Bardzo pomocny i miły właściciel, który angażuje się w to co się dzieje z gośćmi w hotelu, w razie problemów pomaga. Hotel jest przestronny z stołówką, basenem. Obok można liczyć na masaż. Śniadania były super, tak jak lokalizacja. Hotel był położony poza główną ulicą, byli do niej 2min pieszo.

The location, the room, the pool and the price all seemed very promising and gave the place real potential. Unfortunately, this only made our disappointment with the actual experience even greater.

There is no clearly defined area for guests, indoors or outdoors, so simply sitting or moving around the property often felt like an intrusion into the family’s private space. On our first evening, the family was hosting relatives by the pool and looked visibly surprised when we came outside and sat there. On the second evening, they held a children’s pool party for their son and his friends. Even access to the pool is uncomfortable for guests: you either have to use an outside metal staircase, which was particularly unpleasant when we were barefoot, or walk through the family kitchen while they are there cooking and going about their daily life. Neither option feels welcoming or guest friendly. The same applies indoors, where the common area is used entirely for the family’s daily life, including their baby sleeping there. There seems to be no one specifically available to attend to guests, so even basic requests can feel like an interruption. Overall, we constantly felt expected to fit around the family’s life rather than being welcomed and accommodated as paying guests.

I got a room with 2 double beds for myself and a huge bathroom. The room was equipped with a good a/c and also fans, the pool was clean and perfect after a long hot day and it's within walking distance from "centre". The host organized a taxi for me to and from the train station in Dong Hoi and also let me leave my backpack for 2 days when I was joining a tour. He is very friendly and wants to help you wherever he can.

I ordered a banana pancake for breakfast, but it was crispy from the outside and a bit raw from the inside. The taste hasn't bad, but I don't think it was a pancake recipe haha. Still appreciate his effort!

Clean and spacious room! I was given a room with two double beds even though I was by myself. I got really sick with tonsillitis and the owners were super accomodating with allowing me to extend multiple times and remain in the same room.

I had a wonderful stay at Phong Nha Love Homestay. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the swimming pool was a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring the caves. A special thank you to Trung, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He helped me arrange my onward transport and made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is great—around a 10-minute walk to the centre, with a few restaurants nearby. Grab can be a little limited in the area, but the homestay also offers bike rentals, making it easy to get around. Overall, this was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a welcoming stay!

Homestay propre, bien tenu, piscine à l'arrière grande. Le monsieur nous a accueilli à 4 h du matin et nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre. Grand merci. Nous avons pu louer des vélos et laver notre linge. Et il nous a aussi réservé le bus cabine.

Máme úžasnou zkušenost s tímto rodinným penzionem. Pán domu pro nás vše zařídil, nemuseli jsme se ničím zabývat, co se týká transferu z nádraží a aktivit v okolí. Je to příjemné prostředí, ve kterém se cítíte velmi vítání. Snídaně je základní, ale dostačující. Pokoje jsou skromně zařízené, ale na pohodlí to nic neubírá. Bazén je super. Možnost půjčení kol, na hodinu zdarma, na celý den za malý poplatek 50 000 VND, taktéž dostupná možnost praní prádla.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour. L’emplacement était bien: proche de tout, en étant assez loin pour que ce soit calme. La famille était accueillante et disponible pour nous aider.

Le seul bémol, on sentait les ressorts dans les matelas et le drap contour se déplaçait constamment.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to several great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, we had an omelette with coffee, served with fresh French bread/bánh mì, which was a really nice start to the day. The pool was also lovely and clearly cleaned regularly, which made it a great place to relax. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It was also lovely to see how family-oriented he is, spending time with his child and family even while managing the pressures of running the business. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it.

Room a little damp in places but it's common in Vietnam. A bath mat would be good as the bathroom tiles are slippy when wet, but these are only minor things

Had a lovely 3 nights at Love Homestay! Family run hotel who are all very accommodating and friendly. Got free breakfast and the evening meals are super cheap. Can rent bikes and book tours through the homestay aswell! Would highly recommend

Loved our stay at Phong Nha Love Homestay. The rooms were spotless, the view was pretty, the fan and AC were great, the bed was comfortable, and the big bathroom had strong water pressure. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The pool was a highlight after a hot day, clean and actually refreshing, not just decorative. What really made the stay though were the hosts. They were friendly and quick to help with anything we needed without being overbearing. It’s a great homestay. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, and run by people who care. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I prefer to be a little more central. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the riverfront but but there were bikes and scooters to rent at Love Homestay.

