The hotel is well-located, though visitors should note that it is in a bit of a gap in the public transport infrastructure.

It's fine but for the price, the specification is poor: at this price, for example, you'd expect teapots rather than teabags dunked in hot water for breakfast; you'd expect a more up-to-date breakfast offer. It feels fine, but a bit dated - a very 1980s feel to it.

Frühstück kontinental aber es könnte bei X Nächten eine Abwechslung vertragen, zb frisches porridge/richtiges Hafermüsli/ pancake/Pfannkuchen, oder..... Käse,Schinken Auswahl ebenfalls mal erweitern oder abwechseln.... Betten für 4 Personen waren uns zu klein und nicht gemütlich, Fenster können nicht geöffnet/gekippt werden, Luftaustausch erfolgt durch die klappernde Klimaanlage Quasi keine Möglichkeit für Kleider zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen. Unser Zimmer hatte schon einen recht "gebrauchten Zustand" Lounge nur für "members" , wirklich schade, man muss dann in die Bar abweichen.

Having vermin running in the breakfast area and serving inebile food. Staff taking this lightly and offering a pittance as compensation for not being able to eat breakfast for 2 days due to these ordeals. We were given £28 for 2 days for a family of 4 when we had to pay much more At the same time their breakfast rate on booking.com was €29 (£25) per adult per night during the same time.

Lovely hotel, about 15 mins walk from tube. Friendly staff. They gave us extra fans in our room and allowed a late check out. Check out the pub across the road - food is outstanding

This is basic modern hotel, big, long corridors, clean and comfortable room. Biggest advantage is its location - you will be close to all train stations, subway and other central London locations.

It lacks and charm - functional business like place.

Great location for travellers with big suitcases as only a short taxi ride from the station the. You could walk everywhere after that

The rooms are tiny, couldn’t pull the chair at the desk out to get past with our luggage but I think everywhere is similar

Bed was creaky and mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom fittings were plasticky and breakfast because I hadn’t precooked was £25 for a continental breakfast and the coffee was almost undrinkable. Room was very expensive even though booked well in advance.

Bagno molto piccolo. Asciugacapelli attacco all'interno del cassetto in stanza. Asciugarsi i capelli in stanza e non in bagno (mancante di presa elettrica) non è assolutamente igienico ed è fastidioso per chi è in stanza con te.

Big room, lovely toiletries. Excellent location for Kings Cross, Bloomsbury and Exmouth Market cafes and restaurants.

Camera non ben organizzata. Due letti matrimoniali alla francese per 4 persone, inoltre il bagno un pochino troppo piccolo, tanto da risultare angusto.

Da qualidade do quarto e do pequeno-almoco.

The restaurant food was poorly presented, microwaved lasagne splatted all over the bowl, bacon at breakfast was streaky bacon. Not really what I expected for 4 star hotel. Room had fan that was on all night not aircon. Pillow was lumpy and hard.

Room very nice and clean no issues.

Paying near £40 for 2 breakfasts and having to tell staff there's no bacon, no scrambled egg, and no beans, these were not looked after to see how quick these were running out, after waiting 5mins for these to come out, the rest of my breakfast was cold, and to put hash browns under neath a cooling fan was strange to me, so not a nice breakfast at all. I've had a lot better in smaller hotels.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Als unser Sohn krank wurde, war das Personal am Empfang sehr hilfreich und hat uns die Notfall-Nummer durchgegeben und dann wieder nachgefragt, wie es ihm geht. Hotel liegt ruhig, man kann gut schlafen. Tolles Restaurant im Hotel.

Wir haben Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, da aber unser Zug cancelled wurde, mussten wir um 4 a.m. abreisen , konnten das Frühstück nicht stornieren, weil dieses über Booking gebucht wurde, und nur ein kleines bescheidenes Frühstückssackerl erhalten. Das Hotel ist doch etwas zu weit weg von Kings-Cross, wenn man zu Fuß geht und nur 1 Nacht bleiben möchte.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The area of the hotel is in is not very nice and did not feel safe walking in the area at night. The hotel was to far out from the centre. Someone walked in our room while we were still in bed very worrying. Found out this was the cleaner.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen U-Bahn, Busse, Bahnhöfe in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super!

