The lobby furniture was filthy. Hotel was under construction which we didn’t know. The elevator floor was covered in drywall debris. The cereal was so stale in the container it tasted as if it had been sitting there for years. Gross. No individual milk , had to pour from a community gallon with strangers . Gross.

Property was dirty. The garbage cans were full. The gym was disgusting. I know you’re under renovation, but I do think that the elevator should’ve been cleaned for the people that were staying in the garbage is should’ve been emptied in elevators, cleaned, and dusting in the lobby.

The property was run down. The chairs were dirty, towels had holes in them, stains on the wall. I saw rodents in the bathroom. They should be shutting down if anything. When I wanted to check out early the front desk attendant was rude and did not help at all. No one was ever at the front desk I stood there for 15min waiting on her. I checked out on Sunday early and still waiting on the hotel property to contact Booking.com for my refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!

The staff here is excellent Kenny at the front desk. Junius the van driver was very nice and accommodating. Mr Harry is a wonderful asset to the property. Courtney was nice and professional

I had to change to 3 different rooms during a short stay. Property is under construction. There was lots of noise up until 600p The hotel definitely has some plumbing issues going on

They were renovating the hotel. Parking was closed close to hotel. I felt safe but I like to park close to my room. I would still rate as good.

Staff, Services provided, Amazing Hospitality and overall experience, thumbs up👍👍👍🖐 and fingers too 🖐 every time I come in town though there are other places to go.This is one of the places that I find most comfortable and Most accommodating to my needs. As far as I'm concerned, if it's not broke. Why try to fix it? I absolutely love. My stays always period let me add anytime that I've had any type of small issue. It's wonderful that they have a shuttle service to and from for my short trips.Couldn't ask for anything better that I have received from them. The staff have been right on top of it and accommodating according to their ability And for that all fingers up! While under construction, I've had to switch up my accommodations. But I received no pushback, just kind execution of assistance.

Toilet was too way to low, furniture needs to be upgraded! Furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned, had dirt spots on it!

The location was good. We even walked to nearby restaurants for lunch. The hotel's cleanliness and organization overall meet the standard for a good hotel; the main shortcomings were in the details of the individual room.

The biggest issue was the walls on our suite were paper thin and we could hear the guests on both sides of us. Importantly, those other guests were NOT doing anything loud or abnormal-- just watching TV and talking at a normal volume, but it felt like we were sharing the same suite. Also, we ordered a roll away bed for my young son at extra cost, which was delivered on time, but with no blanket nor pillow. We had to call the front desk 3x and ultimately went down there around 11pm because it was never delivered to the room. Finally, the complimentary breakfast buffet was bad. I don't have particularly high expectations when it comes to these, but nothing tasted right-- even the self-made waffles had a sour taste suggesting spoilage. On the other hand, at least the buffet was clean and orderly like the rest of the common spaces.

The room was very dated the furniture was stained the chair for the desk the arm was peeling and very wobbly but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast definitely needs improvement

There were some things in the room that were a bit shabby. Desk chair had peeling vinyl and there were some old stains on the cloth chair and carpet.

Staff was smoking outside front doors - I booked a non smoking room for a reason. Staff should have their own space to smoke away from guest areas.

It was close to the airport

Everything smelled really bad. The towel was dirty. All the couches and sofas had stains and smelled. The bed smelled musty. When I asked to change the room, the front staff said they’re full. But I saw at the same time that they had at least 10 empty rooms based on booking.

I did not like how run down the place was. There was water roaches in the lobby, dead beatles and bugs in the corner. Every piece of furniture was stained. The Internet was horrendous and a lot of stuff in our room was old or damaged. And we kept getting locked out of our room. The beds were not comfortable. For a 3.9 star hotel that was almost $300 for 2 nights, I would have rather saved my money and stayed at a cheaper place. I have stayed at sleep in and econo lodges with better rooms. I was highly disappointed.

White stains on carpet by bed…roaches on walls… blood on bedside table tha wasn’t cleaned up from prior stay. If I wasn’t traveling with a school group I would have left immediately but I couldn’t.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Pancake machine was really cool to watch and use. It was the first time we have ever seen anything like that before.

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room was filled with a terrible smoke smell. I was traveling with my kids, which made the experience even more disappointing. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, the chair leather was torn, and the furniture looked very old and poorly maintained. The sofa chair had a large stain on it as well. It seems like the owner does not even inspect the rooms or care about basic upkeep. Upon complaining to front desk - they moved us to a different room. But similar condition. The so-called free breakfast was another letdown, they only had bread and an unappetizing muffin. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Customers should not be misled by false promises and poor room conditions. Extremely dissatisfied.

The hotel staff was very friendly.

The room smelled very musty and the back of the bathroom door was rotted out. Also, the outlets in the wall and the lamps are very very loose so it was hard to charge our phones. And in one of the parking spaces on site someone had their car broken into and there was glass all in the parking space.

Overall great vibe and everyone was really nice, main problem we had was with getting towels. The first night of our stay they took all the towels and had us going to the front counter and having to basically beg for a towel just to be handed a single one. Thank God I didnt have any kids with me
