The air conditioning in our room was not working. Hot days and nights and our room never went below 75. The brought us a fan. With an infant it was not ideal. The staff were nice but the rooms are really dated now. Breakfast has nothing for gluten allergy except bananas.

Close to airport and the pool

Breakfast only served between 6-9am having arrived late previous night meant we missed it which I think means I should get a refund for the cost of 2 breakfasts. The sheets on the bed were not fully clean - stand were visible which is disappointing.

The property was nice. Awesome staff, they were all very helpful especially the wonderful cleaning ladies. Pool was nice and refreshing on a 100°+ weather.

Rooms were a little beat up. The bathroom had a funky smell. A few things from the room were damaged. Hopefully I don’t get charged for something the previous guests left.

The spacious room with kitchen facilities was great! Size of the bathroom, closet area and sitting space for meals was also great. Breakfast was a highlight as well and very good. Shuttle to and from the airport were great.

The kitchen drawers were damaged and got stuck a lot. Front staff (man) was excellent and helpful. Woman front staff didn't offer much help with laundry issue. All 5 or 6 washing machines were out of order except for one machine. Three of the five dryers were out of order. There were 3 families needing to do laundry and when we asked the front design for options we could seek, we didn't receive any suggestions. We chose the property based on needing laundry facilities knowing that we'd need it. Reading light above left side of bed wasn't working.

Bei Frühstück und Service hätte ich bei einem Marriott mehr erwartet. Frühstückszeiten eingeschränkt. Parken recht teuer. Fahrzeiten in LA wegen Verkehr nicht unterschätzen. Zwar zentral gelegen, aber zu touristischen Highlight ist man immer ca 45 Minuten und mehr im Auto.

Toutes les chambres sont des appartements très spacieux. Bel équipement et chambre au calme. Le personnel est très serviable et la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport est pratique.

Parking à 54$ et la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 9h du matin.

旅の溜まっていた洗濯物をランドリーしようとしたら、設備が故障しているとの事で利用することができませんでした。その時の受付の対応がそっけなく残念です、、それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。

I booked a king room with a sofa bed for 3 adults. The pull out sofa bed was the most horribly, uncomfortably hard, lumpy and saggy I have ever seen. Some parts of the mattress were soft and sagging, and other parts were so hard and lumpy.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'espace (nous avions un studio avec espace cuisine), le calme. Bien que l'aéroport soit extrêmement proche, on entend à peine les avions dans la chambre (3eme étage). Nous avions déjà séjourné 2 fois dans celui de Miami (Surfside), on a retrouvé les mêmes qualités à LA.

C'est le 2ème hôtel où nous séjournons à Los Angeles qui ne fait pas les chambres tous les jours. Ils l'indiquent lors du check-in et on peut demander que la chambre soit faite quotidiennement, mais ce n'est pas indiqué lors de la réservation. C'est pourtant ce qui distingue un hôtel d'une location saisonnière... Par ailleurs le canapé lit est extrêmement inconfortable, ça allait à peu près pour notre fils de 8 ans, mais un plus grand n'aurait pas pu y dormir. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est assez basique, c'est le standard de cette chaîne.

The hallways were hot, the room also is hot. Slept and woke with sweats. AC was on though and set at lowest thermostat. I’m so disappointed with the room temperature cause I love sleeping in a chilly room.

Location was great after a long flight. Check in was handled in a friendly manner. Carts were available for a lot of luggage. Property was clean.

Breakfast was crowded with very limited selection of food, beverage, and seating. Disposable cutlery and plates are not an environmentally friendly option. Furniture in the guestrooms is quite dated.

Stayed here after a flight from SLC. Just what we needed - a nice comfy bed and a super breakfast.

The upper levels are really hot in the hallway the WiFi didn’t work my whole stay and they charge 60 for parking every day

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn LAX. The room was impressively large, clean, and very comfortable for our needs. A special shoutout to Joseph at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us out during our checkout process. His kindness and efficiency made a great impression.

The room is very comfortable and spacious, and its location near the airport is excellent.

