周辺になんでも揃っている オーナーが優しい バイクレンタル、バス手配、ツアーなんでも尋ねればやってくれる 個室に泊まったが全く不便なし タオルも綺麗 シャワールームが広いので、トイレとシャワーが一緒だがトイレ部分が1段高くなっているので汚さを感じずに済んだ。

Todo, llegué tarde y como no había lo que solicité on line me ofrecieron asistencia inmediatamente, luego en la habitación compartida me tocó la cama no cucheta lo que me permitió descansar muy bien, limpio todo, parque con piscina y vistas excelentes, desayuno casero a diario pero sobre todo, la familia, no todos los vietnamitas son amigables y para alguien que es nómada es fundamental tal sentir hogar y cercanía, me fui dándoles abrazos y sintiendo volver alguna vez.

El sonido de las cortinas de las camas y que fueran medio transparentes, lo único, todo lo demás 20/10

Mình đến Phong Nha lúc 3 giờ đêm, đã nhắn với khách sạn về việc đến muộn và đã được xác nhận. Tuy nhiên hôm đó mình đến, không 1 ai trực lễ tân, cũng không thể nào liên lạc được bằng số trên booking và google map. Mình gọi và đợi 30', sau đó lại lếch thếch lôi hành lí đi ra ngoài để tìm khách sạn khác trong khi Phong Nha mưa to (đêm 4/7/26). Thật sự đêm hôm vừa sợ vừa bực mình.

My stay was very comfortable. The shared room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They're a lovely family. They don't speak much English, but you can communicate using the translator. They help you with everything and are incredibly kind. They'll also help you if you want to rent a motorbike, arrange a transfer, or anything else. It's spotless, the pool is fantastic, and it's in a great location. I highly recommend it!

The pool loungers offer no shade and it's incredibly hot. It's not a complaint, though, because I can't complain about anything :)

Hotel is located in the downtown, close to all restaurants and shops. Room was clean and bed (dorm) was comfortable. Swimming pool (with amazing views) is a plus to spend the central hours of the day. They help you with bus tickets and any other stuff you might need. Good breakfast with a lot of choices

El trato con Seven, la mamá y el papá también eran buenos. La piscina es muy cómoda y la habitación bien.

Que me dejaron esperando una hora para el desayuno y me confundieron para cobrarme cuatro smoothies más. Lo peor fue la hermana mayor, que no nos ayudó, es más todo lo contrario en un incidente que tuvimos con una motocicleta que alquilamos en otro sitio.

This was the best hostel I have stayed in Vietnam. It is a familiar business which everyone were willing to help and make the experience best as possible. It was super clean, comfy and with a great space. I highly recommend.

Super bien situé dans le mini centre ville proche des commodités Très calmes. La petite famille qui gère l’hôtel est tout simplement adorable. Toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider. J’ai pu dormir dans le hall de l’accueil en arrivant à 2h30. Le monsieur a été au petit soin !! Le ménage y est fait tout les jours La dortoir et les douches sont propres. ( manque juste une petit lumière pour le lire dans le lit mais sinon parfait) Le petit dej y est très bon. La piscine est propre Je ne peux que recommander !!

The view was amazing from the window, we spent hours just watching the cliff and the animals on it.

Staff didn’t really speak english and the scooter we rented there did not have a mirror. When we asked for one they dismantled another scooter to get a mirror, but it was still loose later and it felt dangerous.

Jättemysigt hotell och sovsalen var väldigt bekväm. Det finns en trevlig uteplats och familjen som äger stället var väldigt trevliga! De serverade god frukost på morgonen! Det var välstädat överallt och badrummet var fräscht :) Hotellet ligger centralt i Phong Nha och nära många av busshållplatserna!

The dorm room feels more like a homeroom. Really comfy bed and you feel in a house not a cold hostel. The family is super friendly and their daughter is always happy to play. everything was great. The pool, the breakfast, the location. Could check-in at 3Am when my bus dropped me. Warm welcomed.

Tout était parfait! Très bien localisé, très propre, le dortoir est trop mignon et on y dort vraiment très bien. La famille est adorable, au petit soin. Je prenais un night bus vers une autre destination et ils m’ont permis de profiter de la piscine, de prendre une douche et de laisser mon sac après mon check-out et ce jusqu’au soir!

Juste peut être améliorer la qualité du scooter, j’avais du mal à démarrer et le tableau de bord ne fonctionnait plus mais c’est un détail.

Vị trí sát bên văn phòng xe Hưng Long, rất tiện cho những khách đi xe giường nằm từ Hà Nội. Mình tới nơi 5h sáng, chưa nhận phòng theo booking được, nhưng có thể ở phòng dorm nghỉ tạm (có phụ thu một chút cho phòng dorm, chi phí hợp lý ko cao). A/c chủ nhà rất niềm nở, nhiệt tình hỏi han hướng dẫn. Tại hotel có cho thuê xe máy, có bể bơi, có phục vụ bữa ăn luôn, khá đầy đủ. Recommend mn book ST hotel.

