The person next to me was selling drug out of their room. There’s prostitution everywhere. Drunks. The parking lots is filled with drug paraphernalia garbage and condoms!!!! I didn’t even stay there the last 3 days it was so terrible. Still no refund either. Do not stay there!!!! We did not feel safe there at all.

The cockroach running in room in am. Glad our items were off the floor. Happened to leave a bag with my medication in room when I left. Never heard anything from the company, to this day Was not happy!!!!

it was a terribly dirty place so bad that I had to immediately look for another place after 5 hours of delay in the airport. I could not stay there even for the night... They should not be able to run the bussiness which such a level of unprofessionalism

This place was so disgusting, there was black mold in the bathroom, the room smelled like mold and wet dog. People were walking around yelling and smoking pot. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. I was checked in for about 2 hours and I couldn't take it. I went down to the office and checked out they asked me why I told them everything I felt like it didn't fase them.

The hotel needs to be shut down and the city ordinance needs to take the manager license. There are drug trafficking, drug dealers, room completely nasty. I started itching immediately when I stepped in the room. The personally they hired don't change the blankets all the time. I think they use very cheap detergent and messed with allergies. Disgusting

When I came. My car almost got stolen and my room had no heat. Had to file a police report. They broke my antenna on my car and tried to hijack it from the outside. The "kia" boys, they tried to steal my car. They steal Kia's (the car)

The location was right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores.

Even though it states no smoking rooms the room smelled of smoke and we saw people smoking on the property. The room we had didn’t have clean towels and there were dirty towels left behind.

The room was not cleaned well . I ask for extra towels and I never get them. The towels in 7th grade gym class were nicer and softer.

Had a nice size refrigerator in room, nice microwave, a safe, (we didn't need to use it) and most importantly to me, a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked.

The hotel had uncomfortable beds. Review Title: Unsafe Area, Poor Maintenance, but Kind Staff Review: Our stay had several issues that made it uncomfortable overall. On the first night, there was a fight outside the hotel involving what looked like a drug deal gone bad, and my car ended up caught in the middle of it. I actually had to set my car alarm off just to get people away from my vehicle, which did not feel safe at all. Inside the hotel, we had repeated problems with our dogs getting out. The first time, housekeeping accidentally let them out. The second time, my dog slipped out because the door has no functional bolt, latch, or way to secure it from the inside. That alone is a major safety concern. I want to be clear that the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with the dog incidents. They were kind, patient, and understanding, and I truly appreciated that. However, the outdoor areas were extremely dirty. There was dog poop everywhere, no bags or cleanup stations, and we constantly stepped in it. It was really unpleasant. Inside the room, we found a cockroach, and although the room wasn’t “dirty,” it was definitely worn down. It looked like they just painted over old smoky walls instead of actually fixing things. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and overall I’d rate the room a 3.5 out of 10. This hotel was definitely better than my stays in Amarillo and Memphis, but still not somewhere I’d want to stay again. When the hotel feels this rundown and the surroundings feel unsafe, it just isn’t worth it. The water pressure was so bad. I couldn't wash my hair. I had to get on my hands and knees and put my head under the faucet. Because the water pressure was impossible in the shower and it was dirty brown water. When we first turned it on.

1st room the TV and phone didn't work and room smelled. Moved to another room and their were several live roaches and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable

Mold was all over the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom. Bed bugs and dirty sheets. Management said he could not give us a comp, however, he’ll take $10 off the room. Needless to say, we left and had to take my granddaughter to DUKE ER. We saw housekeeping take the clean sheets out of the dryer and place them on the dirty laundry room floor to be folded. The Indians work front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. The family lives at the property on the 3rd floor in the corner by the steps. THIS MOTEL, BECAUSE IT’S DEFINITELY NOT A HOTEL NEEDS TO HAVE RED ROOF INN POP IN AND DO AN INSPECTION. These Indians DO NOT need to hold THE RED ROOF INN as a franchise!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY AT RED ROOF INN DURHAM,NC RTP.

Consider cleaning the walls and door of bathroom as there’s residue of an unknown substance in there. Clean or replace the tub so that no paint is in it. Change the curtains so that visitors don’t have a ripped up one to come in to. Check and fix each outlet that doesn’t work for plugs or USB cords. Otherwise, fair experience with staff from check-in to check out.

I couldn't stay there. I had to cancel my reservation as soon as I got there, because the place stank to Marijuana. Someone was smoking Marijuana inside the room next door, I saw the smoke coming out through the window. I went to the office to complain about it but the person there just told me that he would give me another room. I just ask him if he would stay in a place like that with his wife. And he couldn't answer my question. So I canceled my reservation and went to a better place. I think it wouldn't be fair if they charge me any fee for the cancelation due to the situation.

Bad no extra towel

The floors were filthy like filthy filthy. There was a sighting of blood on the bathroom door . There was a huge hole in the curtain. You can tell there was regular household paint used to partially paint over a portion of the bath tub. Patches of paint in the tub like it was hiding something.

The room was dirty, and I woke up to a cockroach on my shoe!!
