Always come back to stay here but this recent stay was not up to expectation. Checked into the room after 2hours wait at 5.30pm.

My old aged parents waited for more than 2hrs, check in was slow, staffs were not responsive nor were they understanding about the long check in. All in all, they are extremely disappointed

A Great Daycation in the Heart of Orchard Road I recently tried the Hilton Singapore Orchard's One-Day Pass, and it turned out to be an excellent way to experience one of Singapore's premier hotels without booking an overnight stay. It's also a great option if you have a long layover or simply want a relaxing daycation in the city. The hotel's biggest advantage is its unbeatable location right on Orchard Road. Everything is within walking distance from Takashimaya and Paragon to 313 Somerset, Plaza Singapura, and the MRT station, making it an ideal base for shopping or sightseeing. I stayed in a King Premium City View room overlooking Orchard Road, with views of the Apple Store, luxury boutiques, and several well-known hotels. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with modern conveniences including a king-sized bed, work area, Nespresso machine, minibar, electric kettle, large television, and an impressively spacious safe. The bathroom featured both a separate shower and bathtub with Crabtree & Evelyn amenities. The Executive Lounge was another highlight, offering complimentary refreshments throughout the day along with business facilities and a private meeting room. The hotel also features several dining options, including the Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten, Osteria Mozza, Ginger Lily, and Chatterbox, although I unfortunately didn't have enough time to try them during my visit. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. Because of the hotel's size, finding your way around can initially be confusing. The property has multiple wings, elevators, and different lobby levels, so it took me a little while to figure out the most efficient route to my room. The swimming pool also felt relatively small considering the hotel has more than 1,000 rooms, and guests looking for spa facilities should note that none are available. On the plus side, there are two well-equipped fitness centers that are open 24 hours a day. Overall, I found the One-Day Pass to be excellent value. It offers access to many of the hotel's facilities without the cost of an overnight stay and is especially useful if you want to relax, freshen up before an evening flight, or simply enjoy a luxury hotel experience for the day. Thanks to its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and Hilton's consistently high standards of service, I'd happily recommend Hilton Singapore Orchard for both daycation visitors and overnight guests alike.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road and very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and exploring the area. Our family connecting rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed as a family with children. The internal connection between the rooms made the setup particularly convenient.

Check-in was quite slow and took longer than expected, which was disappointing after arriving from a flight. Accessing the hotel Wi-Fi was also unnecessarily complicated. For a hotel of this level, we expected internet access to be simple, quick, and straightforward without additional hassle. The hotel is expensive. While the prime Orchard Road location naturally comes at a premium, we felt the overall value for money could have been better considering the price.

If you’re gonna do something for one person in a group, you have to do it for everybody else, if all individuals are equally yoked. So today I had an incident where I was checking back into the hotel after being gone for 2 or 3 days ,so yes I had two separate reservations. The first reservation was a good experience being that I was traveling for government capacity. Our group was upgraded to executive privileges as gold members. Today, as we were checking back in as a group of four, one out of four of us was given these privileges again. Their excuse to the other three of us was holiday weekend and capacity . However, if I was able to cough up $180 (2 days)I can get access but I was just told holiday weekend and capacity. I didn’t like how the situation was handled. I will not stay here again for official government travel. It was highly unprofessional and disrespectful, if you’re gonna do it for one do it for all or don’t do it at all for the whole group.

I booked four rooms for my family two months in advance, expecting a relaxing vacation. Instead, I have spent the majority of my time simply waiting to be served by the staff. ​The check-in experience was entirely unacceptable. The front counters were left completely empty, forcing guests to stand around for over half an hour waiting for assistance. Even at 5:00 PM—well past standard check-in time—only two of our four rooms were ready. Furthermore, despite booking months ahead of time, our family was scattered across completely different floors. The hotel's excuse was that they were "full," which is a severe failure in basic reservation management and planning. ​Once you are finally in your room, the service does not improve. Calls to the reception and the bell desk go completely unanswered. It is glaringly obvious that there is a massive shortage of staff, or at the very least, extreme inefficiency in how the current staff is managed. ​It is clear that this hotel is biting off far more than it can chew. Management should not accept a volume of bookings that completely exceeds their bandwidth to serve guests effectively. If you value your vacation time and expect basic hospitality, I highly recommend booking elsewhere.