We had such a great stay at Song Toan Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome and at home — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days out. The breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety to start the day right. The pool was also a highlight — clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off. Overall, this place really exceeded our expectations thanks to the warm hospitality and great facilities. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again!

Je suis restée dans la chambre en dortoir, c’était très bien ! Il y avait la clime et le ventilateur. Vous avez tout le nécessaire, le petit déjeuner est très bon et accompagné de fruits ! אני לקחתי מעונות. מיקום טוב ונח. ארוחת בוקר טובה. המקום יפה. יש מים חמים במקלחת. יש מיזוג אוויר ומאוורר.

צריך לעלות 4 קומות ברגל ואין מעלית. הווילונות במעונות הם כמו רשת שקופה שרואים דרכה הכל כך שאין פרטיות בכלל. כשהגעתי לעשות צ׳ק אין לא הובילו אותי לחדר ולא אמרו לי איזה קומה זה, אז פשוט היה נחמד אם היה שירות יותר מובן. היה קצת קשה לתקשר כי יש להם קושי עם האנגלית. אבל זה באמת לא כזה נורא ועדיין קיבלתי תמורה טובה למרות הכל.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. One of the highlights is its unique backyard, which blends seamlessly into the beautiful Song Toan mountain - creating a really peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The swimming pool is great and provides a perfect spot to relax, whether during the day or in the evening. The place is quiet, and the people around are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast served at the property is tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff are especially worth mentioning - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I stayed for more than a week and found the room very comfortable, with consistently good sleep throughout my visit. Although there was a brief issue with the hot water, it didn’t affect my experience much, especially given the hot weather (around 38°C at the time 🙂). I didn’t use services like motorbike rental or laundry, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. There’s also a local market nearby where you can find fresh fruit—definitely worth checking out. I found delicious watermelon there for a very reasonable price. Just a small tip: it’s better to buy from the market itself rather than resellers near tourist spots, as prices can be significantly higher. Some of them were even trying to sell watermelon for almost triple the price near the rather unfortunate, visually intrusive sign that seems to “mutilate” the otherwise beautiful mountain view.

Everything was great during my stay. The backyard is absolutely perfect, offering a calm and relaxing space with an ideal chill atmosphere and location. One of the most beautiful surprises was the presence of stunning butterflies that can be seen right in the backyard, adding a special touch to the natural surroundings. It’s a lovely place to sit, enjoy fresh fruit, and relax during the day or in the evening. The staff are friendly, helpful, positive, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a peaceful and pleasant place that I would happily recommend. Quick tip - google “market”, it’s 7 min walk from the property. Local priced fresh fruits can be found there✌🏻

Fantastic stay here at Song Toan. Family feels. Service incredible, staff friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

I liked that it was right on the strip...literally across the street from several restaurants...close by atms, massage and nail shops. Also liked how casual the employees were, you can tell its family owned and are very lax.

When I checked in, didn't tell me about any amenities such as pool...breakfast...but was quick to later on be pretty aggressive about the tours they wanted me to buy from them which were pretty pricey. Also the room def could have used some TLC...the TV was in there but literally no cord so def just for show. Wasn't able to get any hot water the whole stay and the sheets and bedding were very worn down.

Very clean, staff were super accommodating. They let us check in early because our bus arrived early hours and helped us rent a moped within a few minutes of asking.

Uns hat die Unterkunft an sich sehr gut gefallen. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und Blick auf den Berg beim Frühstück war auch sehr idyllisch. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Straße, auf der es alles gibt, was man braucht. Für die klassischen Aktivitäten muss man etwas fahren, aber das ist hier vermutlich bei jeder Unterkunft der Fall. Wir würden wiederkommen und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

I really loved my stay here! The family running the hotel was really kind and friendly. During the day our water heater quit working and they had it replaced within a few hours! I also really loved the breakfast here. The omelettes were delicious.

The room was large, clean, and overall great value for money. The area by the pool is great to relax in after a day of exploring. The owner was very friendly and quickly organised bicycle rental for us when we asked.

Breakfast is included but you have to pay extra for coffee, it’s the first time I’ve ever seen this in a hotel. I still would stay here again tho.

The room is big, the beds are super comfy, the location is great, it's clean, the hot shower works perfectly, the breakfast made with love and the pool with the limestone right next to it makes it unique!

La famille tenant l’hostel est adorable et attentionnée, ils m’ont aidé à booker un tour organisé par l’agence Green adventure tour vraiment incroyable ! L’établissement est très propre et agréable, la literie est très bien, le petit déjeuner au choix est très bon, l’une des filles parle très bien anglais. L’emplacement est parfait, au 4ème étage il y a un petit balcon avec vue magnifique 😊 piscine extérieure et jardin pour les beaux jours

La habitación estaba muy bien,muy amplia y cómoda.El personal muy amigable y te ayudaba con lo que necesitarás.Esta en muy buena ubicación,la zona de la piscina está muy bien y el desayuno aunque no hay mucha variedad es aceptable,por el precio que se paga no se puede pedir más.

Falta un poco de limpieza en los ventanales que tiene la habitación,había muchos mosquitos pegados por lo demás todo perfecto.

