Hotel was in a convenient location for us and easy for Uber to pick up from. They were able to keep our bags before checking in and after checking out which was really great! Room was tidy and clean

Unfortunately the area around the hotel doesn’t feel very safe so wouldn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere nearby

The staff was friendly. The Shuttle driver and baggage guy were extremely friendly and accommodating.

After a long traveling day, it would have been nice to take a warm hot shower but it was like warm and hardly any pressure at all which was disappointing.

The WiFi was awful. The shower tub made a lot of noise when you stepped on it as if it wasn’t installed right.

They were very helpful and nice to us

I only stayed overnight. I did not use any of the Amina ties except the wi-fi.

The bedside clock went off in the middle of the night and woke me up.

Great double queen room, very spacious and comfortable. 5 mins from LAX which suited us as it was a short overnight stay between flights.

We waited for the complimentary shuttle for almost an hour in the designated spot but it never arrived so had to catch a cab to the hotel.

Our stay at Holiday Inn LAX was generally pleasant, and the location was very convenient. However, the reception experience could have been better. I was given the wrong room number for my sister, and when I asked for assistance, the staff member was not very welcoming and seemed argumentative rather than listening to the issue first. As a well-travelled guest, I rarely encounter this kind of attitude at a hotel reception. I won’t name the staff member, as I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve. Hopefully, management can remind the frontline team that a smile, patience, and kindness go a long way, especially for guests who have travelled across continents to be there.

Easy to access from the airport

First impression, the lady was supposed to help keep us informed and get us checked in early due to our early flight but she never got back to us. It was a matter of me needing to reach out to them even though she said she would add us to their waitlist.. she then took off out of the blue and thankfully a male at the front desk was able to get us into a room. The room was unsettling given, the two lamps on the side of the bed were broken and I made that clear with front desk so I would not get charged any damages that happened prior to me checking into the room. Then the bathroom was cleaned to the bare minimum and it looked like the walls had some heavy water damage which needs to be looked at so guests aren’t getting blamed for their own property issues..

The rooms are tired, need a refresh. The shuttle was slow, too infrequent and the app did not really accurately predict travelling times. I recommend to allow at least one hour hotel to terminal for shuttle at peak times. A worthwhile hack is to get off at terminal 1 and take the external sidewalk to terminals 6/7 if your flight departs from those terminals, this saved me about 15 mins. In fairness to the hotel, LAX needs to deal with congestion in their terminal loop- this is why the shuttle and app wasn’t really working properly.

Excellent service from all the staff. Big ups to Joe the concierge for looking after us and the night staff especially for being helpful in the late hours

Our only issue was the lounge chair in the room was a little wet and stinky from the pre- check in cleaning so it was unusable. Plus no showers in the pool area

it was close to a restaurant. the restaurant in the hotel was good and the staff was wonderful. but they should change up the menu. who want to eat the same thing every day. but beside that everything was good. the room was good and the shower work and love the suction of the toilet.

hay muy poca seguridad en el hotel, se metió un indigente al hote y andubo merodeando en los pisos del hote. La tarjeta que da acceso a los pisos en el elevador no servía, por lo tanto cualquier pesona podía subir. Lo reporté a una persona de seguridad del hotel y me respondió que tenía que reportarlo al front desk, que estaba lleno de otros clientes. Me parece que deben de revisar las medidas de seguridad del hote, dado que está en una zona en donde hay indigentes consumiendo drogas.

The parking lot does not secure your vehicle a spot since there are limited spots. And they offer you to pay $45.00 without having enough parking spaces and they want you to park somewhere else.

The room we had was next to the elevator shaft and was very noisy as a result. We booked this room as a layover before flying 15hrs to Australia. We were hoping to be able to sleep in preparation for this trip but the room did not facilitate this. Would not risk booking with this hotel again.

We used the hotel as accommodation for our layover. It is conveniently located and offers shuttle service to and from LAX. It offers a breakfast buffet but I found the 20$ charge per persin a bit steep. Maybe next time. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We went down to breakfast and met Jose Zúñiga who made us feel welcome and was attentive to us and even managed to get along with our mom who doesn’t speak much English. Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel next time we’re in town

Would have liked some fresh and healthier options on restaurant menu but that’s the only thing that I would change.

I flew into LAX and from there I was able to use the hotel shuttle to be transported to Holiday Inn LAX. It had a new renovation about 5 years ago and still looks awesome. I saw a staff member I knew from past stays there. Raul works in the bar and restaurant. He was just as congenial as ever. The staff who met me at check in was cheerful and very helpful. My room was clean ,peaceful, and comfortable. Thank you.

I know this particular Holiday Inn. It has always provided excellent service.

During our stay we met Jose Zuniga! He was very kind, friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to answer my questions, was very helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I want to start off by saying that jose zúñiga made this morning start off to a good start. he was patient and funny and super respectful while getting breakfast he knows how to greet people and make sure they are okay and have everything you made need. also super funny if you can you should give him a raise or employee of the month because he goes above and beyond.

This hotel is located close to LAX and parking garages. We decided to stay here since it was in close proximity to LAX and it was affordable. We stayed the night before our early flight the next day. Check in was easy and the staff were super friendly. Eriberto checked in to see if everything was going smooth. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an unexpected medical emergency during our vacation when my wife was suddenly hospitalized, forcing us to extend our stay at the Holiday Inn LAX. The hotel was fully booked, and we had already checked out, thinking we’d have to scramble for other options during an incredibly stressful time for our family. Right before leaving, we ran into Shannon Nichols. She went above and beyond to personally help us secure additional nights in a double room, even though the hotel had no availability. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care turned a very difficult situation into one where we felt supported and relieved. Shannon’s kindness made all the difference when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for her help and will never forget how she stepped up for us. The hotel’s location and shuttle were convenient as always, but it was Shannon’s humanity that made this stay truly memorable. Thank you, Shannon—you are a credit to the Holiday Inn LAX team. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of caring senior staff like her.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff appeared inconsistent in the level of customer service they provided, with some guests seemingly receiving much better attention and assistance than others\. I found the team to be unaccommodating and, at times, somewhat rude in their interaction. Overall, the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality left a negative impression, and I would have expected a much higher standard of service.

Najnoljše razmerje med ceno in kakovostjo. Zelo prijazni na recepciji, osebje pri zajtrku! Priročen je tudi 24 ur odprt Mc donalds čez cesto in trgovinica na pumpi!

Šofer, ki nas je peljal nazaj na letališče ( ki ne govori prav dobro angleško), bi nam lahko pomagal zložiti 23 kg kovčke, ne da sta morala otroka sama! Jaz pa zraven s poškodbo na roki v opornici. Lahko bi vprašal če potrebujemo pomoč, tako kot je to storil šofer s katerim smo šli iz letališča ( starejši,suh gospod)! Druga stvar pa: nekateri v sosednjih sobah so kadili marihuano in se je po hodniku zelo vohalo!

We only stayed here one night while transiting internationally. The room was adequate for what we needed and was clean and comfortable. There was a pool, but we didn't use this. Breakfast was included in the price of our room. Staff were really friendly and welcoming when checking in. There was a shuttle service from the airport.

Although there was a shuttle service from the airport which was really helpful for us, the shuttle driver was really grumpy and snappy with us regarding the amount of luggage that we had. This was really unnecessary especially after a 13hr flight from Australia + check in time and clearing customs etc my kids and I had been up for around 24hrs!

The lobby was nicely decorated and the hotel staff was very friendly and help from security to the cleaning crew.

I didn't like that the beds weren't as comfy, the remotes for the TV was old and popping open. And Parking was $50 a night smh .
