Hyatt Place LAX/Century BLVD

Fitness room nulle .

Breakfast

Restaurant a bit overpriced

Location. Cleanliness

Only 2 pillows. The TV is not smart TV

Hotel was classy and comfortable. All staff were great!!! You are doing a fantastic job!!

Very close to the airport. Airport shuttle service is good. Staff are very friendly.

Staff, was friendly and breakfast was outstanding with a nice dining room and terrace seating available.

Took too long and a message to get my deposit back…

Close to the airport

Charged twice and still waiting for replies to multiple emails for a refund

Beautiful and clean and great location

Nothing

Staff cordiale, disponibile, molto professionale. Colazione ampia e varia.

Nulla

The Kitchen and Bar facility hours are from 11am to 11pm., I forgot to ask if they had a special hour for breakfast. We never had breakfast.

Can't say we didn't like anything. The staff were very attentive.

Excellent breakfast. One of the best around.

Nla

Las instalaciones modernas

It was quiet

Great location next to LAX. Great price.

Room was small

Property was amazing

Excellent

The staff is very nice specially Simon. Simon is very helpful and kind. The place is very clean and the breakfast is very good.

The shopping center is not a walking distance. It takes us a least 20 to 25 minutes walk

Welcoming staff and beds were comfy.

I called 3x for hospitality to come and take our trash, give us towels, and while we did eventually receive the towels(3 hours after my initial request) the cleaning staff never came to collect the trash or clean our room while we were gone(and left the sign OFF the door). So that was a bit inconvenient.

The worst shuttle service

Great location

Bottles of water at front desk. Associate refused to share one without $4

Nice location

No view

Clean

They put me on the 11th floor, I was excited about the view until I got upstairs, the window was painted so u can’t see out. Then there was snacks layed out , I thought it was complementary, after I ran through all the snacks I noticed a card at the bottom describing the exceptionally high prices that I now had no choice but pay. Reminded me of this old convict game prisoners use in prison to extort the weak. I’ll definitely never go here again for sure

El parqueo, costo adicional he incómodo

Ottima posizione vicina all' aeroporto struttura pulita e confortevole con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Clean well kept property

It’s noisy

Waited over an hour for the airport shuttle and then for check in there was a massive line and only one person working in reception

A internet é inexistente no hotel.

Property was very clean and modern. I liked the elevators.

Not a deal breaker but I wish I could get ice on my floor.

Very clean and good location

Everything was good

Its friendly staff and the location

Hot water and pressure of water works simultaneously, if I want hot water I must deal with almost painful water pressure

The location in regards to the airport. Plus the shuttle to and from.

I liked everything. Staff were great.

The staff

The difficulty of leaving and entering the parking garage.

Close to airport

Rooms are poorly described online.

Très facile d'accès

Rien

The guest services staff were excellent. They deserve a shout out. The second room for my stay was great. Hotel is convenient to the airport. Aircon worked great for the heat wave.

Misleading room type. I booked an interior facing room. What they don't tell you is that it has no windows. Correct. No natural light. In the photos on the website, the blinds are closed. Make sure you book an exterior room. The guest service team switched my room to solve the problem. Breakfast was very average. Bad coffee. It's mobbed every morning too at 8 am and 8:30 am... doesn't really matter when you go. Parking is in the long-term garage behind the hotel. It can be a walk if you have a lot of luggage.

Very convenient for the airport

All good

Cleanliness and professionalism

Trop proche des pistes

Empfang, Zimmer Ruf-Top Pool, Gym

Convenience n accessible to LAX

Limited stores n restaurants in the area

Posizione vicino l aeroporto. Shuttle gratuito Business hotel molto standard.

Molto rumoroso vicino all aeroporto, poca insonorizzazione.

Shuttle service to airport; good location

Hotel generally appeared poorly maintained. The rooms were cleaned but AC and TV werent working in arrival. This was fixed; but should have been checked routinely and speaks to poor management.

Because it is super clean

Reception staff were excellent. Really friendly.

Clean and friendly staff

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was very nice and very clean, breakfast was great!

The drop off and entrance were a nightmare after a long day

Everything

All of the employees was so nice and very helpful.

It was a beautiful hotel & the staff was great.

Only concern was when they didn't have bacon one day & the lack of luggage carts. Also, it took too long to get the shuttle. The driver took the people standing behind us that had A LOT of luggage.

bom café da manhã.

Além do Hyatt Place, tem o Hyatt Regent.

Nicole in front desk was really nice at checking in she made us feel welcome. The transportation to the airport is very smooth and the hotel room was comfortable!

the services and the customer services

-

Overall good, but no window was a surprise. I thought I would look out over the resort or inside view. Not good value for a box with no view!