Notre bus de nuit est arriver 3h a l"avance, nous sommes donc arriver a 4h du matin à Phong Nha. Par chance la porte de l"hotel etais encore ouverte, quelques temps plus tard et avec une grande gentillesse, le gerant nous as accueillis et permis de check in à 5h00 contre un petit supplements, ce qui nous as sauver quelques heures de sommeil et permis un bon repos. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et l'hotel idealement situer. Rapport Qualité/prix imbattable.

The location.

I stayed at this property for two nights and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the bed was not prepared and there were no proper sheets or duvet. I had to ask the staff to provide bedding so I could make the bed myself. The room was also extremely noisy: it is located right next to the road and above the reception area, so you can hear traffic, people talking and children running around the lobby. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation in general. You can hear everything happening outside and in the reception area. Later, the staff moved all of my belongings to another room without my permission while I was out. Although I had previously discussed a possible room change, I clearly said I would move my things myself when I returned. When I came back, everything had already been moved. After the move I discovered that a bracelet I had left on the table was missing. I reported it immediately but the staff said they had not seen it. Shortly after I raised this issue, the hotel cancelled my reservation in the Booking system even though I had already checked in, stayed two nights and paid in cash. Because of this cancellation the stay does not appear correctly in my Booking account. Overall the handling of the situation was very disappointing. The property is noisy, poorly managed and communication with the staff was difficult. I would not recommend staying here.

Located close to restaurants and shops and a few minutes walk from the place where boats can be rented, the hotel has a rock behind it that gives it a special charm, especially when combined with the swimming pool at its foot. The place is quiet, the people in the state seem obsessed with cleanliness, I saw someone who immediately took the mop after noticing a few drops of water left, most likely by someone who came out of the bathroom in a hurry. The bed linen is clean, the towels absorb water from the body well. The hot water was uninterrupted, and the air conditioner cooled well and was silent. The breakfast is in the photo 😁 ((I didn't do any others) and I can say that the images uploaded on Booking reflect the reality. The staff is extremely kind, even if some of them do not know English. They did not even ask us to give them a time limit in which to keep our luggage at the reception after check-out. I, for example, left after 10 pm, and a girl whose bus was delayed left after 2 hours after midnight. However, she is a young girl who speaks English very well, at an advanced level, and you can easily talk about tours with her.

I ended up extending another night as it was nice and clean. Great value for the price and also a great family run hotel. I wish the weather was better so I could have swam in the pool, so if you’re here on a sunny day I feel the pool would be put to good use. The pool is very clean!

They are so welcoming and friendly. Their free breakfast was a decent meal that kept me full. They are always willing to help you with whatever you need. Bus arrives early no problem or bus leave late no problem. My bus kept getting pushed back into the wee hours and they let me stay and charge my phone. The family goes not speak English that well, but nothing google translate can’t fix. Though their older daughter speaks English pretty well. (Amazing location for the sleeper bus drop offs).

I can’t think of anything. The dorm was very clean and it seemed like the father kept on cleaning the bathroom. The bin seemed to always be cleared out and toothbrushes stock + TP.

They are super kind. I wanted a bike my first day and in 10 minutes i had it. I wanted a scotter for my second day and they gave me one. Swimming pool, breakfast, bed, everything for a really good price.

נהנינו מאוד בשהות שלנו כאן בפונג נה. משפחה מקסימה שאומנם לא דוברת אנגלית אבל הבת שלהם דוברת אנגלית מצוינת ועזרה לנו בכל דבר. החדר היה נקי, היו מים חמים, היה שקט והמיקום היה מצוין ממש במרכז פונג נה קרוב לסליפרים. הארוחת בוקר הייתה בסיסית אך מספקת. תמורה מצוינת למחיר כל כך זול !

L'hotel è collocato in una posizione centralissima e molto comoda per chi, come noi, e come immagino la maggior parte dei viaggatori, arriva con lo sleeping bus. Moltissimi degli sleeping bus, infatti, fermano a 2 minuti a piedi da questa struttura. Il Song Toan è gestito interamente dalla famiglia proprietaria e sono tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate del necessario.

Me, my partner and our other two friends stayed for two nights here during our travels. We booked two double rooms which were spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags when we checked out and come use the shower later on before our sleeper bus. The breakfast was fresh and nice to be included.

WiFi was slow and often wasn’t working. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area so make sure to wear bug spray and keep the windows closed.

Petit hôtel tenu par une famille adorable, souriante et très arrangeante (nous ont permis d'arriver de nuit car notre bus était en retard, ont gardé nos sacs la journée), piscine propre, petit déjeuner original (pancakes frits à la banane délicieux), location de scooter abordable et sans prise de tête, aucune pression de la part de la famille pour nous vendre des excursions à la journée, localisation en centre ville pratique et proche de bons restaurants : nous avons adoré !

Los desayunos por ejemplo el Pho bo, es hecho de sobre nada elaborado En las habitaciones no hacen el cambio de toallas algo necesario si te hospedas + de 1 día . En las habitaciones se escucha todo , en nuestro caso nuestra habitación se escuchaba toda la noche una gotera la cual no te dejaba dormir