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji. Bus stanica je blizu i sve je lako dostupno. Osoblje je bilo vrlo usluzno, a narocito na dorucku. Posebno smo zahvalni gospodji menadzer i djevojkama koje su nas sluzile Aakifa i Aisha. Ovo je nas drugi boravak u hotel

Ne mogu se otvoriti prozori na sobi i to je mana hotela.

Ottima posizione tra le stazioni di Farringdon e St Pancras. In zona 1 ma tranquilla. Camera spaziosa, pulita, con letto comodo, lasciavano anche una bottiglia d’acqua e dei biscottini, per chi forse preferiva fare colazione in camera. Colazione buona, c’erano un bel po di cose disponibili. Personale attento e cordiale. Di fronte c’è anche un pub nel caso qualcuno voglia uscire per una birra o per cenare e non voglia fare molta strada.

Offered an early check in and room was ready at 11:30 which was great travelling with a baby

Breakfast was awful, the hot items were empty and took ages to replenish and just kept being told ready in a minute. When they were replenished it was cold. Allergies aren’t catered for nor is awareness after asking 3 staff about what was on offer for my son (11 months) with a dairy and egg allergy i was told we have gluten free things. Cross contamination was also a high risk with how Things were wiped down and utensils just being moved from one thing to another. Ee decided to go find and pay breakfast elsewhere.

Room was very small for 3x people

Relatively close to Kingcross but think it's still a bit misleading. The swan towel sculptor and balloons were a great surprise for my wife in the room for our anniversary

- fried breakfast options were cold in the hot plate obviously not working - room looked nice but shower obviously was a design choice rather than functional as drain could not handle the water and ended up flooding the bathroom - room was pretty small for the price paid and pillows not firm enough to match bed - lift being out of order meant it took me 20 mins in the morning to get a lift down to the ground floor to leave. Usually I'd walk even with a suitcase but with no hurt foot it wasn't an option

The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from King's Cross station and public footpaths are in a poor condition if you are using wheeled suitcases. Taxi to the hotel is advisable unless you are luggage free. Helpful desk staff.

Wash basin didn't retain water. Beds are small for two adults used to sleeping in a king sized bed.

Not much, aircon was broken and even though many promises were made it was never fixed.

Most of it, the rooms were dusty and looked like it was not cleaned / dusty for a long time, furniture was old and tired, aircon did not work, shower was weak.

The beds were really bad, uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when you moved in them. It was hot, air conditioning was loud and ineffective. The tv was unwatchable, no kettle to make tea or coffee. Room service was non existent. The phone connection was dodgy, if you picked it up the wrong way it would cut out. Expensive hotel for what was offered.

Habitació per a quatre persones molt petita. No hi havia lloc per deixar les maletes dins la propia habitació . Espai molt reduït , poc confortable Llit de matrimoni de 1,15m per dues persones!! Tot, molt poc confortable . Quan vas a un hotel vol descansar i aquí no ho vàrem poder fer.

Bathroom had soap scum on the tiles and floor from previous guests. The duvet smelt unpleasant really off putting. The breakfast was cold. Every item. Eggs. Mushrooms. Bacon hash browns. Black pudding seriously stone cold. The plates were chilled ! Not hot. The restaurant was closed until 5pm ! Car park price was nearly double what was expected.

Beautiful hotel with good transport links. Room was gorgeous and food was delicious. Would definitely stay again, my children loved it and it was nice and quiet on an evening. Helpful staff and very high quality at a very fair price.

