Great location and room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly.

Some decor in communal areas were a bit outdated and the gym was out of service, but these were minor. Overall a great hotel.

The location was excellent with many travel options on the doorstep. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and the lady who checked me in was wonderful (I unfortunately didn't get her name) and super friendly! I arrived at about 9:30 am and the room was ready for me to check straight in which was a very welcome surprise! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The room was a delight. Two levels, clean, comfortable and mostly quite enough. In room hot drinks and snacks and the staff were polite and helpful, even when there was confusion about our breakfasts. Also very well placed for lots of convenient shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, our room was just outside the local pub which is loud, but not into the night. Also it appeared that the level we were on, rooms were being renovated, not ideal, a minor irritation.

L'hôtel est bien localisé, assez proche de St pancras. Le personnel est très sympathique Petit déjeuner varié en buffet + à la carte compris dans le prix Les chambres sont grandes pour les normes londoniennes. Il y a de l'eau et une bouilloire avec un grand choix de thé dans la chaleur

On entend quand même pas mal les voisins (et j'ai eu la malchance d'avoir un voisin malade et bruyant). Un des essuies était sale c'est à dire qu'il n'avait pas été lavé après le dernier client (encore du savon et des poils dessus)

Room - Nicely decorated, aside from the color. Location - not as close to attractions as some hotels, but I don't mind that. breakfast - Good but not great. I had just come from a stay at Amsterdam's "Grand Hotel Amrath" and they had an Amazing breakfast.

Room - done in boring beige. View - of a high-rise office building under construction. Kept the curtains closed the whole time. Lighting - One of the pendant light fixtures had a burned out light bulb from the first night on. I knew I could have said something and had it fixed, but didn't want to go to the trouble. I had informed the hotel ahead of time that I was arriving for my 5th stay. Every trip to London I stayed there. I also informed them I am terminally ill with cancer and this would likely be my LAST trip to London and the hotel. I was assured the hotel appreciated my loyalty, and the staff would do their Best to make my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. However, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, it was an average ordinary visit.

First room had an awful smell of nicotine. I was moved to another room which was smaller. Check out was a nightmare as the receptionist was trying to insist I was another customer and send me they bill ( obviously due to the room move)

It was conveniently located, the room was a good size, the staff were lovely and attentive, and the breakfast was really good - loved having the buffet and à la carte options!

The surrounding area is a bit dirty but still a conveniently located, comfortable hotel.

I absolutely loved the toiletries in the room. I do like a bath, and there were bath salts. I haven't seen them in a hotel for years. It was so nice, a neck pillow as well. I have to mention the staff on reception, they were wonderful. One young man especially, sorry, I can't remember your name but you gave me a small gift. You know I will remember you. Thank you.

Staff were extremely pleasant, our room was lovely, had everything we needed, bed was comfy, great pillows and everything was spotless.Highly recommend this hotel, and location, shops, eateries, pubs and tube is 1 minute walk.

The coffee machine, only let down, due to type, i personally like a large mug of coffee, but it was dinky pods. I just bought some sachets and used the kettle. As such this just a tiny blip on our excellent stay.

Excellent location, near to stations and lots of places to eat nearby. Room had good black out curtains, and great facilities with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good standard, with lots of fruit choices.

It was annoying having the smoke alarm light flashing directly over the bed , which disturbed my sleep.

The comfort of the bed, the pillows were poor. No hook in shower so had to use as a hand shower. Very unconventional

Extremely central location with shops and tubes and buses right outside, yet room on the back side of the hotel was totally quiet, big comfortable room, a/c and opening windows. Huge comfy bed.

It’s strange, but the cosmetics offered (hand soap, shampoo, shower gel) felt too oily, unrinsable. It really was not nice.

They resolved problem well. Room was spacious for London and location was excellent.

Food in restaurant in evening underwhelming and expensive.

Very convenient to tube stations and very clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely too.

Staff was amazing and really thoughtful. Could check-in early when we arrived and were allowed to check-out two hours later as I unfortunately had to spend a couple of hours at A&E in the night.

We frequently stay at this hotel due to its location and know we will get a comfortable stay. The staff are exceptional and the room is perfect for us. The hotel is a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of London.

I have commented this before, the breakfast options are vast and for £25 per person are worth it if you want the works. However, if you only want something very small such as toast, it still costs the same. We are seniors and don't eat a big breakfast therefore we have to leave the hotel and visit a coffee shop. My only complaint for this lovely hotel.

Super fast check in by really friendly and efficient staff. Even though it was fairly busy, they checked everyone in and out without rushing them but without taking forever, which is a tough balance to strike. Same experience on my own check out so I know that must be the standard here.

There was some sort of works happening in the hotel so there was what sounded like drilling outside my room in the morning, a little earlier than I'd like.

Great location, really close to buses and multiple train stations. Staff was so helpful with a lot of stuff, room was a good size for 2 people with amenities. Would stay there again

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, last time the fire alarm went off 3 times, this time it went off just after midnight! This hotel has a problem with its fire alarm system and they don’t seem to be getting it fixed!

The bed was too close to the door and literally blocked opening it wide to get luggage in… really odd as the room was large and comfortable.

Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast lovely, plenty of choice. Room nice, clean, everything you need. Lots of little extra touches. Family had the best stay, will definitely be back.

