Wygodne duże podwójne łóżko , codzienna wymiana ręczników , kawa herbata dla gości od rana do wieczora , automaty w lobby z przekąskami, shuttle bus chociaż ostatniego dnia był zepsuty i z walizkami trzeba było iść pieszo do metra, do metra spacerem 10 minut dwie stacje i jesteś na Manhattanie , popcorn do dyspozycji gości popołudniami w lobby

Bardzo słabe śniadania , brak warzyw , codziennie to samo , jakość jedzenia słaba , między 7.30-8.30 często brakowało miejsc żeby usiąść i zjeść , 3 windy z czego 2 działały i trzeba było długo czekać aż przyjadą zwłaszcza rano, łóżko dla dodatkowej osoby załamane , okolica hotelu mało ciekawa - za dnia w miarę bezpiecznie ale późne powroty mogą być ekscytujące 😀

aLa atención del personal ha sido bastante buena. Todos fueron amables, pacientes y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno también estaba bastante completo y había variedad suficiente para desayunar lo que quisieras sin ningún problema. En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de viviendas sociales y con un ambiente algo decadente, con talleres y comercios en los alrededores. Sin embargo, el servicio de shuttle que ofrece el propio hotel facilita mucho el desplazamiento hasta las estaciones de metro cercanas y resulta muy práctico para moverse por la ciudad, especialmente hacia Manhattan.

Creo que es mejorable la limpieza. Además el colchón del sofá cama no era muy cómodo, creo que podrían mejorarlo. Creo que el aspecto más mejorable es la limpieza, ya que podría ser más cuidada. Además, el colchón del sofá cama no resultaba demasiado cómodo, por lo que sería recomendable mejorar su calidad.

AC didn't work even after we reported hat to the reception and the mechanic "fixed" it, we had to wait for the room for another hour after the check-in time, breakfast is the same every day (we were there for a week), some VEGETABLES would be nice, also 3 elevators is not enough for this building and on the last day 2 of them didn't work

breakfast was very good. All items were fresh. There was a huge variety. My children enjoyed the breakfast.

We were not aware the third bed was a sofabed. It was very uncomfortable. My teenage child got severe backache because of the squishy sofabed and the horrible mattress. The staff had no workable solution for it.

The hotel was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was fine. There weren't too many options.

Hotel could do better in providing more water bottles during our stay. Perhaps replenish water bottles in the fridge each day. For the price we're paying, guests shouldn't have to come downstairs to come get water each day. It felt like the hotel is rationing water. The water bottles are too small and the number given are not enough to accommodate the amount of guests in each room.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I really liked the view from my room. Having a kitchen with a microwave and oven was very convenient, and the hair dryer worked well too.

The location was the main downside. The area didn’t feel very safe after dark, and the hotel is not as close to the subway station as I expected.

No me gustó nada el trato del personal del mostrador principal. Han sido muy poco amables. Hemos tenido el problema que el hotel nos ha cobrado el importe de nuestra estancia por segunda vez, y cuando hemos reclamado no nos han tratado nada bien. Pedimos hablar con la supervisora y nos trató francamente mal. Sin ninguna amabilídad, sin pedir disculpas, y sin facilitar el idioma, Muy decepcionada con el personal del mostrador principal.

Io monolocale era spazioso e pulito. C'erano le padelle antiaderenti in ottimo stato. Staff gentile e disponibile. Letti comodi, aria climatizzata che funzionava bene.

Colazione immangiabile a nostro modo di c sere (eravamo in tre e tutti abbiamo pensato la stessa cosa). I muffin erano gli unici prodotti che siamo riusciti a mangiare, mentre dalle uova strapazzate ai waffle (immangiabili assoluti) alle marmelatine che finivano e non venivano rimesse se non dopo molto tempo. Colazione bocciatissima.