Lifts were a bit hard to come by as one was out of order during our stay but didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

The hotel was decent. Nothing outstanding, was expecting a big more from such a big name. Clean, quiet, positioned in a nice location, 30 minutes away by bus from the attractions. We had a family room for 4 nights with 2 beds, queen-ish size, but very small. Was expecting a bit more space from a family room. Bathroom was small as well, but that was expected and not a big issue. Breakfast was also decent. Same thing every day, English breakfast and a few extra stuff. I was also expecting a bit more from this chain of hotels, there were no boiled eggs or fried eggs for a change, for example. Same thing every day, and kids were looking for some diversity. Again, decent, good quality, but not many options or no diversity. Stuff was very helpful and pleasant. We thank everyone for accommodating us.

Room was small for a family room type. Breakfast had little diversity, same English breakfast and a few extra every day. Wouldn’t hurt some boiled eggs or fried eggs for a change, in addition to the scrambled ones.

Really good location about 15 minute walk from the station and a nice looking lobby. The lady who I checked in with was lovely and welcoming.

Where to start, firstly I met one welcoming member of staff. The others where rude and huge language barrier made to feel like our fault that the staff could not understand English when we are in England. Few rude encounters of tutting from staff who can’t seem to understand English. Secondly the rooms, are grubby, are in desperate need of a decor update but I could live with that, it was the cleanliness what is concerning. Found multiple big black thick hairs around the bathroom and in the babies cot,orange stains in the bed sheets I had to ask for this to be changed. Credit where it is due when I complained about the bed they did change it. In hind sight I should have complained about the uncleanliness of the room but we were exhausted after travelling for 6 hours. The beds are uncomfortable, we had to ask for the pillows to be changed as they were like tea bags. Brekfast is very average, most of it was cold when we got down. Again massive language barrier with the staff in the restaurant. I wouldn’t stay here again and would look else where.

Very bad smell in room which was masked by air conditioning. Hair found on bed and chair upon arrival. Disabled parking space narrower than other spots and impossible to get in an out of car! Extremely inconvenient!!

Freundlicher und kompetenter Staff! Das Zimmer und das Bad schön groß , aber wenig Stauraum . Alles war sauber aber etwas abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war gut und der Staff dort absolut freundlich und schnell! Gerne wieder!

Situé près de la gare (mais un peu loin des lieux touristiques). Propreté de la chambre. Personnel agréable.

Les photos des chambres ne correspondent pas à la réalité (chambre viellot). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié et certains produits ne sont pas très frais (croissant tout mou, oranges pas bon...) mais suffisant pour un court séjour de 1-2 jours. Ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles...

Me gustó mucho los detalles de reposición en la habitacion de agua, café , te y galletitas todas los días. También valoro muy bien el desayuno, variado, con muchas opciones. Por último, si coges el bus para moverte por la ciudad como opción más económica al metro , hay muchas lineas de autobús a unos pasos del hotel que te llevan prácticamente a cualquier punto de la ciudad.El hotel está muy bien comunicado. El metro no lo cogí, no me hizo falta.

Una sola pega pero que no me dificultó mi estancia ni mi puntuación es que en recepción nadie hablará en español.Aun así, destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal.

En una habitació de tres, era llit doble i sofà llit. El sofà llit te molt marge de millora

Snabb bordsplacering vid frukosten. Väldstädade bord från föregående gäster och frukosten var fantastisk. Servicen och personalens bemötande var perfekt.

En de tre hissarna var trasig under vår vistelse så blev lite väntetid för att transportera sig från vår lite högre våning till lobbyn vid "rusningstiderna vid frukost/ut-och incheckningstiderna men gick bra ändå så absolut inget bottenbetyg.

One lift wasn’t working which meant a bit of a wait at breakfast time. One bed was very creaky and made a lot of noise when someone got out of it!

Reception staff were lovely. Clean room and facilities

2 chairs for the table. Longer cable for hairdryer. More lift availability (we had to go up all levels and then back down all levels) even though we pressed the down button to call the lift. Checkout was easy.

Beds were too small for 2 people. I would say double bed is a large single bed. We couldn’t sleep properly. Also windows were not available to get fresh air into the room. Breakfast was poor quality. Especially sausages overcooked