Perfect location, near to mrt station and malls

We’ve been staying at the Hilton Orchard whenever we visit Singapore for the past few years, and it has consistently been our hotel of choice. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and the service is always warm and professional. One of the highlights of every stay is the Executive Lounge. The food and beverage offerings are excellent and consistently high quality. It’s a wonderful space to start the day with a wholesome breakfast or relax after a busy day, and the team there always makes us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Jimmy, whose friendly service and attention to detail are always appreciated. He, along with the rest of the Executive Lounge team, consistently goes above and beyond to make each visit enjoyable.

I stayed at Hilton Singapore Orchard during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and convenient transport options nearby. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day of meetings. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Hilton Singapore Orchard to both business and leisure travelers.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our Sunday brunch at Estate. Every single bite of the chilli crabs was full of rich flavor and cooked to perfection. Chef William Tan’s recommendation of the Fresh oysters were chewy, delicate, silky soft and smooth. I cannot wait to come back and eat here again.

Great location right in town amongst everything. Our room was awesome with plenty of room, quiet, modern and extremely clean. All staff across the whole hotel were always friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to a delightful young lady from the executive lounge named Christal who took time out to have a lovely chat with us. We wish her all the best with her future studies. Her colleagues at the desk and in the executive lounge were also great and also added to a very relaxing stay.

I always look forward to staying at the Hilton whenever I visit Singapore. The hotel is clean, modern, and excellently located, with top-notch amenities. It is definitely my favorite hotel in Singapore. A special mention to Ryan, who consistently provides exceptional service and is always incredibly accommodating despite his busy schedule. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly continue choosing it whenever I'm in Singapore.

After experiencing some service issues during a previous stay, I wasn't sure what to expect when planning our return visit. However, Brandon Choy and the team at Hilton Singapore Orchard have been exceptional. Brandon took the time to understand our concerns and went above and beyond to restore our confidence in the hotel by arranging thoughtful goodwill gestures for our upcoming stay. His professionalism, communication and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction have been outstanding. It's refreshing to deal with someone who truly values their guests and follows through on their promises. We are now genuinely looking forward to returning to Hilton Singapore Orchard with complete confidence and would like to thank Brandon for his outstanding customer service.

Everything else. It was worse than staying in a Motel in rural USA. None of the calls for services were answered. On the rare occasion that they answered, the service was not provided.

The hotel is great

Years ago this was the Mandarin Hotel Orchard. It has since been fully renovated and is a Hilton. Location One of the best locations in Singapore. It's in the middle of Orchard Road and next to two MRT stops. It's a perfect hub. Traffic can get congested but better to take MRT anyway. Entrance Friendly drop off. You take a lift to the 5th floor lobby. There you will see restaurants and a bank of front desk people. All were super friendly and acknowledged our HHonors status. Room Beautifully renovated w modern amenities. Spacious for families. Be sure to get a room w a view. Executive Lounge The largest, best appointed Hilton lounge I have ever seen. It was larger than most restaurants. For breakfast there is an omelet station and several counters w fruit, pastries, Asian food, etc. the size of this lounge and service should be an example for all Hiltons. Lifts Sometimes slow and crowded. Sometimes you have to take the lift, walk through the lobby to the other building and take another lift. Conclusion We loved this hotel and will definitely go back.

It’s not our first time here in Singapore but it’s our first time at the Hilton Orchard Road. And we are really excited and enjoying our Stay here at the Hilton - we that’s a Family with two kids (13/16 years old). We already stayed in several Hotels in Singapore so at the Shangri-La, the Mandarin, the Pan Pacific and if it would still exist we would probably have stayed at the Intercontinental (but that closed at the end of 2025). But now, because we are here, we won’t choose an other Hotel in Singapore anymore. The Staff here is super friendly, the Hotel is modern, clean and the Breakfast is really nice. Also the big Club Lounge is very good and the location is just perfect 👌 Of course it’s a really big Hotel, so if you are looking for a personalised, quiet experience it might be the wrong one for you. But if you are looking for a modern solid 5* Hotel (either for Business or Family) at a perfect location, with a great staff then you have to say here 👍 Our special thanks goes to Ms. ZiWei from the reception team, she did an outstanding job! And sorry IHG Group, even when we are Ambassador, Diamond Elite Members, because the Hilton Group offer a „Family room“ and together with the Diamond status by Hilton we have free lounge access, you will not see us so often in the future at your properties…