A lovely family in a beautiful/quiet spot with a great pool. We had a great stay here with Trung and family. The pool area is lovely, backing onto the countryside and Kasts. It was only around £0.80 to get a grab from here to the other end of the town. Trung organised motorcycles for us and let us use the bicycles for free. The rooms are simple, but have everything we needed and were very comfortable. + the food is great. I would recommend to everyone. Trung can organise anything for you, so this is a one stop shop for all on offer in Phong Nha.

Great location, you could easily book tours and rent bikes through the accommodation. Breakfast was nice.

The room could do with a bit of TLC. There was black mould on some of the furniture and overall the room felt quick dusty and un-clean.

We arrived at 4am after a long drive. We asked if we could check in early. They refused and told us we have to pay (other places in the area allow early check in for free, but unfortunately they were full). When I told them other places offer it for free they didn’t care. We were forced to sleep on hammocks in the lobby until they let us check in at 10am. The bed smelled awful, like sweat. I asked them to change the sheets but this didn’t help. The owner barely knows any English. It’s a family run place so the entire family is there daily, eating dinner and having their friends visit. I felt like I was sitting in their living room.

Very beautiful homestay close to all the main touristic spot in Phong Nha (10-15 minutes walking from the boat ticket station for the Phong Nha cave). The host is super friendly and helpful, he also provided a day tour in the caves that was very nice, the rooms are big and very clean, the breakfast is good. I recommend it!

Le gérant de l'hôtel est très gentil et arrangeant, il nous a permis de passer un séjour sans contrainte grâce à sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité permanente. Je recommanderais absolument à quiconque de séjourner au Phong Nha Love Hotel.

L’hôte et sa famille sont aux petits soins tout le long du séjour. La propreté de la tâche était irréprochable, la salle de bain très grande. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. La piscine était vraiment agréable avec les fortes température! Bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons louer un scooter directement sur place pour 150k par jour!

The room are really big, the swimming pool is a life saver and the owner is the best! He provide us motorbikes and bikes to go around, extended our stay without any problems, booked the bus for us and he even give us a lift to the bus station! Highly recommend

Swimming Pool was nice size with a view for the mountains. Breakfast was very fresh, eggs collected from the hens running just behind the fence . Quiet area. Possibly of ordering a meal and to buy drinks inside the property in a very good price . Owner collected us from the bus stop, which was very helpful. It’s only about 30-40min walk to Phong Nha Cave . Massage services next door with a 20% discount for the guests of this Homestay (massage was very nice 😉)

Our group had 3 rooms and one had quite a big problem with a mould on the wall. There was not enough toiletries and they were very random. That was the only Homestay we had in Vietnam where was no fridge in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The family who run the homestay were incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and well looked after. They also made things very easy for us during our stay. We were able to hire scooters directly from them which was super convenient, and they kindly did our laundry for a very reasonable price. One thing we really appreciated was that after we had checked out and were waiting for our night bus, they still let us use their shower before we left. That level of kindness and hospitality really meant a lot after a long hot day. Such a lovely place run by genuinely lovely people. We would 100 percent recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er hat sich um alles gekümmert was wir brauchten, egal ob Höhlentour, Roller Miete oder auch einen Transfer mit den Bus in die nächste Stadt, er hat uns sogar zum Abholplatz früh morgens gefahren. Es war sehr familiär und man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Pool mit Garten war großartig. Es gab auch einen Billiardtisch und kalte Getränke zum kleinen Preis. Gerne wieder, danke für alles.

Oui, ça sent l’humidité quand on rentre dans la chambre, mais cela est lié à la région et à la période. En tout cas, cette odeur est partie en aérant !