The hotel is very close to the tube station. There is a grocery store near the hotel; you can grab sandwiches and a drink if you want to save money on food. The room had an air conditioner that kept it at a comfortable temperature, even during the heatwave in London.

Things were fine.

Genuinely friendly staff. Was allowed to check in early, and was treated to a chocolate birthday surprise. Rooms were luxurious, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for my daughter who is vegan.

I didn't like that my stay had to come to an end.

It is centrally located and a brilliant base from which to explore London and its landmarks. Staff were very welcoming and were happy to look after our bags before and after check out. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing. The continental breakfast was good but the hot breakfast was very disappointing. The bacon was over cooked and the other hot breakfast items were unappetizing.

I really enjoyed the location for my trip. Easy access to the Warren Street tube station (< 1 min from hotel entrance). The rooms were clean & comfortable.

There were twin window both had cross over curtains but one window was missing a curtain which meant that only 1/2 the window was blocked. Not a major issue as I had an eye mask but it did wake me earlier than normal. I have informed the front desk of this on check out.

We had confirmed a deluxe room but were upgraded to a huge corner suite. The staff were amazing and stored our luggage early in the day for a late check-in. We couldn’t be more pleased with the location, amenities and staff!

More breakfast tea and milk available in the room, but when we requested more it was brought up to us.

Hôtel idéalement situé, avec la station de métro Warren Street juste à côté , mais aussi Euston Square (Idéal pour Wembley) et Euston Station (Idéal pour les studios Harry Potter). Un Lidl se trouve juste en face. Le personnel est très accueillant et les chambres sont impeccables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement !

No kettle available in the room was a disadvantage as we travel with a new born and needed hot water for the milk preparation. One of the windows was broken and someone tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Another room offered but just for one night that we stayed we were okay.

Very well appointed rooms, a kind and courteous staff, extremely convenient location and an overall enjoyable stay.

Surprisingly good value for this part of London. Location is great, stones throw from tube. Lovely size room, bed very comfy but AC was struggling to keep things cool in the heat wave. Didn't eat or drink in the hotel, but staff were excellent.

Luis and Barbara were super kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy and the food was high quality. The staff of the hotel was very accommodating and polite. The hotel location is convenient, close to city center, tube, and Regent Park.

I spent two nights here this month. The shower was great with more than decent pressure and hot water. Sadly everything else didn’t live up to its description. Even though there’s a lift we still needed to carry our bags up and down stairs and across a “bridge” to get to our room. Our room was very small. The beds were comfy. The coffee machine didn’t work, neither did the aircon, which was important in the heatwave conditions. The controls constantly reset themselves, but it was just a noise from the ceiling. No cool air at all. On the first morning we notified reception about the coffee machine and asked for a kettle. We also told them about the aircon, advising we were going out for a few hours and needed the issues addressed for our return. No such luck. No kettle and no change to the aircon. We notified reception again and said we’d be out giving a second opportunity to redress the situation. On our return the coffee maker had been replaced with another one that hadn’t been cleaned. Nothing was done about the aircon. I’m sure they didn’t care. That night we opened the small windows and turned the noisy but useless aircon off. I wouldn’t stay there again.

El hotel es espectacular. Situado a pocos minutos del Madame Tussauds, de la estación de Euston y de la estación de King's Cross, entre otros lugares de interés. La habitación era espectacular: además de bonita, era muy cómoda y espaciosa. Y el personal era muy amable en todo momento.

Ideal location for what we needed

Location, air-con, tv, bath, they store your luggage before check-in and after check-out so can go out carelessly.

The beds (two singles) were quite hard but that's a personal preference. The walk to our room was long. No smaller light in the bathroom.

I liked how it was right in the middle of everything. It was walkable to tons of restaurants, the Underground and bus was right there, and the British museum was a short walk away. I also thought the room was comfortable and nice. The staff members were really friendly and kind the whole time. Our room was ready even though we arrived earlier than our check-in time, everything was super easy. Also when there was a problem with the bathroom door they sent someone up within literally two minutes! I have never experienced anything like that at a hotel. He said it would take half hour to fix, so since we were going out soon he told us to just let the front desk know and he would fix it while we were gone. When we got back it was all taken care of! Sooooo awesome. Also, the checkout is at noon and they said that they had no problem holding our bags as long as needed, so we left them until nearly 7 pm because of our late train. This was so helpful! Overall, the customer service made me feel very comfortable and taken care of the entire time.

The air conditioner was a little loud but I got used to it.

The location was ideal, literally next to Warren St tube station. Staff were efficient on check in, room was ready on arrival at 1.00pm, it was clean and comfortable and spacious. A fridge, safe, tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron, and it was quiet for a good night's sleep.

The gym wasn't available and in all the reminders about the booking this wasn't mentioned but it was disappointing and no alternative option for exercise was available.

Staff did not accommodate or seem to understand request for no down pillows or comforters, until I explained things to them at length. I am allergic to down. The hospitality staff changed sheets right in the room, spreading feathers everywhere. It triggered a migraine that night that knocked me out a whole day. Also the air conditioning was poor- did not cool the room nearly to the temperature it said it did. The bathtub drain didn’t drain very well. The gym facilities were closed while we were there.
