Location was amazing! Lovely complimentary drink when we arrived! Nice clean room.

The Hotel was excellent. The staff were great snd the food was amazing. The spa and pool are wonderful, will definitely be back.

The bed was super comfortable - on the harder side which we prefer. Location is amazing, everyone working there was super helpful. The gym and sauna is also great!

Understanding the space limitations of the bathroom, I was still missing 1-2 hooks to place the towels on. Minor details but it would be a great addition to the room.

Had such an amazing stay, location is fab, staff are super friendly, room was super spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff decorated room for a birthday celebration and made our stay extra special!

Love the hotel's design. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Room was very big. Great location.

Wifi wasn't functional throughout our stay. Washroom very small. Bed and pillows a bit lumpy. The room was not cleaned and bedshits werw nor changed. Housekeeping only makes the beds and empties trash bins. Didn't even swipe the floor.

The staff at this hotel are very polite and pleasant, nothing was an inconvenience to them. The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink, the luggage drop off was very efficiently run and the hotel is clean and fresh. Enjoyed using the spa facilities and the room was great. We will come back if we see a show in the area again. Thank you for the spacious, comfortable room and for making our stay a special one.

Great hotel , loved the glass of Prosecco welcome at check in , pool was fab and quiet in the morning , location was a great base for exploring London , also a really handy internal shop for snacks , drinks etc. loved the quirky decoration

Great location, just a short walk to the Covent Garden area and very close to the train station. The staff was friendly, and the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. We also loved the fun touch of coming back to free popcorn a few nights.

The bathroom was quite small, and there were no reading lamps next to the bed. We also had an issue with a clogged shower that wouldn't drain, which unfortunately the hotel was unable to fix during our stay.

Its location, relatively new with a wonderful ambience. Also comfortable one bedroom rooms for 3 or 4 people if needed as an option.

Phone snatchers outside the property. A few people had their phone stolen as they walked outside the hotel whilst we were there. Perhaps there should be warning signs

Stayed here multiple times. Always reliable. I liked that they opened the option to buy drinks and snacks at reception instead of the minibar (and that they kept the fridge in the room).

Water pressure wasn't good enough in the shower. Maybe it had to do with being in one of the higher floors.

Das Bad ist extrem klein und die Tür lässt sich nur nach innen öffnen, sodass man zwingend die Tür zu machen muss, um das Waschbecken zu nutzen oder sich zu schminken. Nach dem Duschen staut sich daher leider die Hitze 😔

- Sehr zentrale Lage in Holborn nur wenige Meter vom British Museum entfernt - Zimmer für Londoner Verhältnisse wirklich sehr groß und sauber - Sehr bequeme Betten - Sehr professioneller und freundlicher Service an der Rezeption mit eigenem Concierge-Service - Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit integrierter Omelett-Station - Spa wurde nicht genutzt, sah aber gut aus - Sehr gute Anbindung an die Tube (Station Holborn nur 3 Minuten entfernt) und dadurch auch gute Anbindung zum Wembley-Stadion (knapp 20 Minuten Fahrzeit)

Der Wasserdruck könnte etwas stärker sein, aber das ist ein generelles "Problem" im UK.

The food was amazing especially the aubergine. Something so simple yet so delicious. The hotel was spacious and clean and the bed was amazing. Big enough so that my partner didn’t keep stealing my side of the bed 😅.

Everything was spot on here, the bedroom,the decor, the shower, the breakfast and diner were amazing, the pool was so beautiful, steam room.and. sauna were great. The food in general was excellent and the staff were so happy and helpful. Vica was especially attentive and very friendly at breakfast, thank you for a wonderful stay. The roof top bar was also a delight.

At first we got a room that was quite big but felt like a cave - the windows were located on the courtyard and the darkness of the room just was overwhelming. We’ve swapped the room for a smaller one very well lit and it was much better. However in comparison to my 2 previous stays it was worse: - there was no complimentary Prosecco upon arrival - the valet was so busy upon arrival and departure that we had to wait for somebody from the front desk to give us our luggage (maybe there should be 2 valets?) - there was no complimentary box in the room, which was during both previous stays (attached photo) Moreover the front desk staff upon arrival assured me that the difference in room price would be balanced but upon departure I had to ask about the difference and then insist on it. If it was my first stay than it wouldn’t be a bother but as it was a third stay during one year it felt like a downgrade (especially because the gap happened all at once in a short period of time - end of April vs begging of August)

Eau de la douche pas suffisament chaude, pour ne pas Dire Froide! D’autres clients se plaignaient du meme probleme. Signalé a la receptioniste aux cheveux long frisés brun et sa reaction a ete tres decevante. Pas digne d’un hotel comme celui ci.

Good space for a room in a central London location. Good choice for breakfast, although omelettes were greasy and I was told I couldn't have fried eggs instead. Different chef every morning seemed odd. Rooftop bar is nice and has wind breaks. After a shower issue management gave me some goodies to apologise. Bottles of still and sparkling water every day were welcome.

Shallow shower tray meant the show overflowed every time I used it. The gap behind the bed mattress had lots of wrappers, dust and goodness knows what else... and therefore wasnt convinced of the general cleanliness.

Huge size room with very comfortable beds. Unique to get a room with two king beds. Excellent pool, sauna and steam room.

The hotel is located perfectly for Central London. Close to Holborn tube and just a short walk to Covent Garden. The decor, ambiance and service were exceptional. The pool and spa area are fantastic!

Everything was great. The room we had overlooked an ally so was a bit noisy early in the morning when the bins were collected but not very noticeable.

It was a bit out of the city but we like to walk.

Amazing central location. Spacious and stylish rooms with a very comfy, super king bed. Rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus - the views were fantastic, and although the drink prices were on a parr with The Rosewood around the corner, the views and service made it worth it. Loved the pool and the gym was well kitted out. The reception team were super friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the hotel, I’ll stay there again.

The rooms are tiny. Not only are they small they are dated, dingy and dank. Damp smell. The beds are tiny - I wouldn’t recommend staying here - the price is high but the comfort is low.

It's not that I didn't like it & was meant to send feedback since my visit. My issue was my room allocated was No way ready as it was Blatantly evident the guest prior had just left room & housekeeping had not prepared my room.