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. L'hôtel est bien équipé et situé à environ 10 mn à pied de la ligne de métro F/M pour rejoindre le centre de New York et Manhattan. La vue est belle sur le skyline depuis les étages les plus élevés

L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel n'est pas le plus accueillant. Le quartier regroupe un ensemble de logements sociaux. Il y a, à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel, une centrale de production d'énergie qui fonctionne en continu et qui génère du bruit malgré l'isolation de l'hôtel (chambres du côté de la Skyline et de l'East River).

La ubicación para visitar NY está bien pues en tan solo 4 paradas de metro de plantas en el centro de Manhattan. La habitación e instalación es bastante moderna y la cama principal cómoda. La habitación está bien equipada con frigorífico, cocina, lavavajillas... Ademas el hotel dispone de lavadoras para el uso de los huéspedes.

Falta variedad en el desayuno y mayor espacio. Cadi todos los dias había colas para encontrar una mesa libre y para poder tomar la comisa.

Frühstücks Halle ist viel zu klein für soviele Menschen, die Wartezeit ist vorprogrammiert und die Auswahl ist sehr klein.

Camera con cucina abbastanza adeguata alle aspettative. Colazione abbondante ma molto riduttiva e limitata quanto a tipologie.

Ho prenotato la struttura utilizzando un link fornito da booking in seguito alla cancellazione (illegittima) di una precedente prenotazione a tre giorni dall'arrivo negli Stati Uniti. Booking mi aveva assicurato di coprire la differenza di prezzo con la precedente prenotazione. Io ho pagato 1700 dollari in più rispetto alla precedente prenotazione. Al termine del soggiorno e dopo innumerevoli chiamate e mail di sollecito Booking mi ha semplicemente accreditato la differenza in un wallet da utilizzare nelle prossime prenotazioni, che non so se potrò mai utilizzare. Se avessi saputo che "coprire la differenza di prezzo" significava avere l'accredito su wallet non avrei mai effettuato la prenotazione.

La ubicacion del lugar no me gusto, intentamos encontrar un lugar en la noche para salir, comer y tomar algo pero no encontramos nada cerca, cuenta con estacionamiento pero eso no esta incluido en el precio de la habitacion "ojo con eso". Pero lo mas decepcionante del caso fue que pague mi habitacion desde la plataforma de Booking y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que el pago no estaba registrado que tenia que hablar con Booking para solucionarlo y pagar nuevamente esa noche en el hotel. Ya voy para 30 dias de eso y nadie me dio solucion al respecto de mi reembolso.

호텔 앞 공장이 있어 매우 매우 시끄러움. 촬영을 위해 웃돈을 주고 레지던스 호텔을 잡았음에도 불구하고 24시간 하루종일 나는 소음때문에 잠도 설치고 촬영도 불편을 겪음. 거기다 친절한 직원도 몇 있었으나 대부분의 프론트 직원들이 일하기싫어하는 표정이어서 기분이 나빴음. 아 그리고 옆호실인지 모르겠으나 밤마다 대마냄새가 세어들어와 너무 힘들었음.

I would like to start this off on a good note. All the staff I interacted with was amazing. The staff is the only reason why I didn't just leave and find a different hotel.

The main bed in the room was very comfortable! Pop corn in the lobby was a nice touch! We loved them! We were able to see a little of Manhattan from our room window. The price - quality relation exceeded all our expectations! Easy to get there from JFK using public transport system.

The sofa cama was not very comfortable for a grown up. However, for my children was a very good option!