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. There were almost no options. There wasn’t even any cheese, and the only fruit available was bananas. They only served bread, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and potatoes. It was honestly very disappointing and far too limited to be considered a proper hotel breakfast. Terrible.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us accomodate my mother who needed an accessible room. The rooms were spacious, and I would have really appreciated the kitchenette if I was staying for a longer period. The breakfast was great. The shuttle from airport to hotel was very quick, we did not have to wait long on either end.

The shuttle that were supposed to run every 30 min, arrived only 10:40 about 1 hour after we start waiting at the lobby. We were stressed by that.

This is our favorite place to stay when we fly in/out of LAX. The staff is always thoughtful and kind, not to mention friendly. The location is very convenient and their Starbucks baristas are some of the very best, ANYWHERE! Always clean rooms, not too loud to be across from the airport, either!

The bathroom sink was broken, but they wouldn't fix it. I couldn't wash my face or brush my teeth, and they showed no willingness to switch me to another room.

I rarely write reviews. The LAX Residence Inn was so outstanding during our World Cup stay that I am writing to encourage others to experience their hospitality. The complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport was pleasant and quick. Arriving at the hotel, we found Shay, Eduardo, Erik and the entire staff to be welcoming, professional, courteous, and accommodating. Our rooms (king and queen suites on the 8th floor) were clean and remarkably quiet, particularly given how close the hotel is to the airport.

The room was big and clean with good kitchen.

The noise from the airport, the staff always busy to answer me. The brackfast without vegetable, the parking was very expensive.

The location was excellent & very practical. The breakfast was ok, but if you had a few more choices of food eg egg & bacon rolls etc it would be better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Residence Inn ( Initials M.T Rm# 306) July 4th because we needed a spacious room for our family of three. Having a Starbucks on-site was also a nice bonus. Our check-in experience started off very well. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained the hotel's laundry facilities, let us know the washing machines only accepted quarters, provided us with quarters, and informed us that laundry detergent and dryer sheets were available for purchase on-site. Check-in itself was quick and easy. Eric also advised us that there would be a $250 incidental hold placed on our credit card. After receiving our room keys and settling into our room, my husband received a bank notification showing a pending authorization of $2,500 from the hotel instead of the expected $250 incidental hold. He immediately returned to the front desk to speak with Eric. Eric stated that he was unaware of the charge and showed my husband on the hotel's system that only a $250 incidental authorization had been processed. My husband then showed Eric the $2,500 notification on his phone. Eric asked us to email a screenshot of the charge to Rilaxfd@residenceinnlax.com because he wasn't sure why the larger authorization had been posted. We sent the email immediately, as requested. My husband then contacted our credit card company. Fortunately, the representative was able to remove the additional $2,250 authorization, but they could not explain how or why the incorrect amount had been placed on our account. While we appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved through our credit card company, we were extremely disappointed by how the hotel handled the situation. We expected more urgency, clearer communication, and a more proactive effort to investigate an error of this magnitude. A $2,500 authorization is a significant amount, and the lack of answers turned what began as a positive check-in experience into a very stressful one.

The hotel was very clean, convenient, and overall just a great place all together.

The water was out briefly so only cold showers for a few and the tub specifically in room 806 would not drain the excess water from the shower leaving residue in the tub.

I had a great stay at this Residence Inn. Two staff, Joseph and Erik were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. I had many questions about parking and getting around, as my conference was down the street. They were always attentive and kind. The room was super clean and comfy.

I liked everything about this place. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was fast. Facility is close to everything. I will come back soon.

Sehr nahe am Flughafen aber dennoch kein grosser Lärm. Frühstück inklusive, was in den USA nicht sehr oft der Fall ist. Grosse, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Kleiner aber feiner Pool. Starbucks Caffee, ein Pizza- und ein Sandwich-Restaurant sind direkt ins Hotel integriert.

Room was very hot when we checked in. We notified them 4 times throughout the night and nobody ever came to the room or followed up to see if the problem was corrected. The fourth time was at 3am, at which point we told nobody is available to help with the AC and there was no way to contact a manager until after 7am. Not the way you want to spend your night if you’re flying for 24 hours the next day. I almost insisted on a refund it was so miserable.
