DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham

Excelente 👌

Good

Spacious room.

Staff did not bring new towels.

Nice, modern and clean rooms. Fast checkin, friendly staff.

I had no complaints about the property itself. My only issue was the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain, otherwise everything else was great.

I my kids loved the pool the room was very spacious and clean

I didn't like that you have to pay for breakfast and they had paddleboats but you also had to pay for that also

Closer to airport

Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping didn’t check the room or clean

Loved everything

I didn't have any literature about the hotel in the room

Nothing

Everything

Very friendly staff!

I loved everything about the property.

Staff was amazing

Most hotels also include breakfast which was highly disappointing to learn this wasn't provided as competitors provide

Front desk check-in was wonderful

There was a smell in the corridor on the floor I stayed on. Something possibly in the carpet

Christin at the front desk was beyond exceptional in accommodating early arrival She was professional caring and attentive

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very spacious.

Found a few ants on the night stand

The property was beautiful , the room was spacious, our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools ,as well as the amazing lake right there that the property graciously will let you use the paddleboat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us stay. And the cookies were the BEST.

Very clean and spacious rooms the staff we’re amazing

There was no option to pay with Tap or cash which limited me to ways I could split payments with my guest and the overall ease of making a payment. I do believe this is something you should know before arriving that the hotel doesn’t take tap

Staff were very friendly, room was exceptional and there's a decent Thai restaurant nearby (if that's your thing!)

Everything was great!

my family love the property, we have been booking here for years love the location, we love the pool and the service ❤️

nothing

Didn’t get to even enjoy it

System shut down, not allowing anyone to check in

Great for my trip, nice large room and great to have a separate space for work

The living room stream was surprisingly big. The room was stocked everything that we need including ironing board and iron.

Ice machine was on another floor, but that is common. The automatic front door to the hotel wasn’t working which was awkward with luggage carrier.

Clean

Hotel was under construction so it was dusty and loud.

Very clean. Location was perfect.

Bed was a double bed. Not even a Queen size. We reserved a King size bed. We chose not to make a big deal out of it.

NA

The food in the restaurant could have been better. The pool was dirty with hair, grass, and debris.

The space in the room for a family of 5 in a suit with double beds and sofa bed it did not feel cramped

Wish they would have explained the free breakfast better with our stay. Most free breakfasts are come as you please and this is more sit down style. Very nice and wonderful food but didn't know how the free breakfast worked ao we ended up with a bill. It was taken care of but could have been easily avoided.

Spacious room & friendly staff.

Old blood stain on the sheet, needs updating, the location, expensive dining, not near anything convenient. Pan handlers on the main road. Pool was over crowded. I think local people book rooms & have pool parties.

Everything was very nice and comfortable I always love coming to this hotel. Everything is close by and within a 5 minute driving distance.

Property was very clean, staff were very friendly & this hotel had lots of cool amenities !

No meals were included at ALL. Feel like we paid enough for at least a fruit cup or something.

Na

Comfortable

Clean and comfortable

AC seemed to not work properly It got a little warm and we tried to lower it but it got warmer. It was still comfortable but a little warm

Everything was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Room size and clean

No complaints

The property was amazing and beautiful.

The beds. They were awful. My bed was sleeping on bricks, my sisters bed was like sleeping on a spring poking into your back, and the pull out sofa my son said it wasn’t best.

The staff was available to assist with any concerns. (Very friendly as well.)

One situation with the bathtub / shower that had to be addressed. They handled it immediately and waited for me to give approval before they left.

It was clean and the location was easy to get in and out of.

I am a tea drinker and the room could have been stocked with tea bags

There were plenty of activities for young and old. It is truly a one of a kind venue.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

I loved the hotel. The only inconvenience was that there was not an ice machine on every floor.

Loved the deco in my suite and the size of the room. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

There are limited options for in house meals. Few amenities included with the guest room. Such as soap and paper towels at the kitchen sink in my suite.

Everything was clean and nice

The fact that breakfast isn’t included when you book through a 3rd party. The wording was very misleading.

Over all the facilities was very nice..I enjoyed the location the scenery and the pool and lake area very nice

The tv in the room didn’t have YouTube nor Netflix..If it was plugs to use your own PlayStation I didn’t see them so we really didn’t have to much use for the tv

The room was excellent. The location was convenient from activities.

The breakfast was too expensive and unexpected.

Spacious suite, comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot water. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and walking path around the pond. Good hot breakfast Buffett.

Only gave us 3 sets of towels when we were 4 staying in the suite. But I called down to front desk and they brought another set right up.

Great forthcoming staff

It was an old furnished room. Large spacious but old stile. Not sure if a wannabe old or a wannabe new but for sure neither.

Great location and staff

Quick easy check in clean rooms great dining downstairs and excellent customer service

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I was offered a warm cookie as soon as I got there! It was a great stay.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and very good breakfast (the staff of breakfast was perfect)!

Could have a free bottle of water in the room every day

It was secluded and private.

Everything was good

Everything

clean even with all the construction going on. quiet friendly staff

The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful. I loved the cookies the receptionist gave us.

Proximity to my daughter’s university

The bed were extra firm I woke up with severe back pain

They took my money and claimed they didn’t. But I showed them proof that they took my money more than once. They wouldn’t give me a key because they claimed that they didn’t have a record of taking my money. So, I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay for the entirety of my trip

The semi seclusion of the property and the room sizes. And how close it is to my daughter’s college

They are doing renovations. So I think a nightly discount should be given while they are doing that.

Staff was super friendly and very attentive to my husband’s disability needs when making the reservation. The location was easy to get to from the airport.

It was clean and my room was big

I was put in a room right beside the elevator and it kept me up most of the night

The walk around the lake was beautiful and being able to use the pool. Plus all the turtles in the lake.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

We did not use the restaurant facility. The lighting was poor from the entrance and empty when we arrived in the afternoon. The pathway was under construction. We asked for recommendations for ordering in. The best we got was pizza and not very good pizza. There was construction blocking the view from our room.

The helpfulness of the staff and the indoor pool

Rooms and lobby and the elevators were away from the rooms. Quiet time was for 9 pm to 7am

Guest services. James worked at the front desk (5/1/26). So welcoming and personable. He made or stay!!!

Nothing

The location is superb … The staff I encountered yesterday evening was PHENOMENAL!!! Both of the them at Check in and the gentleman at the restaurant … Kudos to all .. Genuinely friendly!!! Love it!!! Will definitely stay here again if given the chance!!

Location was good, rooms great and both pools were perfect

The staff not hospitable at all. No waitstaff speaks English and front desk ppl don’t even smile or look you in your face when speaking. Finally on checkout there was an older short lady that checked me out and gave me a warm goodbye and was more welcoming than everyone I met the whole stay!

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was great. And even thought there was construction going on it was still a better stay then I have had in a hotel in a lone while.

Actually, I don't think I didn't like anything. I would have liked the breakfast to be including but with everything going on in the world, I completely understand.

Interaction with the desk staff was tops.

Cannot think of anything

My family really enjoyed the pool, wish there was a hot tub though. The food was decent, although my grilled cheese was not melted all the way, raw cheese in the middle.

I wish there was more to choose from on the room service menu. Also, my toilet kept clogging and I had to call the front desk for service. I was brought a plunger to unclog it with.

friendly staffs, very good breakfast. covenient location.

The dinner manu is limited, but taste is ok.