Above

It was a very convenient option for an overnight stay before our connecting flight to Melbourne.

Location and easy transport by shuttle from and to the airport

All good 👍

Ease of shuttle to the airport. Good coffee—and it was available before the breakfast started. Quiet, even though close to airport

—

Location to LAX airport The staff were excellent The breakfast had good variety The dinner and menu was so good and reasonably priced

All good, no issues

Close to the airport - which after a long haul flight was perfect.

Parking - possible but pricey

Very clean and spacious.

Still not get my deposit yet after 1,5 month

Employees

Parking fee Ac didn’t work we left the ac on and came back from a concert and it had only went down 1 degree

Service at front desk was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products lovely. Wifi excellent. Bed was okay. Breakfast was good. Good place to stop over and recover. Shuttle good hard to find need better signage for the jet lagged solo traveller.

Maybe leave a few more coffee pouches or tea bags for the exhausted traveller. Bed felt like it was on x slope?

Läget

Front Desk Clerk was very warm welcoming and made the ease of checking in a good experience.

Nothing

I need the invoice for what I paid. I need to claim this to Qantas as this booking was due to a flight cancellation. I was overcharged. I believe this is the last tim I will use Bookings.com

Close to the airport as we were flying at 11.30 pm Staff member Ajay at the front desk was so helpful Breakfast was fantastic

alles…gut gelegen zum Stadion ( Konzertbesuch) alles top!

alles war schön

Great location for a quick rest due to flight disruptions

Thin walled rooms could hear other guests next door.

Close to airport

I have tried to contact the property multiple times after staying as they haven’t returned my security deposit. They do not respond

Proximity to the airport

Time to upgrade the pillows but we survived

Very close to lax

The ac didn’t work. It was very very hot and even after the team came to look no resolution was found and we where left in a hot room

Great location and nice rooms.

The property itself was great but check in process was extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes.

Praticidade perto do aeroporto. Bom café da manhã.

Quarto pequeno.

Cleanliness and friendly service

It provided everything we needed for a quick stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Doggie friendly for our pup.

More non alcoholic drink variety at self serve store. But there is a grocery/liquor store nearby where we could find options.

Large rooms. Clean and modern hotel.

Length of time for shuttle bus to arrive. Overpriced room rate.

Convenient and had a good feel

The breakfast was a zoo

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Without any explanation, your reservation can simply be canceled. When we arrived at the front desk around midnight, we were informed that there was an overbooking situation and that a cancellation message had supposedly been sent to us. They quietly added that such messages could take a very long time to arrive. However, they showed absolutely no concern that guests were already standing at the reception desk late at night expecting to check in. From the very beginning, we had the feeling that something was wrong. It seemed that our room had already been given to another guest in advance. If reliability of your reservation, responsible customer service, and a predictable experience are important to you, I recommend choosing another hotel.

Clean and location breakfast is great variety of choices

I was given a room without window and $20 to upgrade... also i was charged straight 200 dollars for deposit , now i have to wait for refund .... i hope that next time just hold on to it and not straight charges

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and location.

There was no way to reach an a live agent at the property prior to arriving, and the first room we had did not have drapes.

That I got bite by something on my toe and it’s bad that I had to end up the hospital and then the house keeper kicking us out when it wasn’t even time to check out

Conveniently located close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable

The airport shuttle was not reliable. Had to call 4 times before it finally picked me up

The hotel itself was alright and comfortable enough given the price, which also includes a gym and a breakfast bouffet.

The worst part was the service shuttle. I had to wait for 1.5 hours (!) for the shuttle to arrive. Worat bit: when it arrived, it turned out I waited in the wrong stop The lady at the phone, who I called 6 times, kept making times for shuttle arrival up. It was a terrible experience. At check in, had to wait for another 30 minutes until I received help. I would choose differently next time.

Pay extra for in and out parking price is a little extreme

It Was Really Nice, Friendly, Clean.

The Elevator, Out Of Service

Hotel location is near to LAX airport this is advantage and there is a shuttle for airport and there is also parking area.

Actually rooms are so small. I stayed room which has no window. Breakfast are so weak. These are not satisfactory.

Location is good so near to LAX airport. Hotels beds are comfortable.

Actually rooms are so small and I was stay a room which has no window. This is not satisfactory . Breakfast so weak.

Staff was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean. Location was perfect (close to airport for a late flight).

Shuttle took a while to arrive. Driver was great though. Room was somewhat barebones including I believe fake windows.

It was clean and refreshing from the property to the staff.

No complaints