This Homestay was excellent. Clean and deep pool. We were collected from bus stop when we arrived. We were able to rent a motor bike and use bicycles free of charge. Location was perfect short walk or cycle to main area of restaurants. The host went above and beyond to make our stay problem free. He organised an overnight bus to Ninh binh and we were picked up from home stay. While waiting for bus he allowed us use his pool and shower facilities after check out which was a nice touch

Het is allemaal vrij eenvoudig. Geen kledingkast. Geen laken om het deken op bed. Locatie ook wat verder weg van de restaurantjes etc

Sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber, großes Zimmer, ausreichend Frühstück, Pool, Wäscheservice, günstige Getränke. Hilfe bei Ausflügen und Motorradverleih. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Chambre de taille suffisante, propre et confortable. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement, c’est très appréciable. Il est aussi possible de louer un scooter -qui a déjà bien vécu cependant- sur place. Le centre-ville se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pied de l’hébergement. L’emplacement est correct. La rue est plutôt calme. Des services additionnels sont proposés (excursions, bus…). Nous n’avons toutefois pas bénéficier d’un très bon prix pour notre voyage en bus (à priori à cause Tet). Le gérant est très sympathique cependant.

Eau chaude limitée comme c’est souvent le cas au Vietnam. Le petit déjeuner était très simple ; il pourrait être enrichi avec un peu plus de garnitures ou de choix. La chambre sentait fortement l’humidité à notre arrivée, mais l’odeur s’est ensuite estompée. Les équipements pourraient être améliorés, en ajoutant notamment une penderie et un petit réfrigérateur.

Trung and his family were so friendly and helpful! I arrived at 6am and had booked the night before so I could go straight into the room. My room was big and clean with a nice hot shower. Booked all my activities with the Homestay and also very cheap scooter rental. Will definitely be staying again if I visit phong nha in the future

Les vélos à disposition, la gentillesse du gérant qui s'est occupé de notre amie qui n'était pas bien. La piscine est un plus. On peut manger à l'hôtel à prix très correct.

Pokój z łazienką czysty i przestronny. Co ważne z oknem (podróżuje po Wietnamie przez miesiąc i okno w pokoju to rzadkość). Możliwość zrobienia prania na miejscu. Można też zjeść coś ciepłego. Wspaniały, pomocny właściciel, który mówi po angielsku.

Chyba nie ma takiej rzeczy. Jedynie lokalizacja jest oddalona od ścisłego centrum, ale to raczej in plus

The room is spacious and very comfortable, with a really good mattress and kettle. The owners are friendly and helped us a lot with suggestions about the main attractions around Phong Nha. One day I fell down the stairs and they helped me immediately. You can rent bicycles and scooters directly with them, and they also offer bus tickets to other cities at better prices than 12go.asia. We highly recommend this place!

Genuinely think this is the best place to stay in Vietnam! The friendliest owner with a lovely family went above and beyond during our entire stay and afterwards! - even making sure we had made it safe to our next destination. The room was fantastic - comfortable bed (genuinely the best sleep in ages!), very clean and spacious, with hot water and AC. Cheap motorbike to rent and free bicycles. Great free breakfast included. Able to book tours and you can arrange buses through him (which are cheaper than online!) On our final day, he gave us free late check out as it was raining so we could relax in the room while we waited for the bus. Then when the bus left without us by mistake, he then chased down the bus and made sure we were on it! Really did feel cared for and it did feel like home! If you stay in Phong Nha, definitely stay here 💙

Trung & family were so warm and welcoming! Facilities reflect the price but hospitality & location is really great. Trung gave us recommendations on things to do locally & provided bikes to hire, as well as helping us to organise tours & onward travel. He even kindly dropped us off at our bus stop!

Followed the hot water instructions for the shower but water was cold. Pool wasn’t very clean but that might be because of the season.

The a/c didn’t have the heating mode (this should be clearly specified in the description), however this was nicely compensated by a blanket; dusty ventilator, leaky showerhead - little things that are easy to fix.

The owner was so welcoming and helpful, we loved his hospitality, he really made our stay the best :) Family-run business and vibe, we also got discounts for the bus and massages! The room was big and beds comfy, good price for what you get.

it was a bit cold but we were offered extra blankets, we didn’t take them as it was just for one night but we should have :) the breakfast was from the menu, not buffet-style but okay
