Die Unterkunft war unfassbar schön und spektakulär. In der Nähe befindet sich direkt eine große Einkaufsstraße mit u Bahn Zugang in die Stadt. Personal ist Mega freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Totally worth it for the club room option - free breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, which were all lovely and enough food for a meal. I was extremely jet lagged and they so kindly were able to offer me a 4PM check out (club room perk, subject to availability)! Comfy beds, cool balconies, full size shampoo/conditioner in the shower, 2 pieces of laundry free, the pool was awesome, staff were all lovely. Super quick to get to from airport and easy enough to get anywhere quickly/cheaply in a Grab (Uber). I only stayed for one night in between some travel but wish I was there longer.

The hotel lobby / check in is lovely but it is outside - I was sweating when arriving from the airport traveling from a different country in warmer clothes, but that was my bad :')

A great representation of how Singapore as a country integrates nature into there infrastructure.

A bit pricey but worth it if you have the extra money to spend. Of the three cocktails I tried from the bar none were good unfortunately.

Abbiamo prenotato per una camera con balcone e soggiorno vista città pagando in più e non ci è stata data una camera standard, abbiamo segnalato il problema e lo staff è stato molto scortese deridendoci ed invitandoci a cambiare albergo e risolvere la questione con booking. Inoltre la maggior parte delle aree dell albergo erano inaccessibili a causa di un evento privato che ci ha privato del relax all interno dell hotel. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI, EVITATE DI PRENOTARE QUI.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, it was super clean, beautiful and modern. My room overlooking the pool was amazing, the staff was super nice and helpful, everything was literally perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Bed was great.

Imagery doesn't reflect the current state of hotel. Food average. Expensive overall for what you get. Clubhouse high tea $50++ if taking guest is a total rip off. The high tea is sub standard compared to other hotels in SG. Breakfast disappointing. Clubhouse room not worth the upgrade money.

Its modern and ecological design made the property feel like it was not in the city. The cold infused water at the balcony was a nice touch for a hot day! And the huge fans made the outside very breezy.

The rooms are especially small. And the breakfast buffet selection was rather limited.

Ein sehr tolles Hotel. Bei der Ankunft wurden uns die Koffer direkt abgenommen. Der Check-In verlief problemlos und uns wurde alles sehr ausführlich erklärt. Danke an den Rezeptionisten (leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht) für den tollen Service. Das Hotel ist im ganzen sehr sauber und hat eine traumhafte Anlage. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr großes Fitnessstudio und einer wunderschönen großen Poollandschaft. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen Spa-Bereich. Wir nutzen zwei Mal das In-Room-Dining. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl, wo jeder etwas findet. Es hat alles super lecker geschmeckt. Danke an Roziani + die Dame für den tollen Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot auch eine sehr große Auswahl verschiedenster Gerichten, wo auch für alle etwas dabei ist. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker und der Service exzellent. Nun zum Zimmer. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte somit ein Balkon und wir schauten auf den Pool. Das Zimmer ist sehr hübsch und modern. Es beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Das Bett, Kissen und die Decke waren super bequem. Leider waren wir hier nur eine Nacht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Check-Out war super unkompliziert und schnell. Danke an alle für die Hilfe mit den Koffern. Das Personal ist durch und durch super lieb und zuvorkommend, sowas sieht man selten. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Amazing hotel with great location, beds are really comy and the staff were really sweet, they prepared a sweet treat for us once they knew we were celebrating our first year anniversary & honeymoon.

Room size a bit smaller than expected.

I enjoyed the overall experience, hotel layout, eating areas, pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was better than I expected (for a hotel!).

It was a challenge to manage the room temperature (the AC), almost always too cold and had to rely on opening the balcony door to stabilize the temperature which was not ideal given the haze in Singapore during my visit. There was a small sofa/daybed and a smallish round coffee table next to it 'under' the TV in my room, both unnecessary, as the sofa seating on the balcony was a better and more comfortable option. As this was a work trip a desk would and chair would have been a better choice / option, with USB-C and USB-A point and at least 2 electric power points that cater for multiple pin types and not just Singapore 3-pin.

Pan Pacific Orchard très belle hôtel, situé à proximité du mythique Orchard Road, Design très original, chambre magnifique et très confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux et vraiment succulent, chaque jour ya des menus différents.

such a beautiful hotel, staff were always friendly and willing to help us and always offered to book taxis for us! the pool is beautiful, gym was great (has a view of the pool as well) and the check in/out process was quick and easy as there was 24/7 concierge to assist!

Beautiful view at night. The room is so clean and beautiful. Very calm. Good quality time. The pool is absolutely amazing even tho it’s not really family friendly as the staff does not monitor the behavior of young couples in the evening.

The hotel lobby is open-air. There is constant noise and commotion, making it very difficult to make oneself heard and understood. The staff is overwhelmed. We’re in the middle of the noise from arriving cars and the luggage storage area, and it’s extremely hot. I arrived at 10 a.m., and they told me to wait by the pool until 3 p.m. This demonstrates massive disorganization. I paid a huge deposit for a single night—on top of the room rate—and waited all day to finally get the keys to my room so I could rest. When I went down to reception at 3:00 PM, my room still wasn't ready; I was made to wait another hour and a half at the bar before finally receiving the keys, amidst the noise and the staff's panic at 4:3 PM. A hotel lobby is supposed to be calm and quiet, with proper desks for a genuine, formal check-in and check-out. The next morning, I received a letter slipped under my bedroom door: “we kindly inform you that there’s an outstanding imbalance amount in your hotel account please go the the reception to sort that out” I run into the reception office in my slippers, early morning and I wait at the desk, to finally understand that I only owe 75$……. The desert menu is not okay at all, ice cream and deserts are fast food quality too much sugar…… the bartender at the pool was hiting on me and couldn’t stop calling me “darling” in front of everyone………… (and my sister). There’s a restricted area for VIP clients who spends much more money here which again demonstrates a huge lack of class and consideration because this hotel does not live up to its pretensions at all !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Orchard and were genuinely very happy with our experience. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the hotel itself feels very modern and luxurious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you to Akiro at the entrance lobby, who was always smiling, incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location, comfort, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality you receive. I would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Orchard to anyone visiting Singapore, and I would happily stay here again.

Super expensive and tiny rooms.

We had an excellent experience at Pan Pacific Orchard. The hotel has a fantastic location, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were consistently polite, warm, and professional. A special thank you to Joan from Room Dining, who was exceptionally kind and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the room felt a little small, and there wasn’t much variety or entertainment specifically for children. In my opinion, the hotel is more suited to adults than families with young children. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and the entire team deserves to be appreciated for their excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
