motel 6 quality anemic apples and oranges. No cut fruit, no granola, no regular salsa for the omelets. A big thing that stood out at this Embassy breakfast was the lack of a manager roaming the area checking stock and helping the staff to make sure the guests were able to get everything they wanted. This became evident when the orange juice ran out, and later the yogurt ran out. If you want yogurt, hopefully you like vanilla because they usually only have this flavor available. They sometimes have strawberry banana, but it runs out quickly. All-in-all, I do not recommend this Embassy Suites, and unless the whole brand has degraded significantly, this particular one hurts the image of the brand. If I were an undercover boss, I would send the entire management team back to training while bringing in a rehabilitation team to get it back up to corporate standards.

The from entrance wasn’t clean, the custom services were terrible. One guy was rude, impolite, and never answered questions. He would be on his cellphone. When calling the front desk no one answered. When I did get someone on the phone about the QR code to order room services, I was told to come downstairs to the front entrance by the elevator and used that QR code. Really. When I saw a QR code placed in my daughter’s room by the phone. That place needs better security and workers that’s cares about the Hotel and the company. The smell of marijuana was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The rooms were super hot air didn’t work .

Excellent location to the airport. Literally 5 min on the hotel/airport shuttle. Always love the breakfast and complimentary drinks at check in. Our king room was huge.

To the General Manager, My family was in town for my father-in-law's memorial service and checked into your hotel on July 18, arriving just before 7:00 p.m. I am writing because my experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter and her children were checked in by Yazmyn W. She was wonderful — professional, informative, helpful, and patient while my two grandsons needed my daughter's attention. She is an asset to your hotel. My experience was completely different. As I entered behind my daughter, your other two front desk agents, including Benjamin, assumed I did not need help. Neither greeted me. When I realized my wallet was in the car, I signaled my wife. Our car was temporarily in the shuttle zone because the pass-through was blocked. Benjamin, who would not even acknowledge me moments earlier, then aggressively asked my wife if she needed help and told her she needed to move her car immediately. She complied and moved the car. When I asked Benjamin if he could check me in, he replied that he thought I was with "her," referring to my daughter. I told him the professional thing to do would have been to ask if I needed assistance, rather than addressing my wife so aggressively. By the time my wife came back around, another car was blocking the same shuttle area she had just been told to vacate. To make matters worse, I later took my grandsons to the indoor pool. Within 10 minutes, the pool had to be shut down because a dog had gotten into the pool. This is concerning, given that a front desk employee must unlock the pool door and a security guard is on duty. The night ended with my grand daughter screaming at the top of her lungs because of a huge flying joon-bug in the bath room Between the poor treatment at check-in and the pool situation, this was not the level of service I expect as a Gold Member. We were there during a difficult family weekend and had hoped for some comfort. Instead, we left very disappointed and do not plan to return to this property. There were hairs in my shower and I noticed as soon as I walked in.

It was ok, but underwhelming for the price.

The property feels outdated, from the worn-out room furnishings and bedding to the slow-to-heat shower water, which took ten full minutes to warm up. The breakfast options were very basic and are only available until 9 a.m. Additionally, the gym was out of order, the pool was closed for cleaning until noon and the lobby feels unwelcoming. I had originally planned to stay there in the morning as my flight only left in the evening, instead I left early to the airport. Beyond the physical state of the hotel, the customer service was cold and unhelpful. I had an emergency flight landing that resulted in a 20-hour delay and caused me to miss my first night. When I arrived the next evening, the staff showed zero empathy or willingness to accommodate the situation. The only positive note was a friendly technician who tried his best to help with the shower, but overall, this was a frustrating experience.

I've never witnessed this before ... there were two entirled Karen's, who knew each other, in two seperate cars, effectively blocking the drive through unload spaces. I mean at total of 30 minutes. Ocassionally they would move their cars to let someone through, then back back into the spaces again then get out and talk to each other . If anyone else blocked them they would get out of their cars and yell and scream abuse at them. Security should have moved them on but did nothing !!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason I have been charged $13.92 without my approval which is not good . I wouldn’t recommend friends and family here

This property is incredibly dated, and the lack of maintenance is showing everywhere. We stayed in Room 809, and the room itself was in terrible shape. The bathroom lock didn't work, the cabinet was broken with a door that wouldn't close, and the paint on the bathroom door was peeling. More concerning were the serious safety hazards: the balcony door would not lock properly, and the balcony railing was shaky and unstable—highly dangerous for anyone leaning on it, especially families with small children. To top it off, the pool area was disgusting. The water was murky, dirty, and visibly filled with hair. We requested maintenance from the front desk to fix the bathroom lock, but the overall state of this hotel is unacceptable. It is in desperate need of a full renovation.