The location is quite good, and the breakfast is pretty much what you'd expect from a typical American hotel. You definitely won't leave hungry. 🙂

We chose this hotel mainly because of its attractive price and decent rating on Booking.com. We booked a room for three people. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, but the room was only prepared for two guests. We had to unfold the sofa bed and make it ourselves. That's quite unusual for a hotel in this category... but okay, we managed. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was a disaster. It was completely worn out, with springs sticking out in places, and sleeping on it was really uncomfortable. It might be acceptable as an emergency bed for one night, but we had to sleep on it for three nights! I never expected something like this from a Marriott property. The whole "set up and make your own bed" approach was surprising as well. Breakfast was good. It was a bit crowded and there wasn't much seating, but we had been informed about that in advance, so it wasn't really an issue. The bar didn't have any draft beer, only bottled beer, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Getting to the city centre was easy enough. The only downside was the walk to the subway, especially at night. There was an unbelievable amount of rubbish on the streets, a bad smell, groups of homeless people, and we even saw rats. We never felt unsafe, but the walk to the subway definitely wasn't pleasant, even during the day. Maybe that's just normal for this part of Queens—I honestly don't know. We probably won't stay at this hotel again. We expected a better overall experience.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was big and comfortable, had AC, and was cleaned almost every day. Fresh towels were provided regularly, which I appreciated. I was allowed to check in early on my first day, as I arrived very early in the morning so I really appreciate it. The location was good, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and super helpful.

The biggest downside for me was the breakfast. The food quality left a lot to be desired. However, this seems to be fairly common for hotels in this price range, so I wasn’t expecting much. The neighborhood didn’t always feel safe and wasn’t very comfortable to walk around.

We had a great experience. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted us over and beyond expectation.

The location was in a warehouse zone.

Housekeeping staff were very good at cleaning but the majority did not speak good English nor did they understand much English. The majority spoke Spanish. The ATM was out of service for 6 days, Metabank Company,and the Staff said we called several times. I suggested they bump it up to Corporate, but they failed to do so. The front desk never seems to have enough cash to give you change and had to wait 2 days to get quarters to do laundry. The posted days of the bar being open are different from when they are open. Tha bartender was unexpectedly not in on one day and there was no back up bartender so Marriott lost money. The included breakfast is very good and plentiful and the breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy staying at Marriott but I feel the Residence Inn at 38-39 9th Street Long Island City could use a little review in appropriate dress and how to approach people staying at the hotel in a more smooth and satisfactory manner. Your Marriott is close to NYC and the shuttle you provide to the subway is wonderful and is only a few stops to Manhatten. Thank you ,Robin Carlson

Easy to find and clean. We had to leave early and missed breakfast. You should have some breakfast Sammie’s to go for folks who leave early. We’ve been to hotels who do this.

Missing breakfast

​I lodged two separate complaints during my stay, but unfortunately, no action was taken on either occasion. While the staff politely noted my concerns, the issues remained completely unresolved. Upon arrival, the room's cleanliness was substandard; I even took photos of an uncleaned table and a broken toilet seat. Despite bringing these specific matters to the management's attention, the hotel failed to address them.

Apparthotel molto ben attrezzato, dotato di macchina del caffè, forno a microonde, piano cottura elettrico e aria condizionata centralizzata. Gli asciugamani venivano sostituiti periodicamente. Letto molto comodo. La colazione era davvero ricca, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Personalmente avrei gradito anche qualche croissant, dato che tra i dolci erano disponibili principalmente muffin, ma è solo una preferenza personale. Ho apprezzato molto anche i popcorn gratuiti disponibili dal tardo pomeriggio. Per quanto riguarda il caffè, era disponibile solo quello all’americano: da italiano mi sarebbe piaciuto anche la possibilità di scegliere un espresso. La posizione è stata un altro punto di forza: con la metropolitana si raggiunge Manhattan in poche fermate (3-4) e la stazione dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

L’aspetto meno positivo è stato il quartiere circostante, che naturalmente non dipende dalla struttura. Nelle vie della zona erano spesso presenti persone in evidente stato di alterazione e, soprattutto nelle ore serali, il tragitto tra la metropolitana e l’apparthotel non mi ha trasmesso una particolare sensazione di sicurezza.

Il terzo letto non era comodo, era infatti un divano letto poco confortevole. Metro nella zona poco efficiente. Quartiere non molto pulito.
